Not the best customer service. We were told our room would be ready by 4pm or sooner and we wyld get a text message when it was ready. At 4pm I went to the registration desk. Told them we haven't received a text yet. Man walks away, comes back, tears a piece of paper off from something else at his station and hands it to me. Here is your room number. No apology. No directions to where we should go. Nothing. Just a piece of paper. Get to the room and the air conditioning is not working. Call down to the front desk and the phone keeps ringing. No answer. Had to use my cell phone to call reservations to get connected to someone who called maintenance. Again, no apology. But the maintenance man was helpful and nice. First time and last time we are coming here. Haven't even made it to the pool yet.
