Went on a couple trails. Weather wasn't too bad. Seems like they take good care of the place. Great spot to get some exercise in. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Didn't get to go to a show though, maybe next time.

Absolutely horrible service by the workers, I got there at about 2:10 after a long drive from Arvada and as I was about to pass the gates they stop me and say they close at 2:30 so I check my watch and it s about 2:15 now and I they say they are just doing they re job by closing 15 minutes earlier than the time that is listed no where, I think that this is probably one of the worst things to go see, I would recommend st. mary s Glacier it is a short fun hike and has nice jumping and climbing spots. I 10/10 would not recommend.

Natural amphitheatre formed by the surrounding red sandstone with an amazing view East of the Rockies with Denver in the distance. Get there early to tailgate before the show, stay for a fantastic performance and soak in (or maybe inhale) the Colorado atmosphere.

Absolutely beautiful. It's surreal how nature could produce something so extraordinary. The trails are great and well marked. My chihuahua was able to do the trail, sometimes struggling with the large steps but that was no big deal. The trails are packed when the weather is nice and before events. You also meet so many kind and interesting people along the trails and you don't see garbage or dog waste bags - it's very clean and people show a lot of respect to landscape. Amazing experience and not too far from home. Will make this a regular go-to spot for quick trips away.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. I've only been here for concerts but I was not disappointed. The only factor that I was disappointed with the was overpricing of concessions but unfortunately that's how it'll be at any venue. Otherwise is a wonderful place to visit

Really interesting place to see! I was just passing through so I didn't get to see a show there but glad I stopped anyways. I parked at the bottom and hiked up. It was a little strenuous but not bad. The trail was well maintained and had steps. My pics are from the surrounding area. My pics of the amphitheater didn't turn out.

This place never disappoints! Whether you are visiting for a concert, an exercise class, or just to walk around - it is the perfect activity and an amazing natural amphitheater. I always take out of town guests here, even if there isn t a show. The concerts here are next level and in my opinion the best live music experience you can have. The staff is always great and you are able to pack a picnic and eat prior to the show or bring it in with you.

Absolutely beautiful venue. Honestly, no bad seats. If you are a visitor who lives somewhere at our below sea level, or experience any breathing issues, you might want to consider a small personal oxygen device which you can purchase in most pharmacies. I had no issue with with the altitude anywhere in or around the Denver area until trying to make the trek up to the entrance at Red Rocks. There is also a shuttle from the lower parking lots should you need it. Enjoy!

stopped by with some boys, great easy hike around with wonderful views, the trading house trail took about 45 min with a nice walk to the amphitheater at the end. Not much exploring or climbing possible.

Great place, no issues. I just think there are much nicer/interesting places in colorado! Definitely not a place you want to stay long at, can get boring quick, but worth a look for sure.

The most amazing place you can come listen to concerts. And the sound can not be duplicated. The sunset is absolutely amazing. The night skies are incredible. No other venue can ever measure up.

The most amazing natural Amphitheater in the world!
I've been privileged enough to see a few shows a year. Every musician and band aspires to play at Red Rocks and when they do they usually play the best show of the year on the tour!

May possibly be the best concert venue in the world. Every musician in the country wants to play there, so if your favorite band is playing there they will play that much better because they love it! I suggest taking an Uber to the top entrance if you are unable to hike up or do not want to.

Gorgeous scenery and hiking. Some short light climbs give vantage to the surrounding area. There is also an ampitheater where concerts happen regularly at dusk. A great setting for an afternoon adventure.

Visited on Saturday afternoon. Parking our motorhome was a breeze. Amphitheater is AWESOME natural feature that has been respectfully developed! We took the short hike to the geological lookout, and lucked out - the band "AJR" was recording a couple songs up there before their concert on the same night!

Amazing concert venue, with a killer view as a bonus! There isn't a bad seat to be had, even if you're stuck on the side, but row 40 seems best to me--close enough to the stage but you also get to see Denver in the background. Every band seems genuinely thrilled to perform here, and tends to engage the crowd more than usual.

Really enjoyed spending three nights in a row watching concerts here. Views are beautiful, roomy area by your seats. My only issue was we had to park so far away, literally on the road heading to the parking lots. I'm capable of walking that distance, but I can see an issue with some people.

Seeing a concert at Red Rocks was a bucket list event for me so when our favorite band announced a show 6 months ago we bought tickets and made it happen. What a fantastic experience it was. This multi use venue is absolutely amazing. Breathtaking views and unbeatable sound. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day for hiking and walking around the venue. I couldn t believe all the people there touring and working out. The visitor center was great, we spent a lot of tine going through the 40 years of concerts that have been held there. Simply amazing. I can t wait to plan my next trip here for a concert.

Nothing quite like experiencing music at this venue. Staff are usually quite pleasant, helpful, and patient. Can always see the stage from anywhere in the stands and with plenty of space to dance.

Beyond the venue being open air and disallowing pot smoke but allows cigarettes to the toon of removing those that partake which is nearly everyone in Colorado this is the only detractor from a venue that otherwise strives to make sure you have a great time whilst you are there

This place is beautiful! My friend and I came here to hike and were overwhelmed by the amount of trails here! The view is breathtaking and the difficulty of trails varies which we really liked. We spent about 4 hours here and didn t even see it all. Definitely an experience to set aside more than a few hours for!

So ... when people from other parts of the world to Colorado you want to show them some nice places. Do not miss taking them to Red Rocks!!! I don't mean just when there is music, take them anytime. The morning is spectacular and so make sure this is on your list.

The museum is free and you can plunk yourself down and spend an hour watching one of the many different movies about Red Rocks. I love taking friends and I am sure it will be just as nice for your friends.

This place was great. The views were spectacular. Could see all the way to Denver. The Amphitheater was great too. I'm looking forward to taking in a concert there on a future visit. Can't wait.

World famous concert venue with treacherous muddy parking lots. You would think with the price of the tickets, that they could afford to pave the parking lots. Also the no smoking policy is a joke. Zero enforcement on pot, tobacco, and vape usage.

Amazing amazing amazing! Got to see NIN! Lots of walking. Almost 3000ft from one of the lower lots and up hill, be prepared with comfy shoes. Turns out you can pre game. That would have been nice since beers are about $12 a piece. Sounds and views are like no other. I will definitely be watching their calendar from now on. And I only did a fly in, watch, sleep, fly out.

Red Rocks is open to the public for free on non-event days. Come to hike the trails, watch the intense workouts happening on the steps, or just to observe and imagine the Beatles playing a concert here. Note: parking is a headache but will be much better when they finish the construction work on the lower parking lot.

This is hands down the best concert venue out there. Not only is it iconic, but beautiful and has the best lineups. There's nothing quite like watching a great band with the backdrop of the Denver skyline. This is a must visit in Denver.
