I wish we had more time to spend here. I know it's technically a kid's place...but I'm 35 and I took off, with a wand in hand, prepared to knock down all the kids because I had to find the stars...to complete my quest...to collect a dune stone. Lol
I don't know whether to be ashamed of myself or plan my next visit. Oh, we're coming back, so be ready kids. I apologise to all the parents.

This place is a lot of fun. Although my last experience was terrible. One employee in particular was one of the rudest people ever. She basically talked me like I was a kid and I'm 31, much older then she was. She was nice to everyone else with us, but yelled at me several times, and treated me like I was stupid. I ended up telling the manager working that night and he really didn't know what to say. I called the next day and left a message because I felt like I spent way too much there to basically get yelled at the whole time and NOBODY ever called me back, not even to apologize. I hope that girl doesn't work there anymore. She needs an ATTITUDE adjustment. I hope she reads this too, because she will know exactly who wrote this. Grow up little girl, you won't make it in life with that attitude or even keep a job. One day you'll be rude to the wrong person.......

This is fun location for adults and kids alike. Run around swish your wand to gain points and emblems to fight big monsters and foes. Multiple quests to master and multiple levels to attain. Great exercise fur adults on the timed quest! There us also minigolf, mirror maze and laser quest. The price is great for a few hours fun. Very nice and helpful staff, very clean restrooms, soda machine. Elevator and its handicap welcoming! Check out their website to see images and phone number. It is crowded and busy on rainy or cold days. So get your wizard on and have some fun!

The MagiQuest was awesome and unique. The whole family loved it and worth it. The rest of the activities were just meh, they have a mirror maze that I got sick in, black light golf and laser cubicle,I say cubicle because it s smaller then a room and will take you about 1 min to complete. I would just skip the other things and do MagiQuest only :)

Great fun for the family!!!! We went to all 4 activities on the same day... But, you can split it up and do different activities on different days or leave and return the same day. Great price for being put of the 23 degree weather. Blacklight putt putt was fun. Mirror maze was challenging and fun. Magi time was the best for me. I like looking around for hidden objects and going on quests. The vault was harder. You really have to be agile to do this one.

Tons of fun. The mini golf is so so. The mirror maze is definitely better than the one at the "Castle of Chaos", but the actual Magi quest is awesome. My wife and I played for two hours. Definitely worth it for the Harry Potter or fantasy enthusiast.

Steeply priced, but a whole lot of fun. MagiQuest has locations in various locations. Your first trip will likely cost more, because you will need to buy a wand and perhaps some accessories for it. Time flies and you kid will probably want extra play time. The indication for your time is up
Is usually that the wand stops working. They really need a better indicator of how much time is left, but there are no flaws otherwise with play. The main area is upstairs, but there is an elevator. Some of the areas in the attraction can be narrow, but should be manageable.

This place was GREAT! I went with my wife and we had a blast. Got a little lost in their maze and played a round of putt putt which is always fun. The main attraction was the quest. You can buy or rent a wand and you complete quests and get promotions the further you get through. An hour in this place went by so quickly and we both wish we had more time. I can see why people go back. You get a booklet that gives riddles to help find things along the way. Some of them are a little harder than others. We got to one point where we had to find a key and a hidden room which we couldn't find anywhere in the book. (All which was needed to complete a quest) had to ask for a little guidance on that one. Absolutely worth it for any age (as long as you have a good imagination and like to have fun) would go back with or without kids!

I brought my family here based on a previous experience at a place called Wizard Quest in the Wisconsin Dells hoping for a similar experience. We got the full package deal. It was mid week, so they were slow and only had a couple other customers. So your experience may differ when they are busy. First off, the staff were very friendly and helpful through the entire experience. We started with the quest. It is like a children's version of an escape room. You wander three realms looking for artifacts. It was fun overall, make sure you use your booklet for hints. Overall though the experience was much less immersive than our experience with Wizard Quest. Everything is on one level and mostly out in the open. It didn't feel as much like an adventure. Also, there were several items that required entirely too much wand flailing to work. And some of the chests were mechanically failing. It was still fun, just not as fun. The mirror maze was however one of the best ones I've experienced (about 5-10 minutes of wandering). I wouldn't send a young kid in there alone. They may freak out. The Vault was also fun but very short (30 seconds to a few minutes). The miniature golf wasn't all that special, must a nice additional activity. This is a great place for pre-teen kids.

We have visited this place multiple times with the kids. It is always a lot of fun. The last time we went we rented wands instead of buying them to save money. The kids had just as much fun even though they didn't get the souvenir wand to take home.

The game is great ! The inside is really in need of updates as far as cleaning. The carpet is just horrible & in very bad need of being replaced!
Lots of dusting & cleaning needs to be done. Other than building upkeep...this is a great way to spend a rain day on vacation !

Getting runes is passably easy. We became master magi after 3 hours.

Fighting a dragon or goblin king with zero help or intuitive directions will be very frustrating with little kids.

Some employees will be very helpful and involved with helping you defeat things. Some cannot be bothered to explain a confusing battle or fix a problem.

Honestly, most of the adventure quests we actually completed had to just be added in the computer because of glitches.

Both times we've visited, we've initially had a great time getting runes, and left completely frustrated with the ending (or lack thereof) of adventure quests. After the first visit, I couldn't wait to return. After an hour of frustration trying to finish adventure quests, I think my little boys and I are fine not returning. This last time, we came for our little boy's birthday. At least the first hour of seek and find was fun for him!

Went here during my vacation in Pigeon Forge last week. The only reason I m docking a star is because the staff that I dealt with during the activity were very condescending when I asked for help. Very cool place, but I just had issues with (1) staff member

It would have been a lot more fun if there wouldn't have been older women pushing my 3 year old out of the way to do the things. On top of paying $90 and neither one of the wands wanting to work. Needless to say it's not for kids under 6. And the adults that are there running around shouldn't push kids out of the way since it is for kids.

It's a super fun game and my husband and I (in our twenties, no kids, just really big fantasy D&D type losers) had a blast playing as well as doing the mirror maze and the vault. Staff was about 65% cool. Redhead girl and long brownhaired guy were great especially, but a few others... Meh? They're all helpful, just some seem jaded about the daily grind of working at the place. Still. So fun, even for nerdy adults.

We went here just to have something to do, but it ended up being really neat. The MagiQuest interactive stuff was pretty neat. More for kids I think, but we loved the mirror maze and the blacklight pirate mini-golf. My girlfriend and I play mini-golf all the time and this was one of our favorites. Great place for families!

Fun
