I'm an Oral Surgeon in the Logan Square area. My dream office was made possible by APEX. I sought bids from 3 other construction firms and APEX was, hands-down, the leader in the group. From the initial conceptual and design meetings to the periodical on-site status meetings, I felt that APEX had the project under control.
I am most impressed by their in-house design, cabinetry/millwork and architectural teams. They made fantastic suggestions and also accommodated my unusual visions for a unique specialty office. Most importantly, we stayed very close to the proposed budget with very few surprises along the way (and the few surprises were handled quickly and easily, since all aspects of the construction project are managed by the APEX team).
I give APEX my highest recommendation and will be using them for any and all future projects. We receive many compliments from patients and colleagues when they visit our new Practice as we definitely stand out from the rest (as does APEX). Thanks!

Great experience with Apex. We have done many projects over the years and have used many different builders. We have been happy with some and not so much with others. However, Apex was the first to do everything from the design phase to taking professional pictures at the end for advertising and social media purposes and everything between. Everyone was amazing to deal with and made a very stressful time fun and seamless. I have recommended using Apex to anyone that asks and I will continue to so.

We had the fortune of working with Team Monika/Luigi/Moriah/Juan. They were extremely professional, well-organized and on top of things. From the very first meeting Team Apex had an outlined plan and a dated flow of events that put us at ease given that we had no prior experience with buildouts. Monika and Moriah were great with the design and decor of the space while Luigi did a great job with the architectural planning. The truth is that no building projects goes 100% smoothly, but what is important is to have the right people to step in when needed and take you to the finish line. Team Apex delivered that and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a medical or dental practice.

Apex did the remodel/expansion of my dental practice. They did an awesome job. We were able to continue seeing patients throughout most of the construction with almost no interruption. The space looks great and functions well.

I worked with Apex to design and build my new orthodontic practice. From the start, they worked with me to ensure my vision for my practice came to life. I had cabinetry installed for my dental office thirteen years ago by APEX, and they've held up really well. So when COVID-19 hit and I needed to install on-premises laundry, I contacted them. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. The contractors were prompt, courteous, and professional. Communication was open and honest. A rarity these days. I couldn't be happier.
Apex was professional, timely, and on budget during the project. They truly think of every little detail. We had the pleasure of working with Mark, Tim, Cristina, Monica, Jeff, and Dale. Jeff and Dale spent several hours examining our practice and determining what we had and what we would need to complete our remodel - all before costing us a dime. Dale, Jeff and Monica came out to our location and talked with us extensively on what we would like each part of the office to look like: from private offices to the layout of our operatories. Apex was more expensive than other quotes we received, but it was worth it. Apex coordinated everything with the vendors; which made the process very smooth. We were even ahead of schedule by weeks and on budget! When does that ever happen?!
