I wrote a review on their website. "The boots were awesome but I had to return them because they were too big. The 1 star review is due to customer service. I emailed them, called and never got to talk anyone, even did a ticket to investigate purchase. I NEVER heard anything back from customer service. Products are wonderful but customer service is awful.". This is the response they emailed me...
