There is a little restaurant there and you sit on the side of the rocks. Gorgeous.

Great time with the family at red rocks film on the rocks. Snacks included in the ticket price. Plenty of restrooms and sanitizing stations available.
Loved it!! When you go up for the sunrise it is a lifetime experience! The best thing to do during vacation (besides having to get up early)
It is very chili in the morning if you go for the sunrise, so I would recommend bringing a blanket and coats
After moving out of state I visit Red Rocks every trip to Colo. The Museum is a walk down memory lane.. the views are outstanding.
Photos don't do this area justice. Magnificent views and fresh mountain air.
Unbelievable place you have to see to believe! Inspiring ideas for architecture, very impressive!
My favorite place to attend a concert or just hang out.
Visited from Missouri, so beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We visitied the park itself, but it It would be be amazing to see a concert here.
Truly the world's greatest amphitheater! Just such a unique, memorable location with a trading post at the bottom and a statue of the great John Denver which is cool. It's a little bit of a trek to get up into the amphitheater but once you're in it could fit thousands of people. Steep stairs as a heads up. The benches are wood so stays wet if it rains or snows (which it did haha).
Absolutely beautiful venue! Amazing views and beautiful surroundings! Definitely my favorite place to see a concert by far! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been!
Red rocks is a fantastic amphitheatre and beautiful park.always a great experience
I've been here more times than I can count and it never gets old. Awesome acoustics and killer scenery fuels an atmosphere that sets the stage for memorable shows. Bands step up their game as the venue is second to none.
Saw the best concert of my life at Red Rocks last night! The Wood Brothers are incredible musicians, songwriters, performers. #redrocks #thewoodbros #brothersrock.
Beautiful place! We didn't see a concert but walked around on the trails.
Still the best place in the world to see a show (concert)
Would have been 5 stars but you have to sit for like 2 hours before any music goes on. (Stevie Wonder ).
Truly a phemonmen! Great place for a day hike close to Denver and the foothills. Everyone should experience a show here once in their lifetime!
A great place to hear any band. The venue and surrounding views are incredible. Be ready to hike though.
My FAVORITE venue I've ever been to. This is by far my favorite thing about Colorado
Solid but going up not during a concert was a little overrated.
What can you say about Red Rocks that hasn't already been said? A true American treasure. The best natural amphitheater in the world. Amazing scenery. Great acoustics. Just a wonderful experience.
The only negative is the parking and distance from the parking lots to the amphitheater. If you are older it is quite the hike. Well worth the 15 bucks to take a cab from the lower lots to the top and avoid the climb (and the line)!
Great place for a show or a morning hike. I am in awe of the scenery every time I stop here.
You can experience concerts from world-renowned musicians in an absolutely amazing atmosphere here echoing the ancient Roman and Greek amphitheaters
Phenomenal venue! Only thing is that the seats are like wooden benches so bring stadium seats or a blanket to sit on.
What's not to love about this legendary music venue? Parking is included in your venue fee, the concessions are actually pretty good, and the views are unparalleled.
Just visited but would be amazing to go for a concert. Check out their concert calendar.
Theres a reason that red rocks is world renowned! Beautiful area in Morrison. Has handicap parking and seating! Food is pricey, but every seat is amazing! Very clean!
One of the most iconic venues on planet earth. Would not miss it if you have the opportunity to come visit. Open to the public most days unless a concert is on. Plenty of trails in and around the park as well. Amazing sound and one of a kind views. Rock the rocks!
Amazing views and one of, if not the best, concert venues in the world.
Very beautiful natural amphitheatre. I have to come back when the shows resume.
What a cool experience! My friend told me anybody who's anybody has sung at Red Rocks, so i tried to get my dogs to sing there. They let me down They never make noise outside. But we got to see this one of a kind natural amphitheater, then take a great little hike through the mountain before we went higher to find snow for my huskies. I was so shocked to see these red rocks in Colorado! I am from Oklahoma & would expect to find red rocks there. I am so curious about how such smooth, red rocks came up in Colorado. I want to learn more...
