Purchased a ring for my wife ,due to current situation with covid I was passed the item in a clear bag . When I looked you could clearly see the ring was snapped . I didn't even step away from the building ,I told the staff immediately in which they replied they could do nothing and i would need to travel to another Argos . No apology
