I just received a pair of ariat sport patriot II distressed leather boots. They are very nice boots but, I Called customer service to ask about the care on these particular leather boots. There was no specific instructions which is ridiculous. There should be instructions either inside the package, on their website or customer service should have a specific brand and care instructions for this type of leather. Very disappointed.

Customer service worse than FedEx! Ordered a pair of boots and after a week, they emailed me in the dead of night to inform me they canceled my order because they were out of stock. I've emailed several times to ask if they will be back in stock and no reply. Tried to do a review and they just deleted it because they didn't like it. Apparently I'm not they only one. I've always worn nothing but ariat, but I guess it's time for a change.....

Had the boots for two months. And the side of the boot gave out have been trying to contact customer service. Finely got some one after 3 weeks. Emailed everything they asked for. No one every got back to me. That was a month ago. There customers support is the worst. And the boots even worse. I had them for 8 weeks. There done. They really don t care about there customers. If they did they would fix the problem but we re just a number to them nothing else.

I was wearing Justin boots when my wife bought me my first pair of Ariat boots, they turned out to be the most comfortable pair of boots I ever wore, the quality was awesome, now I don't wear anything except Ariat boots, I worked in my last pair & then I'd polish them up for date nights, with what I do I need a tuff pair of boots that won't fall apart, after wearing this brand I could never consider wearing another, im sold on these.

Ordered a pair of boots that was in stock on the website. Received a cancellation notice. When I called customer service I was told that they were low on stock of the boots I ordered. Not out of stock, low on stock. But yet they cancelled my order WTH!!! I had used a 10% off and they offered me another 10% off ...woooohoo lol. Should I order again just so they could cancel again??? Or should I order from someone that is more customer oriented. Huge disappointment and urge you to shop with another manufacturer!!

Having to post this review here as Ariat customer service deletes any negative reviews from their website and social media pages.

Boots on their own would score 4-5, but the customer service is what will stop me being a repeat customer, and will have me recommending the competitors over Ariat. You call and nobody answers, you use their call back service, nobody calls back for over 3 hours. You reach out on Facebook and you don t get a response for over 27 hours! When you finally do get a response they ll say someone will contact you, been waiting over 3 days now for that to happen. It s kind of amusing that their boots come with a card with a statement from their CEO Beth Cross that states how much she prides herself in the product and customer service. I would assume that s not a lie, but maybe that s showing how far the people in charge of this company are out of touch with the day to day operations? Stetson and Justin Boots customer service runs rings around these people, and the quality is just as good. Wouldn t purchase from here again.

I emailed them, called and never got to talk anyone, even did a ticket to investigate purchase. I NEVER heard anything back from customer service. Products are wonderful but customer service is awful.". This is the response they emailed me...
