Some small details: there is no ladder / step in the hydromassage pool to help those who are not in perfect physical condition. Even a handle would be fine. Staff that stands out for grace and courtesy. We will definitely be back !!!!

Very nice and very clean. The swimming pool is 25m long but it is not as large as an Olympic size short pool. Perhaps the automatic system of showers, lockers and hairdryer with the card is a little too exasperated. Exquisite, kind and professional staff. High prices

We were greeted and followed by Anna and had a great time. The hot pool is huge, the sauna / turkish bath is taken care of and very comfortable. Annalisa pampered us and was always professional. We will be back!

It is possible to dive in the eleven meter deep swimming pool with highly qualified staff. Personally, I go to the very modern fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment that reduces muscle trauma to a minimum. Always kind and very professional instructors thanks to them I am reaching my goals in a short time. To try!
Second time in this structure for path spa and for the second time I am fully satisfied with the service. This time I also used the massage and I must say that everything was perfect. The girls Annalisa and Giulia were really cute, professional, kind and easygoing. Really impeccable service. I recommend it to everybody!

I was in Aqvaworld for health reasons, in fact I took advantage of the Hydrokinesis therapy and I can only speak well of the structure. Very nice staff. However, my arm is much better and I thank Antonio (the physiotherapist) so much for his kind patience. For me it is a bit far otherwise I would have very gladly extended.
Beautiful structure. Qualified personnel . We stayed a week ago. We were 4 couples and the wellness path was nice but not exceptional. They have to get organized better. The bad thing was seen that at 13 close that while we did the showers in the locker room lights have a timer that at a set time they turn off automatically. We finished preparing with the flash of mobile phones because otherwise we were all in the dark

I chose this property through coupon. Despite very reassuring first impressions, as soon as we arrive we are asked to pay an obligatory extra fee for a kit of slippers, bathrobe and sanitized towels not included in the departure cost. Once we enter the spa, the kit is given to us incomplete without slippers and we were forced to use our own. The path after wearing the bathrobes proceeded well up to the sauna; the hot tub where they took us next was instead close to the pool in an uncomfortable area for a moment of privacy as well as being completely inadequate for a spa (the impression is that it was a children's pool). Not even the relaxation area was up to par, with plastic armchairs and a cold environment because it was not air-conditioned; in addition to not having been served a pleasant herbal tea. A note about the staff who were not very courteous in inviting us to leave the sauna and go to the changing rooms.

Fabulous structure on 5 floors, one more beautiful than the other. I took advantage of the very nice and well-kept SPA and, what's more, not very crowded because the girls manage the affluences very well. Beautiful the hot tub and the sauna and the Turkish bath in addition there is a good emotional shower .. And finally the massage, Angelica top !!

fantastic structure, developed vertically on five floors with six pools, including a specification for scuba diving courses (11 meters deep), a floor dedicated to fitness with latest generation Technogym machines, a plan for the spa SPA. At the top there is a terrace with a salt water pool with a bar from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Murgian hill ... a truly avant-garde structure, with friendly and professional staff. Recommended!
It is excellent for sports, relaxing and enjoying an excellent juice at the bar, even if you ask for a full glass of water if you ask for it. They give a small one like those of the coffee I really like this structure complete with swimming pool gym and sauna but for this defect I give it 4 stars

It is the second year that I frequent this structure, chosen for quality, attention to the customer, courtesy and services offered compared to other competitors on the square of Matera. Unfortunately I must point out that in the current year 2019, of the 4 characteristics that had positively conditioned my choice, less quality and attention to the customer came. Despite having repeatedly pointed out to reception staff that the healthiness of the gym and locker rooms had been compromised by the very poor air conditioning (high humidity and ambient temperature of not less than 26 degrees), the situation was never resolved. Sorry to highlight it but, if I wanted to use the "sauna" service, I would have requested and added it to my gym / pool package. I hope to be able to quickly restore the previous 5-star rating (currently 2 stars are in the way of doing better), which obviously will be changed as soon as Aqvaworld Matera has restored its structure to the "old" splendor. At the moment I feel I express a very positive judgment only for the "fantastic" personal trainer Arianna .... really TOP !!!

I state that they gave us the entrance to the spa of friends so I had not informed about the structure. Beautiful curated and new and very polite and prepared staff. The spa is very small as it is inside a gym, great for those who use the gym after training but certainly not to be considered a real spa
