Exiting via the main guardhouse is horrible during peak hour.

Road crashes ... one way or another. Road conditions are uneven

(Long story short, their 'Clampers' are very hard working)

I would give 0 stars if i could, so on 23 November of 2016, i placed my car near the ENT 3 for a short period just for my presentation in class. I wrote my number on a big envelope and told them to call me if anything happens. Guess what they clammed my car, without even calling me. So i was waiting for the 'clamper' to come, he told me that his phone no credit and couldn't call me, just straight clam my car. I placed my number there for a very good reason. I wasn't even parking the whole day, and they didnt even inform me of anything. And when i called the management office, they told me that your not suppose to park there. Ive been parking there for like 2 months, and always just parked there for only 1-2 hours. And they told me anyhow i still need to pay, and hung up the phone without me even speaking my opinion.

Just a reminder, im not trying to argue with anyone. But if u really cant even inform someone before clamping them, u are a terrible person. I placed my number there because i dont want to cause any trouble and was just gonna be there for awhile. My car wasnt even blocking anyone, it was on the side and i made sure no car will get blocked.

Now stuck at hour long slow moving car to TPM exit. A distance of less than 500 meter from car park

Before coming to this TPM, my imagination is that the technology park is equipped with all cutting edge technology experimental system...

1. high resolution welcoming LCD screen, with message welcoming u entering the park. This can be realized via sensor scanning our vehicle registration number, search big database and identify ur info...

2. Clear digital road direction to building name u want to go

3. High tech car park showing available visitor parking bay

4. High tech parking payment system greeting for u...

My imagination is too far stretch ...

I seen a near faded LCD screen at entrance with static message - a rent seeking brand who can survive solely due to government order

2. My car nearly hit by a car from behind when I seen an unclear road sign direct me to right turn into a car park complex

3. I collect a handwritten ticket with my car number n time i enter car park

4. I que up at the same counter n hand over the ticket to manually count the fee I need to pay for the parking

5. I collect my car, drive to the manual operated gate, wave my hand to the counter boy with the hope that he still remember my face when I paid. He open the gate for me.

6. I patiently que in the long car line for exiting the park. Releasing exhaust full of smelly fumes

I hardly landed on the so called technology park. With MSC status...

We seriously need to develop a good team, develop proper system to manage such a good facility for developing real good technology

Not the best business park, outdated building design and facilities, some abandoned car park with overgrown grass. The only best thing there is the APU University, Astro HQ, Wisma Scope International and of course the best chicken chop in Technoflex Food Court.

I like the greeneries here and well designed layouts.

When I visited last time, I went to check the facilities on the roof of the main building.

The security guards are polite and feel safe.

There is no parking ... wrong parking kene clamp ... no direct user intimacy ...

Dreadful TouchnGo parking system. Nak buat cashless system, tapi no reload center nearby (which means you have to go to Petronas outside to reload). E wallet TnGo pun tak boleh guna.

I ordered a car part from one of their subsidiary company called Lolyatr.com, and when the part never came in, I tried going to their website to call customer support, and it was no longer up. I found out that their subsidiary website was created almost 2 months ago, and it seems like it was a scam website meant to steal e-mail and credit card information. please do not trust this company or any other company they own/operate.
