A fun place for gathering or just spend good times with colleagues or friends. Foods are absolutely delicious and price is pretty reasonable.

We are here with a party of 20. They have lots of space and could accommodate us easily. There were some issues: 1. Some people asked for water in addition to drinks. The waters came with only one or two small ice cubes, and in plastic cups. 2. Food came very disjointed. Some people had finished watching by the time others had only started. One meal came as everybody else had finished. 3. About 6 orders were wrong. 4. My fish and chips tasted kind of plain and the chips were not hot. 5. The place didn't seem very clean. Glass walls were all smeared. 6. The big screen protector had lost its color and was almost black and white.

I came in town and walked down from my hotel for lunch! It s was a few people but the waitress was really pretty and friendly! She told me the place is packed at night and it s a more party atmosphere! It s big inside great music and patio seating! I could tell it was a cool place to come to a night for good drinks and music!

Nice adult bar. Near the airport runway. Watch the planes coming in for a landing when your sitting on the outside patio, good food,. Lots of choices on the menu. Lots of room inside. With some pool tables. And multi levels

Look at my previous post...I don't lie... It's an average joe bar in T.O that respect the late night prowler.

Arizona's is an absolutely fantastic place to go to the atmosphere is great the staff is fantastic and the food is amazing I think that's what keeps me going back there the most

I have to change my review, the service here is garbage, the food frozen, and the beer of tap is stale, and when you try to talk to the manager ( the Asian one) he ignores you and walks away. The other side of the bar smells like do do due to a clogged sink, which has been jammed for months. The pool tables are falling apart. Shame to see this place deteriorate to this state.

Called for a pickup. Nobody asked for my number. Said ok see you soon and hungup. Got there and they tell me they don't have the wings I wanted.... Nobody called. Update your website menu!

Could probably clean their tables more often in the wake of covid, poor customer service. Our waitress only cared and spoke to us when she was taking the bill. Food is pretty average

They mix their pints by topping up with extra glasses holding warm beer on the bar by the bartender. The waitress's are nice. Watch the bartender build up the glasses of extra beer...

Free pool. Great dj on weekends and not a bad place to get a group together

Horrible drinks/service. Used to be not bad now they dont even care.

Poor experience. The staff was awfully rude, one waitress tackled my friend in the bathroom. The security guard was telling us sexist comments at the door. I would not recommend planning your events there. Nice music playlist, though.

Terrible. Hostess was bothered to seat us and we left after no one came to take our food order after 20 minutes.

You will have to ask for plates and silverware after you food is served.

Very dirty place they really need to clean this place up

Went there with three friends of mine, and we all agreed that this bar is really really woth it. Our waitress, Lucy, was service-minded and competent. Food was quite good, and the last important point is that they serve a "real" coffee. I know this is a weird expression, but trust us, for french guys, canadian coffee is far too light and after two weeks in Canada, we had abandonned the idea of finding something like that :-).

If you have a doubt about going there, stop thinking and just go.

This place is an absolute dump. Cockroches In the kitchen, wait staff is rude, and the owner has no clue what is going never mind actually cares. Final opinion....unless your specifically looking for terrible food and a poor experience...avoid this place at all costs.

Service was really Amazing! Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking to see if we needed anything etc. The food was great too! Recommend the wings.

Awesome atmosphere...chicken wings and nachoos are amazing.

ordered well done wings they came undercooked long story short .. not going back server was busy talking to other staff to give me my bill nor did she ask how everything was good... chicken was low quality ..

The steak on skewers absolutely melted in my mouth! Perfectly cooked and seasoned!. The veggies were perfect as well. Great lunch!
Have had some bad service at night when we went there dancing....but the food has always been good!

