They don't take of their customers I have had a washing machine since April have had several service calls and parts changed including the main board this machine is a lemon I have been without a washer for several weeks. Have called and talked to whirlpool supervisors the last 3 call I have asked for a new machine and told them my attorney showed them that it can be replaced in their warranty. I was told 8-23 that it would be replaced and now they will not replaced

Purchased new refrigerator it worked for 15 days then it needed ice maker fixed then 2 days later whole refrigerator stopped all my food spoiled!!!! Then 2 days later freezer melted had a service call on 21st of month was told had to order an evaporator fan and they couldnt come back until the 31st so I purchased a 2100 dollar LEMON I was told they were going to send me 100.00 never got it service terrible!!!!

It s hard to believe that Whirlpool expects payment for Tech Support to non dealers.
I payed a hard $2,000 for my Washer Duet ! It s been a good one over the years,
But finally quit. Now they want more $ to speak to a human, to help me trouble shooting what s up w/ it.
All about the dollar. That s not RIGHT.

Whirlpool has been selling major appliances in department and big box stores as a major retailer.

I've had nothing but issues with their products. I had a washer that didn't work from new ownership. Their repair technicians stood up my dealer twice. They also refused to come to the house. Major Rv's are peoples homes. They don't want to repair them even under warranty.

Now I've loss in excess of $450 in food on a home refrigerator in my unit under warranty. My dealer says don't even call them...they won't fix it. It's under warranty

I can't recommend their appliances to anyone

My husband and I purchase a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave for our home on 11/9/19 and was installed in December 2019. Sense then, we had to have our refrigerator worked on twice and now our stove. My family is without a stove or oven for a week and now have to rely on fast food or take out after I sent a small fortune on groceries. For anyone who is reading this, please do your research before buying Any Whirlpool products. I will never purchase any appliance made by Whirlpool!!!!!!

Terrible customer service from the help desk...they need more phone technician so they can actually be helpful.

Bought a washer they stopped working at 16 months. No grace on the one year warranty. Pitiful customer service whirlpool.

Whirlpool washer is always off balance and noisy machine.

Ordered water filter November 6, never arrived. Called and they said PayPal had an issue and they d reorder. Never arrived. Called and they said it was shipped to the wrong city and they d resend. Never arrived. Called and they said there was a shipping issue and it wasn t sent. They d resend. Finally got a package December 17 and it was cooktop cleaner that was supposed to go to California. Will NEVER use this ridiculous company again.
