This was my first time in Vail so being a tourist I suppose you should take my post with a grain of salt. The restaurant was very nice and the view was incredible. Their drink selection isn't shabby but the waitress not only brought me the wrong drink which I ended up accepting. Then she forgot bring out my orange which I had requested when she had given me the incorrect drink. Not a huge deal/ The food is a bit pricey but with a view like Tavern on the Square it can definitely be expected. The calamari was alright, large thick slices instead of baby calamari, the breading wasn't season very well, the sauce was good, but the calamari was just the rings. Besides that the chili's temperature was only warm instead of hot. I'm obviously not expecting scalding hot chili but hot enough to keep it's temperature in the cold weather. The flavor was mediocre to be honest, I was expecting a bit more. This place also preauthorized my credit card twice, leaving me with three charges, and when I called to ask a manager about this I had to call back three times to get a straight answer after being promised a call back twice. About 6 hours past total and no response back, finally the third time I called the managers had everything figured out but for whatever reason had yet to call me back. Regardless of how pessimistic my post may sound the entire experience wasn't terrible, but I probably wouldn't go back. I can see how others may like Tavern on the Square and perhaps I didn't order their better dishes and came on an off day. I wouldn't say to avoid this place but don't expect this to be the end all be all. In my opinion you may the price premium for it's view and location, so if that's what you're looking for Tavern on the Square is the place for you.

It was absolutely beautiful, from the moment I walked through the tunnel under the Arabelle, I knew I was in for something magical, and when I closed my eyes, it only took a little imagination to think I was back in Hof or Falkenstein, small towns on the border of Germany I had the pleasure of living in years ago. Amazing place, I will visit it again when I can.

We visited with another couple and stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. We had a lovely balcony to enjoy the sites and people watch. We really only interacted with the valet and courtesy shuttle drivers while we stayed there. But they were all so helpful and very courteous. The Arrabelle is a lovely place, slightly outdated but clean and central to the shopping of vail which besides eating and drinking is about the only thing we did while in Vail for the summer.

Worst experience I've had with booking a room. I put the right dates into booking system and the wrong reservation came through. I called immediately to rectify and they're telling me they won't even change the dates for me. Spoke with a Tom who told me we would be good to change dates or cancel and that I would get a call back later with the options and with no call I called to speak to a manger and Michael told me to pound sand. I'm one day off from their stupid 30 day window from a mistake i didn't make.

This is a five-star resort area! Great for skiing biking roller coaster riding, etc. There are plenty of places to rent skis and bikes, Etc. In addition to the above, it is a beautiful and relaxed area. The arrabelle has two swimming areas and several hot tubs. They have everything there you need if you forgot something from home. I can't wait to go back!

Our wedding was a great success! The real reason I was motivated to write a review is because Derek, the staff member here who is in charge of events, made sure everything went better than we could ever expect. Derek responded quickly to our calls and emails and organized the whole layout including the tables, chairs, outdoor tent, sound system and much much more. He was present at the event to make sure everything went smoothly and was incredibly friendly. As we had to organize the wedding remotely he gave us the utmost confidence it would go smoothly, which it did.

This is a lovely hotel of you get to stay there! We booked in advance for our anniversary but no rooms upon arrival. They tried to send us off to rooms in another place called the lions which was no where near the same standard but was charging the same price. Luckily did get a refund.

I was only at the Arrabelle to attend a workshop on public speaking while at the state competition of FBLA, but nevertheless, my experience was no less than stellar. The place was so amazingly fancy and cultured, I was wearing a full, 3-piece suit and expensive shoes, and I felt too poor for this place. The Arrabelle was an outstanding building, and I would love to be able to see it once more.

Beautiful hotel but doesn't meet the true 5 star expectations. Stayed at the 4 seasons last year and was impressed by everything from check in to room upgrade to spa staff that were there for any need. Would pick 4 seasons over this hotel for the similar price any season. Vail resorts just can't compete with a brand like the Four Seasons. This is a new hotel and the rooms are already showing signs of wear...carpet,woodwork etc. The steam room had missing tiles and dirty floor and wine glasses sitting around in locker room lounge area. Brian at check in did a wonderful job as did the concierge staff.

Lovely setting, interesting building and the rooms were very spacious. Step outside your door into the Vail Village, chair lifts or gondola. The village has plenty of shops including a liquor store and general store. It's beautiful in summer but snow season would be amazing

We recently celebrated our anniversary here and as my reviews says Arrabelle did impress us thoroughly with a 5 star experience. Both me and my wife strongly believe that it is not the decor and luxury which makes a hotel a 5 star, but it is simply the people who run it day to day. Arrabelle was no exception. Right from bell-men, concierge, front desk, restaurant manager and server, floor manager each and everyone went out of their way to make our stay a very special and memorable one. A Big Thank You Arrabelle!!!

There was an issue with my reservation on MY end not The Arrabelle's and they were amazing. After a day, we were asked to change rooms due to an issue with another room and their team accomodated me and my family beyond our expectations. The Arrabelle is an amazing place that's first class from top to bottom.

We came to stay for our 20th Anniversary. This is the absolute best place we have ever stayed! Upon arriving they upgraded our room because it was our anniversary. Sweet! The room was beautiful! I especially loved the fire place and the heated floors. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was super clean. The staff was amazing! Location was perfect. The restaurant is closed because of Covid, but the money was refunded for our breakfast. We enjoyed eating at The Little Diner. Exceptional food and just a couple minute walk to get there. I would definitely come back to stay and highly recommend staying here.
