Not impressed with click and collect tried to purchase a phone for my 80 year old mum, she had to open an account, which she didn't want, and then tried to pay with her card but her bank wouldn't complete the payment as they wanted a mobile number which she doesn't have. Why can't you just purchase an item and pay on your debit card??