I went to this restaurant for the second time yesterday, and the food was even worse than the first time I went there. The burger I got was so overcooked, it was like eating sand. The server was so rude and obnoxious, she didn't come to take my order for over 30 minutes, so I got up and went to the bar to order. She came and I told her that I ordered at the bar, and she said that I wasn't supposed to do that, she basically yelled at my friends and I. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant, I even asked fo speak to a manager and they never came.I've never been to a place where the managers didn't even care about customer service. I wish I could give this place 0 stars...

We ordered a bottle of wine. If it was a twist top I guess it would have been ok, the manager finally came over, his reply rather abruptly "there's nothing I can do" not even an apology like "I'm sorry we seem to have misplaced our bottle opener. Is there something else I may interest you in". Them it was a leafs game on. They have a contest where for every Molson canadian you order during a game you get a ballot for a chance to win tickets, I'm still waiting for my ballots. All the meals came except mine, we were a group of 6. I thought she was bringing it out, but it wasn't until she came to see how the food was, that's when I got to ask her about mine. He reply " you ordered some thing, ohhh ya the shrimp linguine ". NEVER getting another dime out of me.

Food was great. Building was fun. Would probabaly give it more stars if it was during the summer and had more people.

Beautiful women working there, but almost all male patrons. Haven't been there before, so maybe that is there niche.

I am being kind by giving the service a star...the bartenders is lousy...her service is boardering on racism...totally ignored me for almost ten minutes and the bar is empty...the ask me for a menu took anotger 20 minutes to bring it to me...just did even look at her

Not a very good service, why the persons behind us received better and faster service? Cause we're not white!??...

A good place for a quick bite sand drink. Nothing fancy, but it does the trick.

Cool sports bar but food not so good. Half price appetizers. 4 till 7. Again not so good and small portions

Good location for meeting a bunch of friends. they are good with large groups. The place can be noisy.

i had a great experience with loredana ill never forget the excellent service professionalism. she was very attentive to my needs great suggestion for food and drinks i am very picky with my drinks and food and she was very patient with that. very beautiful young woman. I will be coming back to see her again

If I could rate everything less than poor - fair I would! This place and service is absolute garbage. The waitress was very incompetent and unprofessional. She got all of our orders wrong or messed up. She smelt my wings to try to identify them. We got charged for food that we ordered but never received. Spoke to the manager and even he was a dooshbag. He blamed the waitress who blamed the kitchen on all the eff ups! Even Gordon Ramsey could not save this place. Save your $$ and go to happy hour some place else. Arizona's should go back to Arizona and stay there.

Nachos were great and of course, awesome brews. Service was excellent too!

Food was pretty decent. Our waitress seemed distracted or uninterested in coming by though. Idk. Probably not worth the price.

Absolutely turned off of this place. Went on a Wednesday night, just left the place. Didn't wipe the table we sat at, took a while to greet us and then just slapped down menus and walked away. Server eventually came and ordered drinks.... took a while to get. Ordered oysters with lime.... got the oysters after staff got lost trying to find the table that ordered them. Didn't get the lime.... waited... flagged down a server and got lime but didnt inquire if we wanted anything else. Never checked up just another runner got lost with our salmon... left the table after dropping plates... didn't clear the table at all. Salmon was burned.... vegetable were for babies, mush. Then decided to just leave and get desert somewhere else cause bad service... never asked how our meal was. Never refilled the wine... losing out on sales for not upselling, or making sure food was good and hygiene was terrible. Did I mention swatting a fruit fly the whole time? ... never again.

A little too busy for my tastes; however the prices are reasonable and employees mostly courteous. Have returned multiple times for the specials. Certainly not an above average experience.

This is a great atmosphere with great staff our party had Annie and she was a great hostess very courteous and she was on the ball with our orders the drinks were cold and refreshing and the food was tasty and quick gotta say I would definitely return

I used to love going to arizona's. It was our to go place for food, but now not so much, the food does not taste the same.

Monday night wings with coworkers! Quick friendly service...great place to watch the game! Service and food are acceptable and at a reasonable price, its not a high end sports bar but it sure does the trick!
