I was really ticked off at this company yesterday. We have a Kinetico water purifier. We had a problem that required 3 tech visits. Originally, the next tech person was to come out next Tuesday, under "priority scheduling". Joe came out today instead of next Tuesday, and has addressed the problem! I'm very grateful for the effort to come out today. He even stayed for a sufficient period of time to make sure it was fixed, and then checked again. With that effort, and with the problem fixed, any irritation disappeared. Special thanks to Joe, and thanks to Kinetico for addressing the problem. All is forgiven!

Josiah and James were extremely helpful and professional in sanitizing our water pipes and hot water heater. We have used Aquarius for our water softener and plumbing issues for over a year now and highly recommend them!

I am pleased with the technician who came today. He was punctual and professional. He went through the process of replacing the filters and even let me get hands on with them. That is something that will help in the future.

They really look after their customers. My only (minor) complaint is I feel their markup on replacement filters (for my system, I cannot speak to others) is a bit high.

I believe that I got a quality tune-up/check-up at a very reasonable cost (which was a special). The service person (Jake) was on time and called as the was coming -something I really appreciate when you have a 4 hour time slot. He was also very personable and helpful. Pat did an excellent job when servicing my equipment. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was informative about things I can do to make sure my system continues to run as it was designed.

Kevin presented the big picture about our water. With his 27 years of experience in the "water" business, he was very convincing. We were pleased with what we heard and bought the system on that first visit.

We would have given a 5 star review if there would have been cleanup after the install. Puddles of salty water were left after removing our old water softener and not cleaned up. Debris was also left around and under our sink after the install of our water purification system. Otherwise, our salesperson and installer were both pleasant and helpful.

I did some research on water softening systems and landed ultimately on a salt system. Had water softener and a reverse osmosis system installed in our 2,200 sq ft home in Brooklyn Center MN. Install went pretty smoothly, and the installer was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Aquarius kept me updated via text and email with appointment reminders and the arrival of the techs. Would absolutely recommend!

James the technician that performed the RO system today was prompt and polite. The installation is secure and plumbed cleanly as compared to our previous provider. I would recommend he and his company to anyone.

Great service! We have had a wonderful experience with all their employees and they are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful in troubleshooting issues we were having with our plumbing system. The water treatment equipment we purchased from them has been running flawlessly for quite a few years now (softener, iron filter, drinking water purification system). We would certainly recommend Aquarius to others.

We were having some ongoing issues with our Kinetico water softener. Rance S. was dispatched by Becky L. to check things out, Rance checked things out and replaced some questionable parts and said to see how it was working. Well it continued to have the issues and he came back in a couple weeks and checked things again and found that the system needed to be replaced and in a matter of hours we had a new Kinetico system in place and it seems to be working fine.

We are very satisfied with the service and concern to get things right. Thanks you so much for your service!!!

Todd Miller installed our water conditioning system this afternoon, 02/05/2015. He was very promp and called ahead to let us know exactly when he would arrive. His demeanor was just right, very business like but also friendly. His workmanship was excellant. He moved the old conditioner, including the very heavy brind tank to my garage. He showed me what I need to know regarding operation, filter replacement and adding salt. I am very satisfied with the installation.

Eric was awesome in diagnosing the issue we were having.

They were on time, Polite, Answered all my questions, and did a good job installing the water softener.

Tech had spent almost a flipping hour helping me troubleshoot a smell when I was expecting a 10 minute estimate. Very happy with their install and service.

Dan has always been prompt and very helpful when he comes for our regular checkups.

The dial that determines when my system regenerates stoped working. Since my system is under warranty I called two weeks ago to set up a service call to get my system repaired. I was told I could expect to hear from the service tech either by the end of the day, or at the latest the following morning. I never recieved a call.

I called in again and this time the person answering the phone scheduled a day and time window for the repair. I was told the part would be free, but I would be charged $89 for labor. I agreed.

The tech arrived for the repair but did not have the correct part needed. We were told we would still be charged the $89 to diagnose the issue (this made no sense based on what I was told over the phone). We would then be charged an additional $116 for labor when the tech returns to perform the actual repair. I asked if he would have had the correct part today, what would I have been charged. I was told it would still be the $89 for a diagnosis, plus the $116 for the repair. He then tried to explain how it could be much worse without the warranty, as the cost would have been over $800. Does not change the fact that the service and pricing was misrepresented.

Why was I told the total cost for repairs would be $89, and in the end be charged over $200 for a warranty item? What your technician explains, and what is explained by your office are two different things.

The service man that was sent was very professional , friendly and has a great personality. Aquarius technicians, like David McGrane, are courteous and skilled.

Most ridiculously overpriced water softener in the world. The Kinetico technology is nice but Water Doctors has a similar (actually slightly better) technology for ~50% of the cost, and they give you a higher capacity system. Aquarius quoted me a tiny system for a large family with high water use. Also eventually realized the salesperson misrepresented a few significant details about the system. Their customers are undoubtedly happy. If you want to spend eight grand on a water softener, call these guys.

I was very pleased working with Aquarius Water Conditioning, our local Kinetico dealer.

Todd, our installer, finished way ahead of time because, as he said, he has many years of experience. Even so, he took the time to clearly and politely point out features of the new system that we may need to adjust as our usage profile changes over the years, and pointed out that the information was also in the booklets he left for us. He was very patient with my many questions. My mother-in-law never got her softener from another brand working to her satisfaction, so I wanted to be very careful when we bought one.

I also appreciated that Todd was so clean; he put on shoe covers in the house and had the utility closet looking real spiffy when he was done.

We have known Todd for many years! We trust his Knowledge about Kinetico and value his frindship! We asked him many different times over the past 7 years about Kinetico, but never committed to the change. mostly because of thinking it would cost too much. I was so wrong! This past July he was visiting and giving us grief about the orange colored rugs outside our shower. I told him that nothing could help that iron problem and he said " Yes......Kinetico CAN!" I laughed at him but later talked to my husband about changing our system and we and decided to give it a try! OH BOY....what an absolute difference, If you don't believe me come on over and see my rugs! The Kinetico system has taken out the orange and the difference in water quality is magic to us. I am so angry I didn't take the plunge 7 years ago. We have 6 people living in this house, we used to go through bags of salt like we owned a salt company., 36 bags in 6 months.....TERRIBLE, AND we had terrible water! Since this system was installed in June we have used 14 bags of salt! in 6 months ONLY 14 bags of salt. I can't say enough about Todd and his knowledge and skill when it comes to Kinetico. He is amazing. However, it doesn't stop there, every single time I have had a question or concern and have talked to a employee from Kinetico on the phone I have been blown away by their kindness, positivity and knowledge . Thank you Kinetico family for this amazing system and your wonderful employees!

Had a panic attack this morning when I woke up and there was no heat in house (it's currently -6) ... I started calling heating places around 8:00am and was only getting - no answer, an answering service where the people had No information, or rude receptionists... I was thrilled when I called here and the person that picked up not only wanted to help me, but asked me questions on how to best do that. She sent a repair person out as soon as he was out of his morning meeting. He was here and helping me by 8:30.
I was mentally preparing myself for the worst.
But he was knowledgeable and not interested in selling me anything I didn't need.
Turns out it was a simple inexpensive fix. :)
I was able to go from no heat to getting a diagnosic appt and a tune up for under $200... and still make it into work.

Jake was on time to a furn tuneup & now i hear that Aquarius does a ac tuneup , thats great no more shopping Thanks Tony Swifka.

He arrived on time, finished early and provided a thorough, understandable walk-through of the products and maintenance procedures. He is a top-notch representative of the company and the product.
