Very nice and spacious zoo in the middle of the green. Do not go here to spot large animals, but take the time to look for the different monkeys and observe their behavior. The monkeys are beautiful-weather-animals, so try to choose a beautiful day.

The long queue at the entrance did not take as long as expected. Too bad we could not get to the stray monkeys because of COVID-19. Maybe mention something better on the website.
Food was very expensive. Furthermore, it was not too busy for a Sunday.
Apenheul is fun, quality of the food offered in restaurants is moderate.

Eenrichtingsverkeer dat het overzichtelijk maakt om niet bij mensen in de buurt te komen. Helaas zijn er enkele delen afgesloten maar desniettemin een leuke ervaring. Volwaardige maaltijd met verassingsdoosje voor de kinderen in in het 2de restaurant en niet de eerste.
Unique zoo with fun interactions with different monkey species.
One of the more fun things to do in these corona times. Unfortunately, not all paths can be walked in March, you still have the feeling to be close to the animals. The visiting hours do not feel so busy. The kids have a great time with the animals and the playgrounds.

Great place for growing kids to see all sort of monkeys. The animals are quite free compared to the conventional zoo. Must visit place in the Netherlands
Very nice for the children only bad that there is so much closed and the food was really bad
Super fun outing. In the beginning you think a bit whether it is suitable for someone aged 12, for example, because there are a lot of prams. But as you enter it is a beautiful outing (go there all day otherwise you don't have enough time)

The park has recently been rebuilt, areas with loose monkeys are alternated with parts where only the people walk away. A lot of interactive information for children of all ages.
Beautiful park for a fun and educational day with the family! And at the end of the day eat delicious unlimited freshly baked pizza in the pizza restaurant!
We had a great day with the monkeys! The children also enjoyed. It was busy but that didn't bother us in the park.

Was cozy, a pity that the information provision on the website was left behind. All stray monkey routes are not accessible and that is an important reason for people to come to the monkey hall. It is certainly understandable, but I want to base my choice on that.

It is very beautiful, but very difficult to keep a meter and a half away. It was really too busy on the day we were there.
A great park for young and old. Much to see learn and experience. Extra activities for children who want it. There is also a beautiful walking route just before the park entrance.

Alles prima met de aapjes hier, mooi om te zien dat apen op deze liefdevolle manier worden verzorgd. Geen 5 sterren omdat de vogels er over het algemeen veel te klein bij zitten en een beetje 'vergeten' lijken...

The most beautiful and complex zoo with monkeys. Here you have the chance to see exceptional specimens of gorilla, orangutan, chimpanzee, many lemurians, squirrel monkeys (which are free through the park) and many more. Everything is done in a beautiful forest.
Cool place, really good fun with kids. It's a long walk through a zoo full of monkeys. You can spend the day there. Food is not very healthy, just the usual dutch deep fried snacks. Chips okay, kroketten awful. You came borrow a zipper bag to avoid the monkeys steeling your food.
Had a fun and entertaining day out here! The monkeys were a joy to look at, and the caretakers were knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend going there for a day.
Been in the fall vacation. It was busy at the park. It is nice to see all the monkeys. It was a few years ago for us and in the meantime time has been renewed and everything is being renewed. Tip for management; moves the smoking zones somewhere on the side of the terrace and not in the middle. The toilets can also use some extra cleaning during such busy days.

Nicely designed park. Very green. Upon arrival you will receive a clear route map. There are also times of feeding. Well worth it. Many different monkeys. Very nice. There are also various catering outlets. And of course a shop. We noticed that there are certain places without monkeys. This is probably because sometimes groups are transferred to another zoo ... and rearranged. I thought it was a shame because it seemed a bit empty here and there. The downside: the parking is ridiculously expensive in 2018 for a day at 8.30.
The park is also not cheap, but often with a discount it makes a difference ... so search the internet. (June 2018 nu.nl temporary 12.50 pp)
Ps: grilled cheese or other hot food is available. No park is fun in the rain. Check online again.
