Having to post this review here as Ariat customer ...

Having to post this review here as Ariat customer service deletes any negative reviews from their website and social media pages.

Boots on their own would score 4-5, but the customer service is what will stop me being a repeat customer, and will have me recommending the competitors over Ariat. You call and nobody answers, you use their call back service, nobody calls back for over 3 hours. You reach out on Facebook and you don t get a response for over 27 hours! When you finally do get a response they ll say someone will contact you, been waiting over 3 days now for that to happen. It s kind of amusing that their boots come with a card with a statement from their CEO Beth Cross that states how much she prides herself in the product and customer service. I would assume that s not a lie, but maybe that s showing how far the people in charge of this company are out of touch with the day to day operations? Stetson and Justin Boots customer service runs rings around these people, and the quality is just as good. Wouldn t purchase from here again.