Red Rocks was a bucket list experience for us. It is a really phenomenal place to see a concert! The landscape is just incredible and the sound is so pure.
There is one major negative though.... it is a literal hike to get to your seats. We were not expecting this at all! So, if you go, wear proper shoes, bring water, wear sunscreen and, if your not used to the elevation, expect to take several breaks on the way to your seats.
Definitely worth a 10 minute detour in or out of the city.
Would go to more shows here if it didn't involve going through AXS for tickets. Wretched customer service and that means red rocks has terrible customer service by proxy.
This is an awesome place to see a concert... the views are wonderful, the sound perfect, and atmosphere rocks... I saw the Beach Boys 50th Anniversary Tour... I look for bands to enjoy when I am there as I need a reason to return. Keep in mind... the steps that rise from the lower parking lot to the upper concession level have about 380 steps... at 6000' above sea level, this could be a task for the elderly or those not in shape, understanding that by parking in the upper lot, you will arrive at the upper concession level and avoid the steps... also, consider getting there early as the parking lots fill and you may end up parking way back down the road leading in.... Find something you like and go enjoy this venue.
We loved going to Red Rocks and seeing The Cheese! Perfect venue for this. We hope to make it an Annual Family Event
Great place in Colorado to relax, take a hike, due some workouts and simply enjoy the Red Rocks in Colorado with family, friends, pets or even alone.
There's a reason every major band has played here. There are few places on Earth that rival this venue. Amazing location. Saw Brit Floyd here 2 years ago it rained and there was a massive lightning storm a few miles a way in the distant it made it the most epic show I've ever seen and I've seen over 1000 concerts in my life time. Don't skip a chance to see a show here.
Everyone who visits this part of the country, must stop by for a a quick day hike. Visit the famous amphitheater and explore the trails. The views are unforgettable and a must for visitors. Definitely an easy hike for people who have a hour to take the time to create everlasting memories. Just remember to take photos and take your time on your hike and enjoy the view. Multiple trails to choose from, just try to visit when there is not a concert venue.
Amazing place to see a show! Vendors could be more reasonably priced.
Absolutely beautiful! Grounds keepers were working hard to keep the snow and ice removed
I've always had a blast here no matter who's playing!
Amazing place for sound and sight but be prepared to exercise your feet and lungs hehe
Such a magical place for a show! Not too big, great acoustics!
Best venue I've ever been. Scratch it off the bucket list!
Beautiful. If you have a chance to go, even if there's no concert or anything, then go. You will not regret it.
This venue is breathtaking, literally. Not only is it beautiful and you can see all of Denver, it's pretty high in altitude so it was a bit difficult to catch my breath after the hike up to the stage. But it was so worth it and I didn't even mind the cold weather! It's hard to describe except for epic. Everyone must experience a concert here!!!
Watched Deathcab For Cutie there. Always an incredible venue. The staff helped my lady friend who had recently had knee surgery with easy parking and a handicap shuttle
One of the most spectacular meetings of human and Mother Nature's shaping of a place.
Love this venue. Best place to see live music anywhere!!
Awesome experience! Every seat is great and the upper seats give you such a great view of Colorado
Another great night at RR. Best place on Earth to watch a concert.
Amazing geologic feature. What would make it better? A great concert you say? BAM! Wish granted. I've been to Ultra Music Festival twice in Miami, FL, not a great location like this would be.
Lots of stairs so be prepared. Did yoga on the rocks and it was amazing!
Every bit as majestic and awe inspiring today as it was years past, when some of the greatest performers put on a show here all those years ago. Still has the best views and even greater natural acoustics anywhere around. A must visit for any 1st time trip to Colorado especially for a performance.
