Always had a fondness for this Centre Parcs. Good to see they are always looking to improve it with new attractions.

Still the brilliant center parcs I remember from 20 years ago. Prices are a lot higher now, and they host a lot more guests these days, so when things go wrong, it's a bit more trouble to get it fixed, but the staff all try hard to help, and do it with a smile on their face, and the quality of the villa and pool is still exceptional.
Very good trip. Plenty to do with the family. Alot of the events and restaurants are very pricey though which can be very limiting if on a budget.
An amazing but expensive weekend away with the family. Went for my 18th bday with grandparents, parents, my sister (16 years old) and cousins (8,6,5,4,2 years old) everybody loves it. Plenty to do for all ages.
Although the activities you can do cost extra money on top of the already exessive price to go. If you do book these, book before you go. They fill up quickly.
Tbh tho it's all worth the money. Amazing weekend
Accommodation is ok..but the resort esp the pool make up for that
Very poor service, stood outside the lodge for nearly 2 hours, as the women at the gate didn't give us keys for our lodge. My 2 year old grandson was freezing cold
Great place. Very friendly and welcoming lodges were lovely and spacious cleaning service was excellent. Everything you need in one place the supermarket was very reasonable priced. Would definitely go back
Really love centre parcs. The centre is very clean and tidy and the facilities are great. Its always a good stay there. The only thing is it's quite hilly
Great rooms, friendly staff. Loads if things to do, family friendly and plenty for free as well
Fantastic as always. We have been coming here for the last 10 years and have never been able to fault it. Having stayed in accommodation varying from comfort to executive it has all been lovely. Some reviews have said it is expensive but as with anything this is all relative to each persons view on cost. We have always found if you research the costs before arrival there will not be any surprises.
The rooms are very clean with towels, hairdryers, TV and dvd, dishwasher etc. Basically everything you need.
Don't listen to the negative reviews. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun holiday getting back to nature this is it. We will always holiday here x
Just had our annual spa visit here and wow what a transformation absolutely wonderful.had the best time. pleased to see that the old favourites were still there the demonstration of elemis and Decleor products, we really enjoy those.had our regular evening meal at Rajinda Pradesh restraint our favourite and Sunday lunch at Los Iguanas with cocktails. We shall be back next year for mor of the same
Have been numerous times over the last 15 years. Staff in Pancake House were superb as each day they gave necessary 5 minute warning that our food was coming, which allowed my recently diagnosed Type 1 diabetes son to take insulin.
The hill is an issue and the distances around the park but overall they only slightly dent what is a great family holiday
Lovely place, very family orientated with plenty of things to do. The only downside is it's very expensive once your in there, so I would highly recommend taking as much as you can in with you. There is a Morriston just outside about a 5 minute drive.
great place. fantastic for families, beautiful forest and looked after
My only issue with Longleat Centre Parcs really let my holiday down and as such I would not return. The distance of our Lodge to any facilities and my car was beyond reasonable. I have stayed at 2 other Centre Parcs in the past & this was not an issue. Yes my car or any facilities was not on the doorstep of the lodge at these either (more reasonable 15-20mins) and I expect to walk at Centre Parcs. However a walk to the pool at Longleat with 2 small children was 30-35 minutes, while the car was 40-45 minutes away from our Lodge. So a trip to the pool loses an hour of your day and a day trip out side Centre Parcs in the car adds a 90minute round trip on your day. In fact this stopped us exploring Longleat like we had at previous Centre Parcs as the children were worn out before we had even arrived anywhere. This meant they did not even get to enjoy any of the playgrounds and pool time was limited as the long journey back to the lodge had to be factored in. We tried the Land Train but this was no better - Less walking but just as much time as it takes the long route. This wasn't helped by road works all week so the train could not stop at some stops. The most frustrating part is that all these issues could be so simply resolved with land trains & buses running anti clockwise round the outer edge of the park rather than just clockwise. Also a second car park for those staying in Fir area.
The accommodation was as per any other Centre Parcs. Clean, tidy and well equipped. The pool was excellent, full of slides, rides, caves and rocky areas. But all this you can expect at other Centre Parcs.
Also the Plaza is not as well laid out or as interesting as other parks we have been to.
All in all it is usual Centre Parcs fair but the size & layout really did spoil our break. Be aware if you have small children or elderly! If you want to go Centre Parcs I would recommend it... Just not Longleat.
