Best place to work, a multinational enterprise with a family touch and friendly culture. Many ways to grow and be heard by upper management, ideas and opinions are taken serioulsy and that for me is a big YES!

Been customer for years. Service has dropped to almost non-existent. The salesperson and supervisors don't know the difference between different thread count bolts etc. I cancelled my account. Which is over 20k per year. Still no one from that company has even contacted me to see why. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've used Wurth products for 30+ years. At one time they were the standard of excellence.
My recent experience with the NEW Cavity Protection Spray # 0892082500 has changed ALL of that.
First - without notice, Wurth deleted the ALWAYS included part # 18911514 "SPRAY PROBE aerowand" Its the 23" long hose you attach to the spray can so one can reach into cavities. If that's not bad enough the new spray probe does not come attached with the spray nozzle so you have to install it to the already present short nozzle. So now when you do have to spray something at close range you must disassemble it instead of just simply swap nozzles like before.
Without it the product is USELESS! So now that is an extra charge?! With a dispute my rep begrudgingly released 5 to go with the already purchased 12 cans.
Second - the new formula. Flat out, its WURTH-LESS! Ultra thin! With no true film coverage to protect from corrosion. There is no way this stuff will be effective for more then just one year's winter use. NO WAY. The old formula was much thicker and cling on to vertical surfaces well. Now 80% of the product just runs off like water! Instead of getting effective rust protection for a few good years now one has to fully reapply ever year.
I won't be using Wurth again! 4CR cavity protection brown spray is my go to product from now on. ******* 8/30/19 update ****** I must have had a bad batch. It's much better now as it was before..bravo Wurth!

WARNING...Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered couplers for our business. The description was misleading. I tried to return in June. After numerous calls to numerous people I got know where. No return calls, or if I was lucky enough to talk with someone nothing was done. Its been 3 months with no resolve. I will never buy from them again.

First of all, I've never directly worked at this company. But I can give you a review of my experience in the hiring process.

The company had a wild position posted on Indeed, requiring someone to have extensive marketing, graphic design, and video editing skills. Realistically, the chances of finding a person who can do all 3 down to less than a percent. Regardless, the position was posted with a strict emphasis on graphic work, so I figured I'd apply anyway.

I got a call back from a recruiter, instead of a direct representative of the company. She called me at 5:00 PM on the dot, which is unusual to begin with. Therefore, I had to call again the following day. No offense meant by this, but the automated phone service and the required conversational methods the recruiter used were very impersonal and unprofessional. Seemed like I was calling a company on a budget of $1k.

The recruiter put me on hold for several minutes before bringing up my information. She told me my resume barely had any information on it, even though it's been reviewed by graphics professionals, and she called me anyway. So how could it have been bad? She also thought I had experience with automotive services, which is ridiculous. I don't think she really scanned through it or even got to look at my portfolio. I didn't take offense to any of this. It didn't seem like she was familiar with the graphics industry. Maybe it was not her fault, but the overall company's incompetence.

She told me I wouldn't get the job because I didn't have experience with video editing, so we both wasted our time. Predictable? Yes, many low-budget companies have incompetent service and don't know what they want. Why else would you call someone who you know would not be qualified?

Therefore, I'm not offended by the rejection. I have written this review as a warning to potential hires about the incompetence of the company. Stay clear.
