The garage I took my roadworthy car to in Bondi wanted $1500 to fix all number of exaggerated problems in order to provide a pink slip. Prompt inspection with Menai Car Repairs and no issues found. Thank you I and I will definitely be back with our vehicles in the future!

They could not find the problem at first time and they change a some part and cost me around $550 and when I have a start then I got a problem and after 24 hours my car wasn t start up . I ask to them and I have a aami road side assistant but they can t take me their because I am 21km far from their. I called private trow truck and it cost me about $180 after I put there then they can find the problem with starter motor so they can buy for me it cost me $270 + labour so I bought from another mechanic from $190 and after I went be their and they took me 4 days for fix a starter motor and they charge me $110. But from beginning the problem from starter motor but they make more money to change another thing and they cost me around $1000 but actually cost $ 300 . I never prefer to go there in any time.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in for a service and one of the mechanics picked up on a noise I had heard but hadn't brought up when I booked the service. They went out of their way to identify what the noise was and did a great job of fixing it once they discovered that it was a faulty part. It was very lucky that the defect was discovered before we went on 2 weeks driving holiday. Great service, very happy and will recommend to others.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Comes back worse than than before! Took car for service and centre console edges were ripped when adjusting the hard brake, left off metal protection plate under motor after suspension repairs,air bag sensor required repair but while fixing it the steering sensor was damaged . The cost to fix this elsewhere is $1500.

Wow just wow. What a fantastic service I just had at Menai car repairs. They were prompt, punctual and very professional. Serviced my car there, oil change, tyre change and a few other overdue items I needed to have done. The prices are so cheap considering what I had done and the manager is so nice and courteous that he put my mind at ease knowing that he supervises all car works closely and he double checked everything in front of me before driving off...considering I was handing over my Merc. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. It's a thumbs up from me.

I would give them a zero if i could, booked in a week ago to fix a problem and today i dropped it off at 9 AM, just went to pick it up and they hadn't even looked at it = pathetic

The manager who assisted me was extremely rude & unprofessional, the worst customer service I have experienced in Australia. I will not be using or recommending these services again! Shocked at how people can treat customers like this when I have already paid.

Best and fastest repair I ve ever had on my cars, fixed my engine problem and haven t had a problem with it yet and it s been 3 months and running smoother then ever I highly recommend you take your car there

The only mechanics in the Menai area that I trust. Quality workmanship, very fair prices, but the best thing is how friendly the owner, reception and the mechanics are. They take time to explain things, the workshop isn't full of apprentices, and they don't act like many of the other mechanics in the area (rough as guts, wasting their time). Would happily recommend, 5 thumbs up!

Staff are friendly and no issues with quality. My to-go place for car maintenance for long time.

These guys are capable of anything. That have completed many custom jobs on my Patrol that other shops were just incapabable of. They have recently balanced a set of 35 Beadlock wheels for me that finally have fixed my steering wheel shake. There is nothing these guys can t do, and do well !

Extremely dissatisfied with this car repairs place.
My Peugeot 206CC had engine oil leak and I brought it there
They said the can shaft gasket needs to be replaced.OK with it $445
Brought home and still leaked .Took the car there again and this time they said the o-ring in the oil filter ! Had it replaced $89 ...Next day still leaked and they said the switch under the oil filter ... Four times brought the car there and each time different reasons . What a lousy diagnosis or just cheating ? Can't even fix properly in one go . Cost me nearly $550 and problem still there .
Next stop is Consumer Affairs I go .
I'll lodge a complaint with them .
Don't bring your car here or you will have head ache/lost money in the end .

Great service, only quality parts with a convenient fixed price service, very friendly, understanding and helpful staff especially the managers.

Had tyresale 4 tyres fitment here, free wheel alinment, good experience overall, the team try to fit in the schedule as per invoice request from tyresale. Had the courtesy car to drive home, would be nicer if the car is clean but i do really appreciate your effort accommodating customer request. Overall good customer service, easy to deal with.
