We were very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done to our home. We would recommend them to anyone.

Back in 2016 our washing machine broke. It flooded our home. We had the pleasure of being able to work with Ark Restoration and their staff. The knowledge of the craftsmanship was superior. They told us it would take 3 weeks to complete the job and they got it done in two. I would use them again in a heart beat. Thank you so much Ark Restoration for such a great experience. We love the work you did.

ARK has to be one of the most impressive companies I ve had the pleasure to do business with. In August we had a major flood in our home and insurance suggested them as a pack out vendor. Adam was our first point of contact and immediately he felt like a friend. He was genuine, professional, and over all a really great person. The ladies who packed and unpacked our belongings blew us away. The organizational process they have is seriously mind blowing. We couldn t stop raving to our friends about how impressed we were. Throughout the entire reno they stayed in touch with us. At one point we even needed to get into a storage unit for an important paper, the guys went above and beyond to help us with that and even grabbed our Christmas tree for us so we could decorate for the holiday! Even after several move date changes (no fault of theirs, due to another vendor entirely) the whole crew was extremely accommodating and helped us get back into our house as soon as we got the green light. Couldn t recommend this team enough! Thank you ARK for all your help during a difficult time!!

The company provided excellent customer service. They were responsive, professional and dependable.

We are so thankful that our insurance agent referred us to ARK Restoration. We had a pipe that busted and flooded 3 floors. These guys were at our home within the hour and started the job as soon as they arrived. It was a great feeling to be able to walk away and have a company you can trust take care of your home. ARK did a wonderful job on the reconstruction as well, hardwoods floors look amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very impressed at how fast these people came in and tore out carpet fiberglss and sheetrock. They called and were on time and very responsive at getting my home to a safe level for my family. I have never herd of them but am rdlived they came as fast as they have because I was worried about the mold and smells from the carpet and water damages that occured duing freezing temperatures we occured On February 16th 2021. I am so relieved and it has been such a big blessing that they came when I needed them most.

This is a truly professional and caring company. They performed a sterilization and cleaning for our high school sports locker rooms. The price and sensitivity and professionalism for the process was better than all expectations. Our community thanks you for being there for our kids

Had to have my kitchen redone after a fire. Ark was recommended by my insurance company. The work did is awesome!! I had to call them back about a couple of things and each time they were so accommodating and willing to jump in and help. So many companies these days are not willing to stand by their work, Ark is the opposite! Thanks for coming through when you re needed the most!

I will 100% ALWAYS recommend this company. They were EXTREMELY responsive and answered any questions I had including ones I hadn't even thought of. When Daniel came out to give an inspection he was so genuine and honest and told us the damage is very minimal and we can remediate easily ourselves. WHO in this world does that anymore???? From start to finish (within 18 hours ON a sunday) I had a seamless experience.

Ark was sent from Allstate to do part of our mitigation from a fire. They were to take things from the house-clean and store-until we moved back after restoration. When they arrived they were disappointed to find out that we had decided to go with another company for the restoration (who showed up the night the fire happened). But a couple of days later we decided to contact them for an estimate anyway because the owner and his brother made a good first impression. They told us it would take 1-2 days to remove the items from the house and store. It took them 4-5 days and it took them over a week to get us an estimate back to us to submit to Allstate. Because of the time discrepancy we chose to go with the other company for the restoration part. We had a lot of trouble with our insurance company so the restoration took several months. Midway through the restoration, Ark called to see if they could bring our stuff back. I explained that we were still in the process of getting things put back together and someone (I'm almost positive it was the owner) yelled in the background "Shoulda went with us!!" and several people burst into laughter. From someone who was dealing with a lot from the insurance company and was displaced from their home for several months through the holidays, I felt that was EXTREMELY rude and insensitive. When they DID bring the stuff back after the restoration, they scratched our new hardwood floors, they broke a piece of decorative wood off my dresser, My door frames have multiple dings and dents, our brand new linen cabinet was scratched in multiple places and our glass top tables and end tables were completely filthy with cup marks (not from us) and never had been cleaned. Also, Ark had made an agreement with the other part of the mitigation to take our refrigerator. When they returned it the refrigerator door alarm wouldn't stop dinging and the fridge and freezer were completely full of mold and soot (because it was open during the fire). It took us an entire day to clean it. When I approached Ark about fixing the alarm they said they would send someone out (they never did and we never heard from them again) and they said they were sorry about the scratches they would mail me some stain pens (never got those either) AND they said the refrigerator wasn't supposed to be cleaned by them they were just storing it-they just returned it filthy. Ark had us sign a paper the day they came out after the fire saying that we agreed to have Allstate directly pay them-at the time that sounded great because it was one last thing we would have to deal with. That was a mistake on our part because Ark got paid from Allstate and wasn't held accountable for anything done improperly. I would strongly recommend anyone going through a disaster to contact any company besides Ark.

