Not impressed with click and collect tried to purchase a phone for my 80 year old mum, she had to open an account, which she didn't want, and then tried to pay with her card but her bank wouldn't complete the payment as they wanted a mobile number which she doesn't have. Why can't you just purchase an item and pay on your debit card??

Purchased a ring for my wife ,due to current situation with covid I was passed the item in a clear bag . When I looked you could clearly see the ring was snapped . I didn't even step away from the building ,I told the staff immediately in which they replied they could do nothing and i would need to travel to another Argos . No apology
Always good service but a special mention to Stevie. She always has her eye on the shop floor ensuring that customers are looked after promptly and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
She is truly outstanding and a credit to the team there.
Very friendly and helpful staff who are enthusiastic to show you how the new technology at the catalog desks work so that in future there will be little point of queuing up for the till, unless you would like to have a human being instead of a machine to answer your queries.
Never seen Argos quite so empty before! Having said this it was early in the day (before 10am). So my items didn't take long to materialize behind the counter.
