Probably the coolest place ever to catch a show. During the show I recommend taking a walk to the top and looking out over Denver to see the city lights. The other awesome thing about Red Rocks is the stage area and theater are open to the public when there is not an event. It is a great place to exercise or join a drum circle on the weekends.

Red Rocks Amphitheater is a National Treasure! Amazing geologic beauty interwoven with architectural grace and functionality. We were delighted to discover it was open to the general public during non-concert times. Great place for a walk and the little visitor was very interesting.

Gorgeous outdoor venue. We viewed BLACK PANTHER. Parking was ample for the huge crowd. We arrived late enough where we had a 10 mine trek uphill. There were plenty of Port-o-potties (or whatever). The views are stunning. The metro Denver skyline lit up at night is spectacular.

We'll definitely be returning.

One of my favorite places to take visiting friends and family. Beautiful place. Look up if they're hosting a concert though because it closes around 1 to get ready for any concerts. Park in the upper parking lot for a better immediate view.

The only venue I have ever cried walking into for a concert it's that beautiful. Highly recommend the vip sections staff bring you drinks. Also the shuttle from the thirsty lion pub was worth every penny. Safe travels there and back and tailgating is allowed. Truly memorable exlerience

This is a beautiful location with an incredible view. The concert we went to left something to be desired but the company was great and they had a good selection of concessions. The parking looked to be a bit of a mess so we took an Uber but it did look like they had quite a bit of space for vehicles.

Every concert here has been quite memorable. The staff are friendly. The venue is spectacular. There's little I can say bad about this place besides they need more water bottle filling stations.

Like their flyer says, there's no better place to see the stars! This is the most beautiful venue I've ever experienced, and it's always a party. Arrive early and you're sure to make new friends in the lots before the show. Try the bus to show, it's a great option to get into the lots easily and avoid traffic.

The BEST outdoor venue possible to see a show. With red rock formations towering hundreds of feet above you on the sides, and a spectacular view of Denver and rolling hills framing the stage, even an average show could leave you feeling touched by something magical. The employees seemed wholly there to ensure we had a good time, once we made it up the big hill from where we parked. Consider taking a shuttle from Denver, so you can safely party after a great show.

Hands down the best live music venue in the entire world. This place is simply magical. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go experience it. There is an energy in this venue that simply cannot be explained - it has to be experienced. I have been to countless shows since I moved here 3 and a half years ago and each time is just as memorable, exciting and uplifting as the last. Can't wait to see more concerts this summer!!!

Chris Farley said it best how I felt being at Red Rocks last summer: "I've seen a lot of things in my life, but.... THAT WAS AWESOME !!!" I could hear our group talking to me without screaming while Umphrey's covered a little LedZep. Visually stunning, an acoustic engineering marvel. Better stretch tho, it's no small walk up those rocks!

Beautiful place to visit. Great for sightseeing, exercise, and learning about some history! Unfortunately no public transportation available to Red Rocks aside from the shuttle buses for concerts in the evenings.

Went on a melting day(almost 100 degrees) but not regret it. Simply amazing how Mother Nature can shape the world for us. Even more amazing is that brilliant idea of putting a live theatre in between the rocks! Would highly suggest to go for a concert. Don t forget to stop by the gift shops.

Red Rocks is a gift from Colorado to the world, the best venue by far,the acoustics, the scenery, the colors of nature and the views are second to none. It is a total delight to enjoy any event at Red Rocks, and believe me those memories will last a lifetime. You'll be walking on dirt from the lots to the venue ( mud depending on the season) and then climbing lots of stairs, dress appropriately as the weather can change drastically in a matter of minutes and get your sunscreen on and bug spray as you are totally outdoors.

A wonderful place to see a concert. A bit of a warning, there are a lot of stairs...I mean...a lot of stairs. There is even a sign that encourages you to check your heart rate. If you are in good shape you shouldn't have to worry too much. If you are not, you can still make it, but be prepared.

This is a world famous venue and it is clear to see why. The natural acoustics of the rocks make the music crisp and clear without overstraining the senses. The view looking out onto the Foothills and Denver skyline is unmatched. You would be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn't take a concert in here at least once in your life.

Legendary for a reason. This was my third trip to Colorado, specifically to see a show at Red Rocks. Every trip, regardless of the season, there has been rain, or at least a light mist and it has been cool or cold by the end of the show. Come prepared. The acoustics are wonderful, even on the last row and the scenery is magnificent. Come early and see the exibits at the top. Be prepared to walk and climb lots of stairs, they appeared to be very accommodating to those with special needs though, so it may be worth a call ahead if you have a need.

Red rocks is a fantastic venue for music, workouts, hiking or just scenery. The rock formations are stunning and there is always something to enjoy or do. It is hands down my favorite place to be in all of Colorado.

Red Rocks is absolutely unique and special. The beauty and magic of the place is unparalleled. Be prepared to take a long time parking and getting into the venue. It's quite a hike, but totally worth the pilgrimage.

I've been to a few shows here with GA tickets and have always been disappointed. The distance from the stage and the quality of the sound are the biggest issues. Friends have told me the experience is much better in the ticketed seats. I won't be doing any more GA tickets here.

By far the prettiest music venue I've ever been to. There was something ethereal about being out amongst the rocks, sitting at the top of the bleachers and staring out into the distance at downtown Denver. There's a reason they call this area, "Big Sky Country," and it feels like the sky is about to collapse on your head. Get there early in the morning and beat the tourist rush so that you can better enjoy the tranquility of the place.
