Ark Restoration was sent by State Farm to look at a water leak before we filed a claim. Liz was so professional , kind, and wanted to make sure we were properly taken care of through the entire process, and the service was free for this evaluation. The tech, Daniel was also professional and thorough and guided me through a mitigation process. They were here the same day I called. We just bought this house 5 months prior so imagine my stress and I was relieved to find that all was not nearly as bad as I thought. They even sent a plumber to. Thank you Ark!