Great little break away, one of our first positive British holidays. Our daughter loved it. The staff were great and really made the holiday even better. Not the cheapest of places to eat out. However as long as you plan, budget and are sensible then it can be as inexpensive as you like. The pool was great as were the play areas. The teddy bears picnic was a great choice and thoroughly enjoyable for our little one.
Great place to visit and a plethora of things to see and do. Was a bit expensive but we had a cabin so prior to coming bought drinks and daytime snacks so we could spend money on meals out in the evening and activities during the day.
Great fun for adults and children. Can be expensive so try to offest by bring and cooking some meals.
Would be 5 stars but stayed for new years and very little for any one who can not stay awake until midnight
Lovely area. Accommodation was excellent and staff were polite. Lots to do although many activities are quite expensive.
Nice break but we found the average food quality very overpriced
Staff are amazing. One star lost because of the extortionate price of activities.
Amazing pace in the middle of nature, little pricey but works out ok if booked in advance, the swimming pool is amazing best part of it! Had the best weekend!
Pool facilities great, kids loved it! Staff at last iguanas very good with the kids and made it a easy visit. Thanks
Particularly liked the cascade water slide that runs outside. Glad to find Las Iguanas. Not as crazy busy as I thought it'd be.
Been here over the past 20 yrs with kids growing up amd always a good fun time. Last weeks double birthday however was the best ever, friendlier, food quality, refurbed spa lovely and Claire/Angela from guest services went the extra mile. Try villa 322 area with hot tub!
While the pool was really busy during my stay, I had loads of fun shooting targets in archery and cycling around the large campus. I felt that the Pancake House was a must!
Wow. This is a BIG place. Fantastic staff. Great activities. A train that drives around the park. The water park is amazing. we all loved the slides. good food, good drink and a great place to relax. we will be back soon. ( Hopefully ).
What a lovely weekend away. The water slides were overcrowded but otherwise could not fault it.
Lots of activities for the kids and Nutty Noah in the pancake house is a must do. accommodation is spacious and clean. 2 bathrooms is nice aswell. Everyone loves seeing the wildlife at their doorstep from squirrels to dear . The bike hire is a great way to get around but if you're not up to it the land train is never far away.
Junior Quad Biking a huge success mainly down to the fantastic Instructors.
Highly recommend the falconry, field archery & night swimming.
Only way to improve would be clearer maps (with bin locations!) To help us finding our lodge & clearing up after.
Just be aware this is a very large and hilly site .
Center parcs is amazing, super expensive if you go at the wrong time of year, but amazing. Great facilities and activities for everyone. The gym is very compact and luckily there aren't too many people trying to use it at anyone time. The swimming pools is great and the kids lived the new slides. I wish I had a pancake house near my home so we could go more often :)
Great location, set amongst lush forest of pine and redwood trees. Friendly helpful staff and plenty of activities for all ages. The on site spa facilities were particularly nice. Plenty of areas to walk around and take in the views. Also incredibly close to Longleat house and zoo which is well worth visiting if you're staying here.
Amazing. Lovely resort and activities great as well
The location is fantastic, easy access to all of the great facilities. Rooms are kept to very high standard. Came with an 8 week old baby and really was ideal.
I love this place, but is by no means perfect. I stayed Monday to Friday in the Fir area which is one of the farthest distances from the carpark and Plaza. Due to the volume of traffic on Monday waiting to get in, we decided to walk to the Villa with our luggage. No land train available. Took about 40 minutes up and down some beautiful forest locations. Over the next few days, we used the spa which I was so relaxed in after 3 hours I fell asleep, the sports plaza was excellent and the main Plaza area and food were okay. But I knock a star off due to the lack of a land train running on Monday and Friday. So much so that although our stay finishes Friday 10am, we are leaving Thursday night after a nice meal at the Sports plaza so we can get the land train to the car park and skip the obscene amount of traffic expected Friday morning after what we witnessed Monday. I have no small children buy expect it would be very difficult on a Friday mixing between looking after children and travelling to get the car to and from the car park. There needs to be an intermeddiary solution for families.
Loved every minute . Staff amazing throughout. Felt welcome and safe. TQ CP Longleat.
Horrific handling of poor weather. Lied about how they dealt with the situation.
The kids really enjoyed the activities, especially the aerial trekking and zip wire over the lake. Very good staff, all friendly and safety conscious. The wave pool is a bit feeble but the rapids are fun if busy. Plenty to do. Pricey but you don't need telling that about Centre Parcs.
