Fantastic place. Makes technology seem unnecessary. You automatically switch off and just enjoy what's around you. Longs walks and lots to explore. You can enjoy cycling up and down the hills or catch the train about for free. Perfect for a quiet and isolated stay.

Not somwhere I would go again. Difficult to get around. Not good for cycling and routes closed, road train OK but very full. Nature good but not as well managed as at other sites. Very steep site. Queues in and out. Poorly managed generally.

We're regulars who come back every year. We spend all our time in the swimming pools but enjoy the general location and staying in the forest. The majority of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

A really lovely place for family breaks with plenty to do. The water park is particularly good with a great variety of pools and slides for all ages. Getting around by bike is highly recommended.

The only down side is that it can be quite expensive during the peak months and you can end up paying more that is probably worth.

Very average if you stop in cabins by plaza ,shopping area and pool it's ok. Otherwise it's a trek to anywhere. Forget about having a nice shower impossible low water pressure, and limited hot water not enough for family of three. Cabins not very warm even with heating at highest setting.

The accommodation is great and the free swimming pool is loads of fun. However, every activity cost quite a lot and considering you spend so much to stay here needing to pay for other activities is weird also the quality of some activities are questionable

Great holiday however the staff for the new slides close them 25 minutes early!!! no details about slide closing times but was told 11am to 7pm. Queue was so long (30+ minutes at the top with the heat) by the time we went for the second ride (6:35) they closed it down!!!

Would also like more seating outside of the restaurants.

Had a wonderful week away. There's lots to do for all ages. The Ariel Adventure and Tropical Swimming Paradise was enjoyed by all the family. We all LOVED the new rides but the staff were quite slow at getting people down the slides so the queues did rack up. In the Plaza the staff were really friendly and happy to help. The Pancake House was a hit and a must visit at least once during your stay. There is always lots to do in the Jardin de Sports but I'd recommended booking in advance to guarantee a place as lots was fully booked when we turned up on the day. The Tram service was slightly unreliable after 6pm but during the day we had no problems. Over all, we had a brilliant week and will hopefully be going again soon.

Centre parcs Longleat is brilliant! We are in our 3rd year of visiting Longleat and have always had a great time. We stay in the 2 bed woodland lodges which are well equipped. My kids are 4 & 6 and love the pool. My husband and I take advantage of the Activity Den to have 3 hours child free to do an activity of our choice and have some adult time. We then let the kids chose 1-2 activities that they would like to try. We always pay extra to stay in the Pine area as it is closer to the Plaza where we spend a lot of time each day. We take some groceries with us and do a small top up shop from the Parc market.

5 stars due to the service today. Couple of small issues with the accommodation... 1 TV not working, 1 Hdmi input not working and a cracked wine glass. Contacted guest services and by the time we got back from our swim at the awesome subtropical paradise (my 4yo boy wants to live there) all 3 issues were fixed. The maintenance guys popped back to replace a lead and were very courteous. As far as service goes they have been brilliant.

Its such a lovely place for children and adults, very relaxing and clean. The pool is definately a highlight, lots of things for babies and toddlers to do in the small water play area. The slides are a must for older children/adults! We went for some wonderful walks and bike rides and all the staff were helpful and informative. I would give it 5 stars but there only a few really really small things that I'd change. 1) The cost of activities/eating out is excessive 2)It would be really nice to have washing machines the accom 3)The changing facilites in the pool need updating, the cubicals are too small for families.

Winter wonderland 2020. This was our 6th visit and our 3rd winter wonderland. Covid mitigations were very well executed. We went for the treehouse this year and it was fantastic. We had a few teething issues once we arrived but resolved quickly and professionally. Will be booking our next year's trip this weekend.