We have worked with Ark Restoration after we had water damage at our basement. As they did excellent job on the mitigation and damage cleaning work, we wanted to continue working with them on the construction repair as well. However, our experience was completely different. First we have not received the estimate for almost 10 days. Then we were assigned a project manager who we saw once or twice. We noticed that every day there were different people working on things. As we noticed that they were not having any uniforms we realized that they were subcontractors or even subcontractors of the subcontractors. We did not receive any updates on the progress or when the work would be finished. With my frustration of the progress and how dirty the subcontractors are working, I got in touch with the manager of the repairs department. He was also not kind in our conversation and said why I do worry as the contract we have gives them 30 days for the repairs, no rush would be needed. Project manager was not actively communicating and did not really give me any impression that he cares at all. After the work was done I did not even get a call if we were happy with the experience, or walk through if the work was done for our satisfaction, but rather received multiple reminders to make the last installment payment. After all the trouble, at least they finished the work, arranged cleaning for all areas, and put the furnitures back to their places. As conclusion, I highly recommend to find another company to work for your repairs. Ark Restoration is definitely good for mitigation and damage clean up but stay away from them for repairs and construction work.

Ark Restoration was recommended by our insurance company after water damaged our wood kitchen floor in early December 2018. They were at our home in a couple of hours and worked late into the evening to pull out the damaged flooring and minimize additional damage. They worked with our schedule to pack our furniture, move it out and bring it back when the flooring had to be replaced and refinished. The attention to detail was phenomenal in every area. They went out of the way to match our original finish, they had custom milled wood brought in to match the age of our six-inch pine flooring, the painters not only put a fresh coat on the toe mold and baseboards but also the door trim, stair railings, and chair rails, and the move-in team dusted everything including our window blinds! It felt like a new house! And to top that they even spent time identifying an unrelated plumbing leak and didn't charge a penny extra! Very professional, detailed-oriented team. Highly pleased.

We have worked with Ark Restoration after we had water damage at our basement. We have been assigned with a project manager. He did excellent job coordinating the efforts, informing us in every action and kept us in the loop with each day activities. The other associates who worked with Daniel were very professional and clearly did know what they were doing. They worked the whole basement area cleaning up all the damaged dry walls, removing damaged furnitures. They did work with extreme diligence and left the basement very clean after removing all dry walls and damaged furniture. We were extremely happy with their professionalism, every day they came back with their uniforms and were very courteous. We extremely recommend the mitigation team of Ark Restoration.

We had a water leak that turned into a total re model of the kitchen. Daniel Fernandez was the project manager during the demolition part and he was a awesome person to work with. Kevin Couch was the project manager during the re build phase. Kevin was also great to work with! Kevin was very dedicated and committed to making our kitchen beautiful again! Everyone that I encountered with ARK were very nice, helpful, and courteous. I m happy the project is complete but I miss watching the progress and working with such a great team of people.

