This is a really great company with nice products or just mechanical not electrical so the products just work. I heard about them from a friend who had cabin water I have a well so I have very poor quality water.

From the first phone call contact to the actual installation of the equipment this company is top notch!! Wade the installer was actually the person who came to the house to do the initial consult and tested the water for us. He laid everything out very simple to allow us to see what our best options were to clear up our water problems. After we took some time to weigh our options we called the office to schedule our appointment, we were pleasantly surprised to have Wade back at the house for the installation. He was very neat and orderly when it came to removing any previous equipment and installing the new equipment. We chose a new water softener, and they had it installed and running within two hours, as promised. We have been Aquarius customers since we moved to the area more than 20 years ago. Water is great when the system works. Repairmen are friendly but after 13 visits in 14 months and spending $12k on this system I would look elsewhere.

I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Aquarius. Wade came out for my initial assessment. He was very prompt and acted professionally. He was patient and explained all the options in detail. Wade returned to my home along with Jason A. and Ben to do the installation of my water conditioning system and the reverse osmosis purification system. They were on time ( to the minute! ). Very efficient, courteous, and the work was beautifully done. Not a scrap was left behind. The systems work perfectly! It was a pleasure working with Aquarius.

Mike came out today to install the S150 and K5 systems. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both installations were very tidy and custom fit. I appreciate this since I have a touch of OCD when it comes to ugly piping, bad routing, etc. Mike did a solid job. Mike also answered our random questions, offered his professional opinions, and instructed us on each system. I hope to write another good review down the line after we have enjoyed the water system for a while. Thanks!
I was very impressed with the sales team at Aquarius. Very friendly and thorough. They weren't pushy and were more than willing to answer all of my questions. I was less impressed with the install team. They were younger and unprofessional at times. They could have done a better job cleaning up after themselves and respecting our home. 3.5 stars.

Kyle and RJ are true professionals! They installed our Optum system, which I highly recommend, in no time. They placed plastic covers on their boots while going back and forth from their vehicle into our house, also laid down rugs, to keep snow, salt and other debris from tracking in. I truly appreciated the time they took to explain how the system works, maintenance schedule to ensure it's operating optimally, and what type of filter and salt is used. They were extremely detailed and thorough. It gave me confidence in the investment. Everyone was fantastic! We were scheduled for late in the week, but they knew getting this system was the only hold on our moving into the new house. They called me and moved my appointment two days earlier to help us. They showed up at the time they said they would, which is huge! They made sure they knew what our preferences were from where to park their vehicle to where to put the unit. Kyle explained everything to me and was willing to answer any questions before getting started. At one point a coworker stopped by to help him out which sped up their install. Start to finish I have nothing but great things to say about my experience.
After moving into a new construction home, we were dealt with finding a water softener to put into our home. After countless reviews and YouTube videos, we chose Aquarius/Kinetico. Jennifer H (our technician) came out to our home and tested our water and she was the best! She explained things in great detail and customer service was clearly her focus. They installed the system in the time frame they said. And then took the time to explain the system and how it works so we felt confident in maintaining it from here on out. Trevor and Jason called ahead and let us know when they'd be there and arrived at the time they specified.....they were very cordial and very easy to work with and talk to. Gave us plenty of information...Did a great job.....only one thing about the whole experience was they bypassed the hot water and did not turn it back on.....we did not realize that until we tried to use clothes washer and wash dishes later in the day.....so my husband was able to turn that back on; but then the water was very hard for showers that night and we then realized they also bypassed the water softener....my husband tried turning the valve back on, but couldn't budge it and was afraid he might wreck something so we called Aquarius to help us out; they got back to us in less than 2 hours and directed my husband on what to do.....it took a few days to get the water softened to the point we are used to, but, I guess that's pretty normal.....all in all, we are very happy with the work your Aquarius people did and we are also contemplating signing up for the service contract for both our softener and the new drinking water system. All and all real good from sales to scheduling and to install. One thing I had though was the sales Andy had written down for a valve to be put In so I could have hard water to my outside faucets for no charge. When Eric came and did the install he didn't do that, and at the end of his service I asked him about it, and he said and showed me it wasn't on his transfer records. He did offer and said he still would do it even though be was out the door. I did say it'll be ok for now. So I'm writing this for your team to look into to see where it broke down. I do know Andy wrote in the notes to have it done, and It was on the hard copy paperwork, but NOT On Eric's tablet transfer it wasn't. So between Andy, Monica, and Eric I'd like to here what might have happened.
I do agree "I said to Eric it's ok", and he did offer. Again I'm just interested in what you guy's come up with on the break down on this issue. Maybe on a check up of the system down the road of time I could get that installed for free. Otherwise from sales, scheduling, and service all was awesome! You guy's are good and we love the system, thanks you all deserve good feed back, just again wanted to maybe here on that breakdown of special notes of communication throughout one another. We have had some quirky issues with the warning lights on our water heater. Dave S has reassured us that we need not worry because our unit is working fine and he even checked with a company service rep. I would easily give Dave 5-stars, but I have had to call someone out twice on this issue. I am confident that they are giving us sound advice, that our water heater is functioning properly, and that Dave S. has thoroughly checked out our water heater.

My water still has the rust smell. I wasn't home to talk with the installer during the install, so I don't know if there's something I should be doing, or could do to remedy this. My water is better, but not great.

After years of trying to correct our bad water with another system, we finally called Kinetico. Craig Walters came out to test our water and see if it could be fixed. He patiently listened to our woes of years of bad water and fighting with the other system. Craig then put together a system for us. They did it! They fixed our water! It is fantastic!!! We are extremely happy with the results - soft water, no iron, no smell, and after we add a tannins unit, no more yellow water! This is the best thing we have ever done for ourselves and our house. We have been Aquarius customers since 1998 when we purchased our first iron curtain system. Since that time we also have replaced our old water softener with a Aquarius system and we have a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water so that says it ALL! Joe worked hard to find the best solution to re-run the RO water lines to our sink and fridge. I was especially greatful he did so without cutting any new holes in our lower level ceiling. We are really enjoying the benefits of the new water system which include a water softener and a RO filter. One of our children commented on how our ice is now clear instead of cloudy.
