System is great- but salesperson just did what he could to get that commission. We financed this through their finance company - Foundation Finance Company and we got screwed over pretty bad. interest rate is ridiculously high. Rather have a normal system and not pay thousands just to finance. Finance trap. Anything to make that sale!

I was very pleased with the installation of out Kinetico Water Treatment system. Jason arrived on time and was very professional in installing the new system and removing the old. The job site was left neat and clean. My questions about the system were answered by Jason. He was obviously an expert on the systems he installs. The system has been functioning perfectly for the first week and we are very pleased with the quality of the water.

Our recent service began with a problem with the flow rate of our system which, at the time, included a Kinetico iron filter and softener. The first service call ended up being to clean the head of the iron filter. After less than two weeks the problem returned. Then the solution was to replace the iron filter with a new product by PowerLine. That device was installed about a week a later. After a couple of days our water was worse than ever. Full of particulate iron. The solution to that was to actually turn the PowerLine filter on. Somehow it got set to bypass. After another week our water turned incredibly salty and foamy one morning. The solution to that was to completely overhaul the head on the softener. It has now been ten days since the last service call, and our water is perfect! The flow rate is just right, the taste is better than ever before, and we are delighted with our residential water supply.

Wade called and said he would be at our house at 820 am and showed up at that time. He was training a new person and did an excellent job of educating him. They were polite and used a rug to wipe their feet off and then put footies on to keep the floors clean. Any water that leaked was wiped up and they cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend Kineticco to anyone needing or upgrading their watersoftner system.
Wade is professional and personal and was a pleasure to have him provide the annual service of filter changes, disinfecting and water testing. I highly recommend him and would promote his future ambitions with the company. We have a business that started with 4 of us and now employes 120, Wade is the kind of person we look for. We recently had the Kinetico 2060 Razor Softener installed at our home. We are very pleased with the results already after two weeks.
A little background: Our home is 11 years old that had a standard salt-based water softener you would find in any big box retailer. They worked as designed. However, after going through two softeners and a lot of salt every month, we decided to look at other options. I didn t like the salty/metallic water we d experience in our water cycles. Before each generation, the water was metallic tasting and smelling. After each generation, the water was extremely salty and undrinkable.
I called Kinetico to setup a water evaluation. Monica was very helpful in providing initial information on the different options, and setup an appointment that was convenient for us. Shane was our Water Specialist that met us at our home. He first ran some tests on our water; clearly explained each step and what the results meant. Then, provided specific recommendations of what would work for our water and our needs. We appreciated his approach which was to educate/explain the pros & cons; not push a sale. It was clear to us the benefits; more than we thought of prior. Not only on the improved water quality, but long term things such as better skin and hair, less corrosion on our pipes, water heater, appliances, etc. I like the idea Shane had of running a soft water line to one of our outdoor faucets to wash our cars, house windows and not get hard water spots.
The installation happened one week after we agreed to move forward. Jeremy did a great job with the installation. He was very professional and walked us through how everything works. The system is pretty much self-running; nothing to adjust or update settings. All we have to do is change a filter about 2x a year and add a bag of salt about every 1-2 months. Simple.
In summary, we are glad we did this. I highly recommend anyone considering improving their water to at least get an evaluation to understand the options. Our water has never tasted this great in the 11 years in our home. It was also nice to get confirmation recently from a friend who is a Plumber. I mentioned we had the 2060 Razor Softener system installed. He said Kinetico is top quality and we will be happy with the results. We are!
At my home in Woodbury, I tried two different softeners for my home and neither worked very well. I had hard water on occasion and lots of staining. So I called Kinetico. Once I had a softener and filter installed, my problems with my water in Woodbury were solved. We had soft water all the time, no staining and very little salt usage. When we bought the next house, we had another Kinetico installed. We love Kinetico water softeners!

Jason and his assistant installed my new Kinetico water softener and Reverse Osmosis unit. I was very pleased with the installation and with the results. I noticed an immediate improvement in the soft water and drinking water in the house. Jason showed me how to winterize the units. I had a problem with the Reverse Osmosis unit hoses and had to cut one.
when I called Aquarius, they got me in touch with Jason who knew what I had done wrong. They will help me in the spring. They really do believe in customer service.
Brent was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to ask questions to. He solved our problem with the humidifier and furnace in a timely and efficient manner.

My mother had serious problems with the worker that came out didn't know how use his tablet to bill and accused her of not having money in her bank. She had call the bank and have him talk to a teller. Then it leaked and they wouldn't come out and fix it. What idiot can't cap off a pipe. Know your profession or find another. She needed a water softener but will not go back through them. And now we are all spreading the word about poor workmanship and horrible customer relations.

Only had to wait one day for an appointment (not an emergency job, so no big deal). Plumber was polite, got the job done quick, and it ended up not costing as much as I was expecting. Only draw back was the wait time. Scheduled to come out between 12 and 4, got here at 3:30. Other than that, we are very pleased with the service.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Wade. He was here twice, once to deliver salt and analyze the problem we were having with our water pressure and, two days later, to deliver and install our new water softening system. He and his helper, Ben, were prompt, courteous and thorough. They covered their shoes with booties in the house and carried things the long way around the house to avoid leaving tracks from the dolly. At every step, Wade explained what he was doing and why, telling me what I needed to know to maintain the system and checking over his work before he left. He left me feeling confident.

We purchased the full Kinetico water system including the K5 RO system for drinking water. The system is expensive but is unbeatable in value and reliability. The nonelectric, patent, water on water system makes it the best water system in the field. "It's definitely worth the extra money".

WOW. You have a customer for life. Kenny was great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I was in service for many years and wanted to learn about the system. I can t tell you how much knowledge he conveyed to me in the short time he was here. I know I took much more of his time than he needed to take. I also know he had other service calls to get to.
I can t thank Kenny enough. I felt like a loser when he left as neither my wife or I had any cash to give him as a tip. It is so rare to have great service these days, and shame on us for not rewarding that. The downside of a cashless society I guess. Please thank him and pass this on to your company s owner as well as Kinetico s mother-ship if possible. Very friendly. Went today during their annual sale. Seemed worth it. They have me 20% off the filters I needed and talked to be about a water heater. Bit pricy like most of their stuff but we are pleased with their water filter system. Don't know that we'll do the water heater. To top it off, they had pulled pork sandwiches for this weekend's sale!

I recently purchased a new home with a existing Kinetico water softener and RO system. I was unfamiliar with how the system worked and if any maintenance had been done on the system by the previous home owner. I called Aquarius Water for help and within one day they had a service tech out to my home. The service tech started by explaining my entire system and troubleshooting any issues. They ran new water lines to my fridge and kitchen sink and updated my RO system per my request. The service tech was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I could not have been happier with my service and on top of that I have never had such great water!