Used to come here as a kid all the time with family and recently started coming with my partner 20 years later and the excitement is still there even now.
Facilities are amazing and the staff are really friendly.
Lodges and apartments are extremely well kept woth only a few minor issues, which the staff were happy to fix pretty quickly anyway.
The perfect winter holiday for people who enjoy the quiet woodland.

we were in Oak 464 the rooms smelled badly of damp which eventually cleared after a few days with the windows open, there was very little water pressure for showering and the bath couldn't hold water as the plug hole was misshaped, the facilities were good but as we have a 2 yr old getting around with buggy wasn't as easy as we thought, the signs were poor, so poor if we followed them to our accommodation we would've ended up down a ditch, we saw shortcuts on the maps but the paths were not sign posted. we did however eventually find the play parc which we were surprised there wasn't more considering the size of the place, but when we got there you couldn't access it without climbing steps which wasn't bad for us but the wheelchair bound couldn't get to it. i wouldn't go back to longleat as we felt whinfell was better equipped for the younger kids.
Also i didn't like the amount of cars driving round the parc it was really annoying having to stop all the time, that should not be allowed

Wow! I have thoroughly enjoyed my short break to Centre Parcs at Longleate. What an amazing place and surroundings to die for! Perfect hospitality, friendly and an abundance of things to do for the family. I've never been to an activity break that's so jammed packed with activities and things to do.

The accomadation is modern, clean and well set out. I've stayed in one of the more spacious disabled log cabins and I must say it cannot be faulted! It's met my every need. The cabin has 3 bedrooms all with on-suite bathrooms, Jacuzzi baths and showers. TV's in all bedrooms, lounge and dinning area. Central heating throughout and ooen log burner in the lounge. The cabin has a sauna room and BBQ area too.

The last short break I had taken some years back was to Venice in the summer, I wish I had visited Center Parcs long before now and then maybe Venice would still be on my cities to visit list.

Overall round up...it's a must, if you're debating whether to visit Centre Parcs at Longleate I'd say go for it...I'd bet you won't be disappointed, a truly memorable experience.

From a disabled person perspective this is one of the first places I've been, although geared or intended for the more active person, that has 100% covered all my needs. They have completely bent over backwards to make my visit a positive one! And yes they won...thank you!

The information available on the and around the park is very useful. All the staff all the staff were really helpful and friendly. The lodges clean and suit a long weekend away. Activities are fun and entertaining especially with the little ones. The new slide is great and the swimming pool is always a favourite especially at night. The whole experience is a home away from home great location great views and perfect for those quiet walks that we love. The lodges are easily accessible with the car on arrival and the whole checking in and checking out routine is quick and easy a credit to the staff.

Great time away just before the rule of 6 came in! We stayed in a one bed lodge that was fully equipped, cot, high chair, iron, Tassimo, dishwasher even dishwasher tablets & a sachet of washing up liquid.
Pool was fab! Our toddler loved the toddler area with slide & water shoots.
Food in all the restaurants we used was great too

Here for a long weekend (between school inset days). Centre Parcs Longleat is a really nice place. The facilities (food, indoor activities, outdoor activities) are plentiful and there is a lot of choice for the whole family, whatever the weather. The accommodation is modern and well kept (no shabby furnishings or dodgy paintwork anywhere). This year's Winter Wonderland at CParcs was super and a great Xmas Xperience .

Really fabulous Center Parcs holiday village, magical setting in beautiful forest including giant redwoods. Wide choice of fantastic activities for all ages and very comfortable and practical accommodation. Feels like a real holiday away; could be in log cabin in Scandinavia or somewhere! The subtropical swimming centre is also lovely with a diversity of different areas for all ages and types of swimmers. Gorgeous luxurious vegetation does make it feel quite tropical too. All in all, a top holiday option for a couple or family or even good for family reunions. Thoroughly recommended.

WOW... What can I say!!! I cannot believe it has taken me 38 years to go to Center Parcs. We visited the Longleat venue, and I found everything to be superb. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the entertainment was SUPERB (especially the pool with the slides and rapids!), and the restaurant choices are great.

I cannot wait to come back again, and next time we will definitely be staying for longer than 3 nights!!

Thanks so much to all of the staff at Center Parcs Longleat for such a fantastic family trip.

The lodge we was in was ment to be exsecutive, but it was an old style so not very posh, but on saying that it was lovely Clean and tidy. It was a girls holiday so it was even better. The swimming / subtropical area was fantastic the best place to eat was bella italia the food was delicious and reasonable price Hucks wasn't the best the shopping centre was lovely a bit pricey but OK the seating area around the shops and restaurant was lovely surrounding by beautiful plants and trees it has a carp pond that travels to different seating area's.
