I love Arcadia Veterinary Clinic!! Staff are always friendly And treat my dogs so good! They make it as Affordable as possible!

My family is thankful for everything Arcadia Veterinary Clinic has done for us over these last 5 + years. They are talented, thoughtful, caring, and provide services at a reasonable cost. Thank you all!

Only place i found that would do ear croppin and they did a great job the stitching was spot on neatly done n they were helpfull to our questions, the staff was friendly n polite

They still have you wait in your car, but they have a tech come out pretty fast. Asked the proper questions and didn't rush. The only tech I interacted with seemed knowledgeable and got me the answers I was looking for before I even had to ask.

This clinic saved the day! Our dog was hit by a truck and we rushed her to the emergency clinic. They wanted thousands of dollars and we felt our only option was going to be to put the dog down. Arcadia was able to have her transferred to them, do the surgery and save her! There were no unnecessary fees and she received outstanding care! I highly recommend and appreciate this clinic. We would have lost our beloved puppy without them.

Called and asked how much it would be to vaccinate my puppy, was told about 170$ go in and pay 170 and get him vaccinated then im told ill need to come back for booster shots, okay no problem! Come back and now I owe 90$... So now i have payed 260$ total. Would be 1 star if the nice lady at the front didnt pay the 30$ i was short.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is top tier and so friendly! Their services are great and prices are excellent! My partner and I take both of our pups here and love it! I took my elderly chihuahua in for a massive dental and the staff went out of their way to take care of her, made sure all of my questions were answered, and called to ensure that she was recovering well.
And again, aside from the great service, their prices are very good.

Dr. Dennis has provided great, experienced care for our Corgi. Great staff, patient and responsive. Have always been able to get an appointment quickly- especially for emergencies/short notice.

I have used this veterinary clinic for about a year now. The first time was with an emergency with my Boston terrier. They were wonderful and for an emergency it was very reasonably priced. I drive an hour to get to their office and it s worth every minute.

Please READ!! they prescribe my dog Apoquel (my regular vet had me get benedryl for any allergies my dog had in the past) so I was surprised when the bill came for some shampoo and allergy prescription which is not making it better but worse. I called this morning to ask if the reaction he s having is part of healing process and Bruce Williams basically said
yeaaaa I think so. It should be . WHAT!!!!?? Since he wasn t very helpful or knowledgeable, I did my own research on Apoquel I realize My dogs area is getting worse because he s having a bad side effect!!! which the vet never communicated would happen, when I called to ask that was his second chance to commucate to me YES HE MIGHT BE HAVING A BAD SIDE EFFECT! His area is basically an open wound now. I m beyond disappointed and I filing a law suit and reporting this to the border of Vetenarians. This is unacceptable. I went and spoke to him in person about the situation and all I wanted was an apology and for Bruce to take accountability, instead he laughed at me and said it is NOT his duty to communicate to me the side effects of drugs he is prescribing, he told me I must read the label (THERES NOTHING ABOUT SIDE EFFECTS ON THE LABEL)

Took him to my regular vet who injected a medicine and my dogs infected area completely cleared up and heard in less than ONE WEEK. (At West Valley Veterinarian clinic with Dr.Tom)
