Booked my reservation on their online website. Charge was made on my account and I received a confirmation number in my email. Showed up and found out they had been closed due to Covid19 since 15 March after calling the number I was directed to a separate website to fill out an application to get a refund (which will process in 6-8 weeks). So they created a separate website to handle refunds...but did not bother to post anything on their website or halt transactions. Dishonest business.
