I was considering getting a new computer because my internet was running so slowly (despite a fast connection). I decided to do a last attempt to fix it. Jer and his tech identified the problem right away, fixed it for a fair price, and saved me the expense and hassle of getting a new computer for at least a couple more years. I definitely recommend them!
