The old saying is you get what you pay for and it is definitely true with Aquarius. Yes it is more expensive than the others out there but they make up for it in service and quality. We had a K5 system placed in our home and have had no trouble with it. Install was quick and well communicated. Follow up quality calls and visits have been appreciated. I would suggest them to anyone!

Aquarius always provided top-notch service. A Kinetico softener continues to go strong for the last 16 years and we added an RO system over a year ago and love it. They're worth the investment and will pay off over the long haul.

Mike and TJ were our technicians. They were very friendly and great to work with, very thorough and honest.

We use Kinetico for our water softener, dechlorinator, and K5 drinking systems. They have superior products and customer service. Yes, they are more expensive compared to others up front, but if you consider their quality performing products and service plan, they become the more affordable option after just 5 years compared to Culligan. And when you're purchasing these kinds of products for your house, you're typically on the 10-20 year plan.

Jason was very helpful and very informative. Showed me how the system worked and explained the function of each part and what things can go wrong and how to prevent them from occurring. Simply explained the costs associated with failure to maintain the system properly. Gave me the assurance that the company will always be there to help in the future.

Trevor did an excellent job installing our Kinetico water softener. He was very professional and friendly. He took extra care and wore shoe covers to not track any dirt into the house. He was efficient, provided good operating instructions and provided excellent clean-up. We were very pleased with the installation. Rick

Shawn R came out to my home to look at our water softner that we purchased from Aquarius and to run some tests to see if it was still operating properly. Shawn did the tests and more by showing me what I could do to clean my salt tank and what to look for when loading the salt pellets. He was very thorough and went way above what I expected for the free water analysis that he did. Shawn conducted himself in a very professional manner and I appreciate the knowledge that he shared with me when he analyzed our water. Shawn was very knowledgeable about various types of water softner's and even offered advice on my shut off valves. Aquarius should be proud of having an employee like Shawn with his personality and friendly customer attitude represent their company on a daily basis.

We had a K Club scheduled service call that also identified a hard water problem, The service technician, Trevor, was superb. He performed the standard service, explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He then noted that we had a hard water problem. He analysed how best to resolve it- and thoughtfully explained everything to us. He was a pleasure to work with. This was definitely 5 star service.

Shawn was on time.He explained in detail all the scheduled maintenance he is going to do and what we should do after the maintenance.Overall a very good experience

Kenny was polite when he came to my home. I was working when he came, he took care of everything needed and was polite about not making too much noise while I was on the phone. He did a good job explaining what he did and letting me know what my options for service plans were and which might be right for my circumstances. He wasn't pushy about providing more service than I really need.

Will, the technician, was punctual and even called to let me know the exact arrival time. He is very knowledgeable of all the water filtration components and was able to answer all my questions. With that type of support from Aquarius it was an easy decision to sign up for the monthly maintenance program. Look forward to working together.

We just got the water system put in today! We are looking forward to the soft water!! The service was fast but efficient. I wish I could remember the guys name that put this system in today! I'm horrible with names. The guy was amazing and explained everything very well, needless to say I didn't have many questions because he had covered all of that for me. Great work!!

Service person was very knowledgeable and courteous with options and prices. We are doing a large remodeling project and gave us options to move forward to best fulfill our needs.

I didn't receive this service; I received another customer's receipt for service which was a violation of their privacy.. I sent them a notice that they were e-mailing the wrong person and no followup was taken, but I keep getting requests to review Aquarius. If you do business with this company, be aware that they do not protect your information and are not responsive to your input.

Our technician, Jake, was wonderful. He changed his schedule to fit mine. He also pointed out that there was a service that we should be getting and hadn't done so yet. He signed us up on the spot.

Had a Kinetico K5 drinking station installed at my house last week to help with the taste of our softened water. Scheduling was a breeze and flexible with my crazy schedule. The tech that came out was very courteous, on time and professional. The system is working great and now our tap water is better than bottled. Couldn't be happier!

The team at Aquarius is always polite, prompt and patient. Our city utility office conducted a city-wide plumbing inspection which required an additional valve installed on our Kinetico system. I called, was promptly scheduled, and although I wasn't available, my housemate met Jason and the service and education he provided her in learning to use bypass and maintain the system was excellent! I have always been pleased with general service, and love the wonderful tasting water. However, this recent service the gentleman asked if he could see our furnace room ( which given covid I thought was a bit unnecessary). He came up saying how he didn t see a water softener and he tested our water and it tested very high as being hard . And proceeded to try to sell me a softener. I have now had a professional come and give a full test of water and were told NO TREATMENT NECESSARY and stated not hard at all, normal PH, no iron ... etc. the Aquarius man had me concerned for no reason.

We had a good experience. My only suggestion is that our technician not fill our salt container full with salt since it is harder to detect salt build-up on the walls of our container. I would prefer keeping it at no more than half full which our previous technician suggested.

