I have been here a number of times for work. I think it's a really nice park to browse around. I have never been there with my children so far, but that will probably happen one day.

Staff is also friendly and helpful. And the ring tails are really fantastic. However, make sure that you have your bag closed properly and / or get a special bag at the cash register, so that the cheeky monkeys cannot take anything out of your bag.

A nice park with many different species of monkeys. You also have sections where the monkeys come off. Lots to see and experience. Fun for young and old. I think the admission price is pricey, just like parking at the Apenheul. But a very nice experience.

Nice park where the animals have a lot of room to move around. The presentations during feeding time were also very informative and interactive, definitely recommended to attend.
The interaction with the monkeys was a disappointment. They did pass you by, but the prams were mainly targeted by monkeys.
Accessibility with public transport is poor, so traveling by car is best.

I really like it here, had a great day with my 11-year-old son and a friend of his. Beautiful the stray monkeys, the space that the monkeys have for feeding really great day. Restaurant eaten soup and something of old bread cheese was superb! Later a little further soft ice cream kindly helped in both places. Recommended Jan

Three sections with small monkeys roaming free. The info sessions are only in Dutch which is a pity given how many foreign families we saw on the day we visited. Pack your own food because the restaurants on site are expensive and food not that good.

Aprnheul near Apeldoorn is a beautifully designed monkey park. The smaller primate species bounce freely through the terrain, there is something for everyone in the video and photo world. The larger ones are separated by a moat. But you can see them well. You go to the Barbary Macaques through a lock. Please put everything in the bag you get at the entrance. Barbary macaques can use anything. You can spend hours in this very special park. The physical well-being is taken care of. There are playgrounds for children. And it is also built for disabled people.

Park and employees nice. However, they have to let fewer visitors in or broaden the paths. Yesterday was really a madhouse. But the skulls monkeys in particular were great and nice and cheeky!

We were here on the first day. It was pleasantly busy for a day when the weather wasn't great. We have seen a lot. The park is nicely decorated with nice trails. You can not stay all day, but you can have a good time for a few hours. With children you will be sweet for longer because of the many playground equipment.

Tip: Go to the restaurant outside of regular meal times. This saves you a long wait. After we were done, there was hardly anyone left in line.

If you like monkeys a must go here. Watched many monkeys roaming free. You can also get very close to the monkeys yourself and view them carefully. I also recommend that you go to the feeding shows of the monkeys.

Kids enjoyed very much. There is a nice flow in the park which is well maintained. The animals are well taken care off and a lot of information is available to learn more about them. My kids enjoyed the binoculars and guide in the spotters pack.

A great zoo, dedicated mostly to monkeys. It's easy to spend there the whole day and you will want to come again.
There are no cages. Just open air. Many apes species just walk among visitors. You can see them very close.
There is a lot of information about monkeys, so you can enjoy and learn at the same time.
Please don't feed and don't touch animals!
The beauty of this place, that they can live there on their own, and you can observe them almost without any limits.

Park is spacious and there is a lot to see, but it is very dependent on the weather and the number of visitors (which is often on the high side).

There used to be more experience when feeding and walking around the monkeys. Because it is busy these remain at a great distance, this used to be less.

Today I went to the monkey-pen. What an unwise beautiful green park! With this warm weather it is a great place to be because you are mostly in the shade under the trees. I can definitely recommend a visit. I must say that the sensation of the stray monkeys is much less as it used to be (about 20 years ago) I have a picture that there were two squirrel monkeys on my lap and one on my head. That does not seem to happen anymore the monkeys seem less cheeky and they pay attention and warned that they have no physical contact. Too bad but all in all a very nice park !!