The Weaver family is much appreciative of Doug as his crew. While we were away from our home for an extensive time, our home had a water leak and our kitchen,dining, extra bath and crawl space were damaged. Doug worked with our insurance rep, worked with me by sending photos, and remotely we selected every element for a new kitchen and made decisions on all the rooms. It was a pleasure to work with Ark Restoration. We had cracked water pipe in our basement and all of our goods were destroyed. Ark Restoration was prompt, responsive, and efficient with removing our damaged goods. We would highly recommend them.

I had a water loss in September and was not sure who to call, but was referred to Ark by a coworker. I called Ark & their response time and customer service was remarkable. I spoke with Ashley Craig and Adam Bailey, and they were as professional and awesome as they come.. super great people who truly want the best for your situation. They walked me through the process and gave me an idea of what to expect, and they exceeded my expectations by far. They completed my job from start to finish and were nothing shy of amazing through the whole process. It was very easy on my end due to their willingness to help and communicate with myself and my insurance company. I will continue using Ark for any future problems and I would recommend Ark to anyone in need of any restoration services!

April 2020 I had a builder issue with my toilet drain line which caused water to go down into my living room on the lower level of my home and 3 weeks later the same issue again in another bathroom Ark was very professional and did an amazing job both times I highly recommend this company THANKS ARK!

We had a large tree fall that unfortunately hit our house and damaged windows, siding, roofing, and some structural damage. Our Insurance company recommended 2 companies to call for repair quotes. Ark Restoration was by far the most professional, detailed and more punctual of the two companies contacted. Also, because of their attention to details, they were the least cost for the scope of the repairs needed. That made it a very easy decision to go with Ark Restoration. I was very impressed with their professionalism, attention to details and the quality of work performed. I highly recommend them to family and friends as a great company to work with and very glad the insurance company recommended them to us. Very pleased !!! The scope of the repairs included some roof decking, roof joists, drywall, paint, siding, soffit-facia, and windows. A very good experience and outcome.

Ark Restoration was sent by State Farm to look at a water leak before we filed a claim. Liz was so professional , kind, and wanted to make sure we were properly taken care of through the entire process, and the service was free for this evaluation. The tech, Daniel was also professional and thorough and guided me through a mitigation process. They were here the same day I called. We just bought this house 5 months prior so imagine my stress and I was relieved to find that all was not nearly as bad as I thought. They even sent a plumber to. Thank you Ark! I hope I don't need it anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

Let me start by saying.... The service was performed during COVID times so I do realize it is busy times with people getting renovations done, but with that being said once the actual service started it was ok, not the best but ok. The flooring was good the only bad is glue is left showing from one of the seems. The painting was explained that I would only get 1 coat, and it doesn't matter that the paint they used was to cover a darker paint and needed more than one. We got an ivory color to cover a mint green that green is still showing in spots not really that visible unless you are really looking, but it is still there. All in all the service was okay, would I use them again probably not as I was considering doing other work around the house which they said they could do but the prices are not competitive and I got a better deal as I will be paying for this not the insurance company. With that said we had to pay additional fees because the insurance didn't pay for everything, the flooring cost in the one area was more than what we paid for the entire downstairs...but it looks nice.

The owner and employees of Ark have gone above and beyond. A water pipe burst in our home, the kindness, professionalism, and promptness was a blessing. This is not the first time a pipe has burst in our home, this wonderful company handled the situation with upmost diligence and professionalism. I pray my water pipes do not burst again, but if they do, we will be using Ark again, hands down.

Great company! Very responsive, I know I can always talk to Justin if needed. I have never gotten an answering machine when calling. I know that if I refer someone to ARK, that they will be met with excellent service, customer care, and timeliness.

When Tropical Storm Zeta came through and dropped a tree on my house, ARK was very quick to come remove the tree from the roof and tarp the holes left in our roof. The response was very quick despite the amount of people in our area suffering from the same problem. I am very impressed with their response time and professionalism.

