Mice in bldg, and management did nothing to resolve the issue.
Dont clean hallways
They have no maintenance so you have to wait for them to find someone
Mold in building basement
Nice size rooms and lots of closet space, but for $665 and dealing with mice i moved after 4 yrs of living there
Do not move to 5119 Paddock Rd

Ran off with application fee, gave no reason why I was or was not approved and never answers the phone or return messages!!!!! SCAM

Nothing good to say about renting from Armstrong.

Less than half of security deposit was returned, but they wouldn't provide details on where the claimed repairs had to be made.

The house was filthy on move-in, but we were charged for "extensive cleaning" when the house was left much cleaner upon move out.

Getting ahold of maintenance was impossible - they never answered phone calls, took months to respond, and actually busted a hole in the wall during a visit.

Several late notices were receieved for rent over the course of the lease, despite having dropped the check off early directly to the provided location. The company also lost several of our documents, including our intent to vacate which they claimed to have never receieved AFTER they uploaded a copy of the letter to the resident portal....

Horrible. They did not deduct my receipts for all the work i had done. She never even asked for them nor did she ever deliver a rental statement. I begged her practically to come to the home to see the progress that was made and to go over more major repairs that needed done and she never came. The one time she was there i went idownstairs to let her in i she bolted. She was gone. I called her and Said where are you I told you I was going downstairs to unlock door and let you in and she said yeah sorry gotta go??? Like what the??The se b up into the home causing my kids and me to become very sick and then illegally set us out. Getting a lawyer. Do not rent from them.

Scam, Rip off. They just take money for applications