Swimming pool area was fantastic and the new pirate ship area great if a little cold in places. Its worthwhile booking a table at the pancake house as it gets very busy
Always a great time for the whole family. Just quite expensive.
Lovely place and all the staff are really nice! Expensive but worth the money!
Brilliant for families. Plenty to keep everyone happy but can be expensive so save up and have a great time
Great setting, feels like you're lost in nature but only 15 minutes away from the outside world.
Great for quick break with lots to do. Activities and food seem to be on the expensive side, especially when paying for whole family.
Awesome, we absolutely love it here, it's the best!
Amazing and magical. Fabulous fun. Fantastic accommodation.
Lodges always feel a little lived in but apart from that it is excellent with super friendly and helpful staff. We keep going back
Great service. Come every year. This year was made even more awesome with the snow!!
We have been here twice, once with kids and in-laws, once as as couple. On both occasions everyone had a really good time, great activities, good service and the pool is great. The only negative point is on the last day, we were going to get lunch at the pancake house before leaving, the service was so awful that we had to cancel our food order and go somewhere else for food, this put us an hour behind on our journey home.
As return visitors, we have not been disappointed. Facilities are as clean as can be, and the staff are always friendly. Food is a little over priced for what you get, but overall another enjoyable experience.
A great place to bring the family. The kids loved the pool and I love the lack of cars on site
Nice spa with lots of rooms but could do with more water areas
Treehouses: Accommodation was awesome and the welcome was second to none. The parc is clean and well maintained and very safe. Centerparcs are not cheap but excellent for young kids and adults alike.
Overall we had a great time on the water rapids and new rides, kayaking was great and the ban on cars made it a lovely, peaceful stay. We also had a few close encounters with wild deer which was fab, however a huge lack of information/opening times for restaurants and activities on the website made our stay less enjoyable.
After an early trip to the pool (to make sure we were able to go on the new slides which close early at 7pm which isn't clear on the website) we arrived at the onsite bar for 10pm, but were told last orders for food was 930pm, this info was not online. This is really early for a bar, especially since the market to buy/cook your own food also closed at 7pm that day. We discovered there was absolutely no where on site to buy food, even the takeaway/delivery service had finished for the night. If this information was on the website it would be far easier to plan ahead and not have to go hungry/without dinner for the night! The lack of information/opening times ruined our stay slightly.
Superb lodge, great facilities but too many hills for hubby to reach land train stops
It was my son 40 birthday so all the family was there we add a great time 2 of us find it hard walking up all the steps and hill but we enjoyed would go again
Center Parcs Longleat is a very nice family friendly environment with lots of activities to take part in. The accommodation is very nice hidden deep in the longleat forest, my only thing to say about the accommodation is that the one we stayed in was a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. There is currently lots of renovations going on to the facilities (e.g Parc Market, Subtropical paradise) also it looks like there either adding more accommodation or refurbing the lodges. The guest services are brilliant and are very quick to solve problems for you. The Subtropical paradise is lots of fun for all ages and must be visited at least once during your stay. I have been to two Center Parc in the last year and would say this one is nicer in terms of the fact that all the planets have grown up around the villas unlike Woburn Forest.. The one thing that this older resort fall down on is that it doesn't have the new technology (wristband keys) which allow you to buy stuff in the swimming pool area without your card and also no need for a physical key, but I'm sure they will get it eventually. All in all Longleat Center Parcs is great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Nice place, first time visit dont think I'll be back, lodge not the cleanest, expensive for meals and activities, the spa is amazing but again expensive. Be prepared todo a lot of walking around the vast site. Take your own wood for your fire in your accommodation as theirs is again double the amount of anywhere else...
Lovely Week away with family and friends. The fireworks were amazing!!
Fun for the family but a good place to spend with the lads
I remember this resort being built in the 90 s and it s still holding its own. We stayed for a week and had an excellent time , found the staff very polite and the facilities clean and tidy. Our lodge was perfect for the stay and had much more cutlery and facilities than we expected, it even a coffee machine with coffee! The only thing I thought was a bit cheeky is the fridge freezer, it was tiny! So don t bring too much chilled or frozen with you as you won t have the space, you can however purchase from the onsite shop but it s much more expensive than outside so now you can see why the fridge is so small.
The resort was always clean, tidy and safe but make sure you hire some bikes as it s a bit of a trek to go all over but you can walk it without too much effort but nearly everyone has bikes so you do feel like you re in their way!
It's expensive, but worth every penny for the smiles on the Grand children's faces.
