Great bar, staff has a great attitude and are easy on the eyes.

Good food. Disaster service, on Saturday's! They are seriously under-staffed. Waiters swarmed and manager just standing like a sitting duck doing nothing near the kitchen. Took us an hour to get our drinks. Then no cutlery and no glasses. Appetizers came out after the mains. Great place but definitely bad management.

I have enjoyed my visits here in the past, went to watch the Superbowl here and was not impressed. The PA system was extremely loud!!

The place looks cool, the food looks good. The worst service we have ever received. Waited 30 minutes for a beer so we left the food and left.

Server was great. The beer we were served was not coors lite. It was awful whatever it was. They replaced it. I ordered a taco salad. It had zero taco seasoning. Just lettuce, cheese and tasteless chicken. We had no utensils to eat with. We did get some eventually, but my food was cold by the time I got a fork. The fruit fly that flew out of my salad really grossed me out. And the constant swatting of fruit flies was a bit much.

Service was Medicare at best. Cutlery and side plates came long after app arrived at table. Meh.

Busy place close to hotels and airport with standard grill fare.

If you don t come see Emma at the bar you are missing out on a truly next level experience. She drinks lemon water like no one I have ever seen. Don t forget about about Tanya and Lordanna. They will entertain all night.

This place had its golden years but now it's just run down bar by the airport. Prices are good but food is terrible, service at the bar itself it's a disaster. Girls at the bar spend more time drinking with regulars and talking to each other than doing their job. DJ is another horror story, music is so outdated that it's not even funny. I think it's a main reason people stop coming in on Friday nights. I hope owner will see this post and fix the problems. Place got huge potential.

This bar has been around in our location for many years right near the Pearson airport. It's a nice atmosphere, friendly crowd good wings. You can watch sports lots of TV On the Weekends Friday, Saturday live dj it's alright on certain nights

I've been coming here for years. If you're staying at one of the airport strip hotels, or want a relaxing drink or dinner after a flight, this place is a great choice.

They have an impressive beer selection, and the bar staff will mix just about anything for you. I like the variety on the menu - wide selection of appetizers and plenty of main dish options from fish tacos to burgers, pasta, Mexican, and even a bit of german. Servings are pretty large so good for big appetites. Prices are reasonable so you don't have to have a travel allowance to come here, unlike some of the nearby steakhouses.

Half price appetizers make for a cheap meal, but I've enjoyed the sausages, pasta dishes, fish and chips, and Mexican dishes. The meat lovers pizza we had on our last visit was meh, but the calamari was nice and tender.

Service is always friendly and professional. Yes, the staff is predominately female, and they do cater to a mostly male crowd, but the servers are nothing but professional and I wouldn't hesitate to bring guests here.

Food was good, very tasty although we only had apps at happy hour.

Accommodated a big work group in a great separate room with a pool table. Nicer inside than it looks on the outside. Great drink selection and ok food selection. Food was good though, just a bit of a mismatched menu. Recommend going Mexican here with burritos, quesadillas or nachos.

I had the shrimp stirfry with rice. One of the worst meals I had. I should have stuck with nachos

Horrible experience. The waitress kept forgetting the drinks. We didn't have enough menus on the table. We kept us asking for it. It took a while to get our orders. After a 45min wait, the girl notified us that there is no dressing that comes with the salad. Not enough vegetarian options.
When asked for coffee it was brought semi-warm and had a weird smell.
Stir-fry dish was more like a soup. Hard veggies and chewy meat.
The girl never asked for re-fills or water. A cake was brought in to celebrate a birthday and was not cut. We didn't have enough dishes or cutlery.
Horrible experience. Not worth the money. Very disorganized.

This place is BIG and able to host large parties. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive. I had a great time, and will return in the future.

Best Wings by the Airport! Id recommend every wing eater to try it out, even if you are staying the night after a connection layover from flying. Trust me!

Terrible experience. Our waitress was extremely rude and actually degraded one of our party members based on a drink choice... Not to mention obviously rolling her eyes at guests. The drinks were mediocre at best, and the pizza was overly greasy. I wish I could give it less than one star.

Good bar near the airport. Good service and good food. Usually a common meet up place for me and my friends. Music can get loud on Fridays and Saturdays when the DJ is there.

Love this place! They been around for over 25 years and that speaks volume. One of the places that has been around for so long but keeps up with the day and age they operate in. You'll find great food and drinks selection here.

My friend andI went to decompress, sat at the bar an actually had a great time. Our bartender Lorendana was incredible, she always snuck ir to chat with us. It was refreshing that she took the time with us considering how busy it was. Great atmosphere- We are definitely coming back.

Can I give it no stars? Came in hungry left out still hungry. Waitress did not tell us beforehand that they only had one cook and our we would have a long wait to receive our food got there 12:30 food came out at almost 2:00.. Waitress never comes over to explain situation, we have to ask why is food taking so long There were only 15 people including us in there smh. When food does come out some of its wrong, I mean how do you mess up a salad with 3 ingredients and forget to drain the grease off fried Calamari. When we asked to speak to manager the waitress told us that the manager was not there but she spoke to her on our behalf and that we would receive 10% off our bill. Really that s it. We ask when manager would be there and what is their name. Now mind you this waitress has been going word for word with us over the matter and is being very disrespectful. We find out from another waitress that our waitress is the manager on duty and that the person she said would be there in morning doesn t exist WTF.

