We had an offer for a free check of our Kinetico soft water and drinking water system and since it had been a few years since our last one, i decided to take advantage of it and scheduled a visit. Jason Grauman arrived at the time we were expecting him and was very professional in every respect. He has a very friendly and warm personality that made us very comfortable with him right away. He took time to explain what he was doing and provided feedback on the results without being asked. He declared the system was working properly. I purchased a set of filters from him before he left rather than waiting to pick them up in Bemidji next summer. Great experience overall.

I had a problem with my Reverse Osmosis System and Josh spent a lot of time trying to fix it until they determined that it was no longer fixable. He was very tenacious and tried to find a way to fix the problem without having to install a new system. He kept me updated at every step and offered suggestions and helpful information. I decided to just remove that portion of my system and rely on the rest of the system to provide me with the quality drinking water that I have come to enjoy. He is always very helpful, very courteous and very professional whenever he does my quarterly maintenance plan.

From initial phone call to service everyone was professional and knew what they were talking about. We moved into our house this year with a wonderful Kinetico water filtration system that I didn't really understand. Andrew, our technician, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain the system to me. I also appreciate there was no pressure to have service done, when I could also just purchase filters and do it myself. Seems to be a well-run, up with the times, excellent company!

Jason G our service technician is great. We are very happy with his prompt and "above and beyond" service.

Jake called ahead to let us know approximately when he would arrive and then called to say how close he was. He was careful to put on the shoe covers and take them off every time he left the house. He wiped up any excess water that spilled around the sink during the testing process. He spent the majority of his visit time checking a water softener that was built up with sludge in the bottom and then discovered a cracked plate at the bottom. He took time to go back to the shop and locate a replacement part even though it was getting late in the day. I suggested he could return another day and finish the work but he stated that at the end of the day he always wanted to be sure anything he had worked on was working properly. He was very particular about cleaning up any spills etc. I appreciate his courteous nature and how he explained what he would have to do. I would rate him as an excellent representative of your company and you should be proud
of his work ethic.

Trevor was excellent, as well as Julie! Julie was very helpful regarding scheduling and Trevor was right on time. However, I had left a message the day before at the Brainerd office to schedule an appointment and the call was not returned. I called again the following day and spoke with Julie. Thank you.

The service from Aquarius (Little Canada) is amazing. I could not be more pleased. We have a well with a high iron content. Our Kinetico system has made the water clear with absolutely no more stains. The water is so good from the drinking water system that the whole family prefers it over bottled water. We all bring re-fillable bottles to work and school from our system because it is so good.

I want to tell of my experience with a service call for our system. I appreciate good service and feel it should be recognized. This was GREAT service. We had a well issue that clogged the Water softener. This is not a system issue but a well water issue. The technician s name is Will and he was just amazing. Will was very professional and courteous. What caught my attention right away was Will s knowledge of the water systems. This is a guy who is really good at his job and it shows. Will even installed a longer drain hose so that I could place a bucket on the floor when I drain the water to change the pre-filter. I m sure Will thought this a minor thing but to me it was above and beyond what he was here to do just to make it easier for me. He even showed me how to change the filters in the drinking water system and offered to let me take a video on my phone so I would have a reference in the future. It is this kind of service that just amazes me.

We experienced great service from the installer Eric N and the wonderful service experience on filter changes by Derek D and Joe K that we have had over the years! No other service has been needed other than filter changes!

Dave Schneider was fabulous. He arrived on time. He replaced our lift pump and fixed the leak in our gas grill line. He advised us on three faucets. He cleaned up every mess. Step by step the process of selecting and implementing a solution to our home water needs went well. Communications were clear and the technician who installed our Kinetico Water Softener and water filter below our kitchen sink was excellent. I was very pleased with their process and the results.

Will arrived right on time with all his Covid-19 equipment on and introduced himself to me, explained to me what he would be doing on this service call I requested and went right to work. Will changed the 2 drinking water filters and explained to me why and how he was doing it. Will then went on to inspect the entire Kinetico water system and again he explained to me why and how he was doing it. Will make some minor adjustment and repairs and he was finished and on his way. I was impressed with his attitude, Knowledge and professionalism.

Cooper was our technician and he was prompt, helpful, courteous and neat. He finished the job quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with the service.

Technician was kind and courteous. He explained all he was doing and did nothing unless I approved. He was conversational but not a salesman. I hate when technicians try to upsale but he did not. He also treated me like an intelligent human being instead of treating me like a dumb woman. Kudos to this young man. Yes the product is good but it's the human element that keeps me coming back to a company.

As soon as I contacted them, they were out right away measuring and installed within a couple days. Communication was excellent! I couldn't have had a better experience! Highly recommend.

I had my Kinetic softener updated and replaced my drinking water system.
I have had a lot of folks in to work on tankless water heating, a new pressure vessel, some well work. Nobody had any suggestions about my pre-filter and continuing manganese issues. Mike LISTENED to me, made suggestions and really cleared up my problems. Skilled, courteous, clear suggestions and just all round nice guy.

Tom Arko was a real gentleman. He was masked, wore coverings over his shoes and was very careful about not making a mess when testing our water. He carefully explained our problem and how to prevent a recurrence. Mr. Arko is welcome to be our service technician in the future.
