I chose this property through coupon. Despite very reassuring first impressions, as soon as we arrive we are asked to pay an obligatory extra fee for a kit of slippers, bathrobe and sanitized towels not included in the departure cost. Once we enter the spa, the kit is given to us incomplete without slippers and we were forced to use our own.
The path after wearing the bathrobes proceeded well up to the sauna; the hot tub where they took us next was instead close to the pool in an uncomfortable area for a moment of privacy as well as being completely inadequate for a spa (the impression is that it was a children's pool). Not even the relaxation area was up to par, with plastic armchairs and a cold environment because it was not air-conditioned; in addition to not having been served a pleasant herbal tea. A note about the staff who were not very courteous in inviting us to leave the sauna and go to the changing rooms.