Very thorough job done. Explained the steps needed to take if we ran into any problems. Also informative on when we would expect our water to improve. Looking forward to our new water softener and drinking water

Wade and his team did a great job of installing my new Kinetico water conditioning & RO system. The plumbing was well done and the installation was neat and efficient. The job, including clean up was done within a few hours.

Mike did a great job with my furnace tune up. He explained things clearly and gave me tips on my system. Although it was not part of the appointment he took the time to change my Kinetico filters too. I would recommend Aquarius to my friends and family.

John arrived on time at our cabin/boathouse pump room to winterize our "Iron" removal -water cylinder. Also removed an exisiting 10 gallon electric water heater and installed a new 2.5 gallon W.H. to existing copper piping, all in less than 3 hours.

Becky (Siren Office) was very helpful in scheduling and confirming John's arrival, as well resolving billing and invoicing.

Fast and friendly. I purchased the house a few months ago and wasn't sure what to do with the systems I had so I called Aquarius.
The service rep was very thorough, kept me updated through the whole repair process and informed of how to take care of the system going forward.

We were in need of a new water softener and wanted a water filtration system in our home. Kinetico came out and gave us a thorough presentation and we decided it was the way to go. Shawn Ross, the service tech. for Aquarius did an excellent job performing the annual K-Club service of my Kinetico system. Right on time for the appointment, tested all systems, made the required filter changes, explained each step, very efficient. This is a company that understands customer service.

My only complaint with Aquarius is the technician who did the installation didn't properly wear his face mask. Every other aspect of working with Aquarius has been a positive experience. We love our Kinetico water system!

Just had a review of my needs in Elk River by the Aquarius team, and they did a wonderful job. We had complicated needs with both hardness, and iron in our well. Joe was very professional explaining the different products and their impact on our water quality. We had our existing softener repaired, and have added both an iron filter, and a RO unit for drinking water. Looking forward to a long and successful relationship with this company.

We have a Kinetico water softening system and a drinking water filter unit as well we like both devices. We are on a maintenance program with technicians coming out every six months. Trevor was out last week and Jason has been here before, they have both been vary courteous and professional. We appreciate their knowledge of the system and the speed that they do routine cleaning and changing of filters.

I added one more component to my water treatment. I now have the drinking water system. I am always happy when Wade is my tech; he is knowledgeable as well as friendly. I am very comfortable having him in my home. I am looking forward to better coffee!

I am very pleased with Aquarius and my local Kinetico dealer. Trevor S is my service man and I feel confident that he is doing the best for me. He has a wonderful personality and is always courteous and makes sure he answers all my questions and concerns. I have always had trouble with iron in my water, but since we have installed the Kinetico system, the water has been better ( no more orange clothes) and the drinking water is delicious.

Kenny came out and resolved my soft water issue. It wasn't the equipment, it was a water leak in one of the toilets which was depleting all of my soft water.
He was very professional and certainly knowledgeable. I've had Aquarius install systems now in 2 of my houses. Would definitely recommend them.

I moved into a home that had an older system installed. The system wasn t working properly and my Aquarius technician was superb. He completed a thorough inspection and explained the entire system to me. The entire experience and service was exceptional.

Amazing service! My wife and I worked with Craig on a water conditioning system in our new home. He was professional, well-mannered, and was quick to answer any questions or concerns.
Unfortunately, not everything went smoothly during the install this past Saturday (4/15/17, the day before Easter Sunday). Our system was having issues and wasn t working properly. It s through these issues that a company has an opportunity to provide the service and support they sell you on.
Immediately they sent out the emergency technician Eric, causing him to cancel current plans with family, and make the drive completely across the twin cities on a Saturday night at 5pm. Eric was very knowledgeable and got the issue taken care of instantly and completed the install.

Everyone we encountered at Kinetico/Aquarius was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding their product. There were no hard sales gimmicks or pressure to buy. Craig provided the information we needed to make the decision to move forward with installing the system in our home. Jason did the work of setting the system up and making sure it was all in working order. Fantastic team!

I want to commend Mike for doing such a thorough job of examining my furnace, AC and humidifier. He carefully explained the situation and what to do about it. (He demonstrated that my furnace needs a new motor.) He estimated how much the installation would cost and suggested, for a lot of reasons, that I might want to consider a new furnace if I'm starting to replace parts. He gave me a coupon sheet of current Specials from Aquarius.

I'd like him to know that I did call HomeSmart and they came out, acknowledged that the furnace needed a new motor, and they replaced it for free. If I ever need a new furnace, I would get it from Aquarius, and HomeSmart will reimburse me $1000.

I learned so much about my machine's function from Matt, who very kindly explained everything to me. I love the courteous, timely service! I've discovered that they also provide heating, airconditioning and plumbing services and plan to use this company in the future.