The hamburger was dry and hard. The smell in the lounge was bad. Avoid it.

Every time I go here there is new staff and they are all very unprofessional. Pool tables and multiple tv's are a plus. The food is mediocre at best.

The music was amazinggggg...on the other hand the chicken wings were not as yum .

Needs more craft beer on the menu but it's an EXCELLENT place otherwise.

This is the place to go for easy dining and socializing when in the Toronto airport area.

Monday night and it took a while for the food to come. The appetizer came 10 minutes later after our main. Servers are friendly though. It s just that it was hard to find our server as she was always not around our area. Food is average. Nothing special from other chicken wings places.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Went in on Friday night with a few friends to play pool and had to go to the bar and get our own drinks, meanwhile servers are serving all around us. Tried to approach two servers and they turned their backs and walked away as if we weren t going to try and ask them something! Finally asked a server for menus and she s Loly gaging around and 5 min later we ask her again, then three of the incompetent waitress stand there staring and pointing at us trying to figure out who s going to help us, and none of them even did :D they just walked away. We were there about 30-40 min trying to get some service. Obviously they just ignored us until we left. This is hands down the worst experience and service I have ever experienced, not to mention the bathrooms were disgusting. STEP UP YOUR GAME IF YOU WANT SERVICE OR DECENT CROWDS IN THERE & get some servers who have half a brain

It was open and serving food at 10:30 on a Wednesday night.

I have been to Arizona Grill Lounge and my experience has been amazing. It is one of the best places to go and enjoy with your friends while cheering for your favorite team. We ordered chicken wings along with beer. It was a perfect combination to spend some relaxing moments after a hectic day at work.

Wings were nasty , nachoes over cooked, service was less then adequate.

Man told me wearing my hat backwards was against their dress code.....barely anyone there is dressed.

Amazing night out!!!. Great music and great drinks!! What a gem in the heart of the city.

Went to the bar to watch the game... The sound was off by 5 seconds!!! Told the owner he shrugged his shoulders!! Worst spot to watch sports I have ever been to.

The waitress has no good customer service skills..I ordered calamari and veggie pizza .It took 50 minutes.
The calamari came with small amount of dip.
I requested for more dip the waitress walked around for 15 minutes before she can return to the table.she kept on looking at my table each time she walked by.

Then another waitress came to the table..she said she will take over.
I went right ahead n requested for the bill .I could not remain there anymore I was about to get really upset..

I think it's all about taking your and don't care about giving you great service..

The only thing worse than the 1/2 price apps was the service. Waited 15 mins after having to request our bill and she never did come back. Chicken was like rubber, beef skewers has been sitting cooked for a long time.Our group is staying next door at hotel all week but won't waste my money again at this place.

Very disappointed in this place. Came in hungry left out still hungry.The Waitress did not tell us beforehand that the restaurant only had one cook . With a group of over 5 people this is somthing that you'd think would be commictaed to us.... NOPE. We had been looking for food in the area for a while. We were excited to see that this restaurant was open late . We got there about 12:30 am Ordered within the first 10 minutes of being there the food came out at almost 2:00 am .. Not once did the Waitress come over to explain situation, we had to ask why is food taking so long to get an explanation. Then some of the food comes out wrong, I mean how do you mess up a salad with 3 ingredients Chicken lettuce & cucumbers. Then serve a plate of greased Calamari that we had to send back. To top off this experience When we asked to speak to manager the waitress told us that the manager was not there but she spoke to her on our behalf and that we would receive 10% off our bill... Reader's please understand this!!!! over a hour of trash service you call the manager and tell speak on our behalf? You knew somthing was wrong !!!! and 10% off ? I mean we paid for every swallow of juice and soda poured into our cups. That wasn't atleast complementary due to the circumstances. After trying to speak with the waiter's she told us it was out of her hands there is no manager on site there is nothing she can do and she wasn't calling her manager back. When we explained to her that a tip was given to the bartender for move then then 16 dollar's ( 10%) on the bill. The waiter told us she didnt ask for anything she didnt ask us to do that. When we asked her for her name. she told us it was on the receipt and walked away. VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Emma was the star of the night. She kept the party going when all seemed bleak. Shes the reason I'll be coming back as a repeat customer.

Very poor service by the waitresses who seem to always have attitude. The security staff are some of the most brutish individuals, and complaints to the manager mean nothing.

Took forever to take our order. By the time they did, it was incorrect & they couldn't correct the mistake because kitchen was closing. Servers lack customer service & they all seem drunk or tipsy. Table was dirty our drinks took 20mins to get served. Just an overall horrible experience. I will not go back there.

Nice place, always decently busy with a mixed crowd. Food is above average, servers have been really nice both times I've been here.

Food and Beverage are awesome! Servers are so attentive. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely recommend it!