Enjoyed experiencing the drum concert along with the beautiful Amphitheater. Will definitely come back
Great place for a concert. Amazing hiking and views
I gave 3 stars because the venue itself is world class, one of the most beautiful places in the world, for sure one of the best places to see a show. I knocked a few stars off thanks to the changes they have made in seating this year. Selling front row tickets for a higher price rather than the usual general admission has taken some of the fun out of waiting in line early. The staff was rude to just about everyone I saw entering the south stairs at the last show I went to. This is one of those places that's amazing and the people running it and working there suck.
Red Rocks is my favorite concert venue! I saw twenty one pilots in September and it was the best experience of my life. It is so beautiful at night and it always sounds amazing and feels good in the open air! Perfect!
Such a beautiful venue. Landscape of red rocks is breathtaking. The stars at night are phenomenal. I recommend going. Trails are well maintained & wild life will be around!
Great place to work out. Awesome views. Bathrooms and facility are kept super clean.
One of the best outdoor amphitheater's in the world. Go early, tail gate and watch the lights come on.
Wow. Beautiful area with an amazing view. Come on a day when there isn't a concert and wander around and enjoy the beauty. You can almost see Kansas.
The Celtic Woman put on a great show and, even with overcast skies, the threat of rain and a cold wind, Red Rocks is an indescribably beautiful and acoustically ideal venue for music. Definitely a bucket list destination for every Coloradan.
So beautiful. Fresr acoustics and sound. Bathrooms were consistently clean and easy to get to. The food vendors were great too. If youre taking an Uber- tell them to drop you up top. If not be ready to walk a ways up the hill.
Is there anything that hasn't already been said about this place? Amazing venue no matter where you are seated. If you are up high the views are incredible and obviously down low is close to the stage. Fantastic place to see a show.
Amazing example of public space every event here is an unforgettable experience. And the surrounding Park offers Scenic trails for beginner and intermediate hikers. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Had a wonderful time in Denver visiting the awesome Red Rocks Amphitheatre! A total must see if you're in Denver!
Just visiting. Great views, interesting place. Hope to attend a concert there soon.
Has to be one of the top places in the world for a concert, doesn't matter who you see.
Since moving here I've had the chance to check out Mac Demarco, Rezz, and Excision. Every show has been amazing while having a gorgeous view
Yeah yeah yeah... It's an amazingly beautiful venue. Yeah... the service is good... the food is good... the security staff is extremely helpful... and everyone is friendly. Who cares? I went there for the music. This venue has better sound than ANY other outdoor venue I have ever been to. EVER! The second best isn't close. I was blown away by the sound. This isn't just a must see, but it is also a must hear venue.
Beautiful concert venue, unmatched anywhere else. A decent hike to the top if you end up at one of the bottom parking lots, but that's to be expected for a theater carved into solid rock.
One of the most beautiful views I've seen in Colorado. I love the rock formations. My daughter and I went to Red Rocks to get in a bit of exercise and to get out doors. Mostly everyone was in compliance of the mask mandate by the park but there were a couple of people that chose to take theirs off even when passing within 6 feet of us. We wore 2 masks just to be on the safe side. Great place to visit.
It's incredible, the natural scenery and the way they built in the amphitheater. Also, after running around and taking lots of pictures, make sure you head to the restaurant they have tucked downstairs near the gift shop. They have the most amazing BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avacado) on gluten free bread I've ever had. Absolutely loved this entire experience.
Most beautiful amphitheater I've EVER been to!! The sound was AMAZING also!! The only bad part is all the stair climbing for beer and bathroom. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!
Awesome, awesome place! Museum is well worth your time. The lists of past performers is incredible, a total list of who's who in music for decades.
Crowded with very few people wearing face masks. Crowds were rather rude and not respecting social distancing. It is a beautiful place but I made this stop very short.
I've been a concert goer since I was old enough to drive. I have been to a lot of venues all over the U.S. Red Rocks tops them all. And the best part is the sound, acoustically awesome!
Red Rock put your walking shoes on and be prepared to walk, it is a great experience. I will go there again and again. and I really really want to go there during a concert. but if you don't have the time it is something to see during the day
