Just come back from a Monday to Friday holiday here in early December. We had a great time - we stayed in one of the older fir lodges - baby, 8 yo and my wife and I. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and obviously enjoyed working for Centre parcs.

Center parcs is a great place to go. Lots of great activities in a beautiful environment. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the water in the swimming section was too cold. Even though it was heated it was under temperature for the weather. Also the new rides are spectacular, however the queues are too long to make it worth it! In a whole weekend we got to go twice on the ride. They should open the rides for longer to help address this as it's only open 11-7.

Absolute nature. A holiday resort in the middle of the forest surrounded by some very beautiful redwoods. Highly recommended for families with children. Four stars "only": Depending on the season here is to pay attention to ticks. Except for the bathing paradise must be paid for all other activities. Otherwise it was very nice here

Oven didn't work called maintenance out he adjusted the burner . He then lied and said there wasn't a fault when we had to call them out again because it didn't work. The answer we got was user error. Ordered logs had to call to get them delivered because they where forgotten. Jacuzzi bath didn't work and shower screen bar fell down. Fridge milk holder was broken. Accommodation was generally run down and centre parcs didn't even care when complaints where made . Swimming pool is amazing but what let's it down is the changing rooms dirty is an understatement as well as being cramped even in a family changing room ( we are a family of four a two year old and a five year old). General feel is a lacking the quality they are selling and especially for the price they are selling it at. I did notice that there was improvements being made to the accommodation so you could be lucky and get something refurbished. Lighting at night is very very poor and with terrain is very dangerous for your own safety take a touch or two .

Had a great week here. The pools and slides were really awesome- great little lodge too with everything you need. Would recommend the little sandy beach at the lake for days of fun as well as having your own bike to get around.

I'll start off saying that the facilities are good and well laid out but it didn't meet my expectations as a nature retreat. Center Parcs have done a good job at making the accommodation secluded especially as most is very close together but the forest setting amongst a lot of big trees makes it quite dark even during bright sunshine. Cars are kept off the roads except Mondays and Fridays but there's still a lot of traffic including bikes. Next time I'll stay at home and make day trips out to swimming pools, parks and gardens and have a better time.

I found my experience at Centre Parcs great fun where memories flowered. After feeling a little lost for the first day, which is absolutely normal, I discovered maps littered around the complex that allowed me to find all of the bicycle routes and activities. The food there was diverse and the swimming area exciting, especially the slides. After being twice in a matter of years I can see changes already, most noticeably in the lodges which have been hugely renovated to luxurious conditions. I would definitely recommend going with family and friends multiple times, as the fun will never end.

Leaving the car behind and walking up to the villa when you arrive marks the start of your holiday and a slower pace of life. The days can be what you want them to be, busy with activities or relaxing in the swimming pool and slides. The restaurants are good and there is plenty of variety. It's worth saving some money before you come off you plan on eating out. Best to book your meals and activities before you come which can make your stay a little easier. I've found the villas to be clean and tidy with guest services resolving any problems. I always come back from Center Parcs feeling as though I've enjoyed myself.

Great for a family break even if its fairly expensive. A great selection of places to eat on site and the cabins are stunning just wish more of the activities were free and not just the swimming

The blinds in our accommodation kept falling down as they were only stuck to the ceiling with duct tape. this was dangerous as we had small children. the dishwasher is very complicated to use and doesn't come with instructions. we booked a 45 mins fencing lesson for my son which only lasted 25 mins. what a rip off. the swimming pool is freezing. the staff were rude and informed me I wasn't teaching my son how to cycle properly, and questioned my parenting skills. I brought this to the attention of the customer service desk and nothing has been done to my knowledge. restaurants are very expensive and therefore we ate in the lodge every day.

Fun weekend. Really enjoyed the swimming and bowling However the lodge was showing its age quite a lot of minor damage and repairs on show. The oven didn't get up to temperature and the sink was pretty well blocked which was inconvenient. The main plaza was really quite dusty places that are out of reach and lots log the plants looked like they could do with water and a feed.

Wonderful setting amongst the trees and very convenient if you plan on visiting Longleat Safari Park which is practically next door. Lots to do here even amidst this covid inconvenience. The tropical pool was open and the measures put in place seem to work very well. Social distancing means that any activities or venues are not overly busy.
Went to the falconry centre to see the owls which was very well run and my toddler seemed to really enjoy. The bbq packs that you can purchase are good value for money as they are quite big and you can fit a lot onto it. Fire logs in the evening are a nice touch to round off the day.
There is a land train that comes around every 25 mins to take you where you need to go. The accommodation is clean and well presented and there is an extra cleaning regime which means a later check-in and earlier check-out. Not ideal but an unfortunate sign of the times, 9am is a bit too early I think. All in all a very enjoyable stay so I do recommend it and I will be returning. A touch in the expensive side however but there is some accommodation which is slightly more value should you be on a budget. Bring your own food and this will help to keep the cost down.

Fantastic holiday. Definitely needed bikes to get around on as the park is so big and things are spread out. Holiday cottage clean and basic but didn't expect to spend much time indoors. Swimming pool great although don't think the Rapids are as good as elveden, seem to get stuck lots and end up walking through them.