Ark Restoration did a fantastic job moving and storing our furniture during a recent home repair. All of the workers were punctual, professional, and they did quality work. Adam was especially kind and helpful to us as we were going through a family crisis at the time. We really appreciated their great attitudes, hard work, and kindness to our family. Ark is hands down one of the best companies that I have worked with. They are honest, reliable and do quality work. Their southern hospitality and genuine love for people always show, they go above and beyond.

We used ARK Restoration last year when we had water damage that caused extreme mold to ceilings, walls, furniture, etc. They came in immediately & began to set up humidifiers, fans, etc. to start the process. They worked closely with our insurance company & were able to get full payment for us as their knowledge of water/mold/mildew damage is greater than that of an insurance adjuster. They stored our personal belongings in a climate-controlled storage facility & cleaned our belongings, returning them in even better condition before the damage. Those unable to be cleaned satisfactorily.....again, they worked with the insurance company & fought for us to get what we deserved. They removed the mold/mildew in our home with safe, environmental products & arranged testing before & after the cleanup. Their knowledge of construction, mold/mildew effects, insurance company policies & procedures, etc. is unsurpassed. What started off as a complete nightmare & extremely stressful event was lessened as a result of ARK's professionalism, knowledge, care, concern, quality work & desire to put their customer FIRST to achieve complete satisfaction with their services. I pray I never have damage such as this again, but if we did, I would not hesitate to contact Justin & Doug/ARK to provide us with the same quality services & care for our home. We had a flood late June 2017. We were referred to ARK. We were out of our house for over 6 months. We moved back in with the work still incomplete. It has now been over a year, and the work has never been finished. The backsplash (they were paid for) has never been installed. The poor quality... cheap/now splitting cabinets were installed incorrectly and at the wrong height, causing issues with our dishwasher. There is an exposed electrical box in the kitchen where our microwave use to be (that was never returned). No permits were applied for or inspections on any of the reconstruction in the basement. Ceiling fans are missing and one still hanging by wires. Paint all over the garage floor/outside of the house and all over hardwoods. Carpet on stairs pieced together with scraps. The outside water was left running for days, costing us $$$ hundreds of dollars on our water bill (and we weren't even living there when this happened)
Valuable items were taken out for reconstruction but never returned. Project manager (Johnny) used our building materials/paint for his personal "side jobs".
The kitchen cabinets need to be replaced because the doors are splitting.
The Owner (Justin) has never made things right after months of asking and empty promises. AND he has quite a nasty temper when confronted.

We just wanted our house finished, and completed with quality workmanship in a timely manner. It didn't happen with ARK.

It has been over a year and still have thousands of dollars worth of work to be done for our job to be completed. We would NOT recommend them to anyone for pack out or reconstruction. We are now having to take this to the legal system for justice.
They did great for water mitigation. HORRIBLE on reconstruction and follow through. STILL an overall *1* rating because our experience was SO BAD with them.

I decided to go with this company as a referral from my insurance company State Farm. I specifically stated up front that I m a travel nurse & not in the state so PLEASE communicate with me at all time. In the beginning to get my business they stayed in contact with me... after I signed for them to do the work I had to call them to see what was going on, they billed for services they did not provide & after I stated that they adjusted the bill. The manager Adam was RUDE & told me he WOULD NOT call me step by step (never asked for step by step just what s going on the process etc) i requested to speak with the CEO I was told by him no he will not speak with me. I cancelled their contract & went with another contractor. This was my first time dealing with a water leak, this is my first home I explained all of this so you would think some compassion would ve been given! Nope! None given..... they also billed for 3 humidifiers claiming I had water leak in different areas, well the humidifiers WAS TURNT ON for 1 day less than 24 hours & they claim it was needed for 3 days!! I would not recommend this company! I would not recommend this company if you re a single woman who knows nothing about this type of work/business.

Daniel was a blessing to our family. He dried our walls after the washing machine leaked into the wall for 14 hours. He was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. This service saved us 1000s of dollars by preventing mold. I cant say enough good things about Daniel. This compamy shpuld be glad they hired him
