Very nice place,pleasent staff great pools,rooms good very big that was for two people.clean , every day maid service food good plenty for kiddies to do.

Ideal to go with children. It has many activities. The buffet is pretty good.

Very good and excellent if you go in family very good clean attention and very spacious rooms

/! \ Here I came to this hotel, because the opinions were very good.
I will give you my opinion, read carefully. I am writing while I am currently there, for 4 days, my stay lasts another 2 days ..
I'll start with the positive.
Hotel very well located, close to everything (beach, casino, boutique, aqua world, nightclub ..).
Very pleasant swimming pool.
Correct room, rather well equipped (air conditioning, fridge, freezer, flat screen ...)

The negative points
Meals, its awful both in the morning, at noon and in the evening. A passable meal is served 1 time out of 4. The rest of the time it is inedible.
I opted for full board, not even water is served at the table, everything is extra.
The waiter is very unpleasant, never a smile, not a thank you when you leave tips, all the staff is not pleasant in fact, we wonder who the fuck here, the most pleasant surprisingly its the maids, always a hello , a smile ..
When you are eating, look out for when you finish to settle down. So rushed that yesterday we cleared my table when we were only going to get the desserts. It is unacceptable.

In short, everything to say that the place is not bad but that the personal and the food leaves so much to be desired that it ruins the entire stay !!

We went for a family weekend and had a great time. The rooms are simple but the hotel very nice. The right buffet. Value for money good. Hurt k still cold to enjoy the outdoor pools. And k the sauna was damaged and out of payment.

Very neat and clean place. Familiar and quiet. As a downside, I think it's outrageous what they charge for the drinks of the buffet 2.5 for a bottle of water I find it abusive

Aparthotel located in a quiet area away from the city center and the commercial area so you have to depend on a means of transport to move or give you a good walk.
The common facilities in general are good: clean, comfortable, accessible and well maintained, as well as the apartment that was well equipped and with a satisfactory cleaning service. Comfortable beds and large terrace.
The service of dining room and cafeteria good. Variety and quality without pretensions but very acceptable, like the staff: friendly and functional.
The only downside we have had is that in the ten days of stay did not change the sheets of the beds even once, which should have done every four days as indicated on your welcome sheet deposited in the room. This fact seems inappropriate for an establishment of this category and we do not know the reasons for this lack of consideration and hygiene, as we did in the survey that we gave to reception staff when confirming our departure. If we did not claim at the time the change of clothes from the beds was to check if it was an involuntary omission or a hotel directive. The thing is that we still do not know to what this attitude responds but the fact is confirmed.
Apart from this fact, the stay was satisfactory.

Amazing Hotel with Brilliant Swimming pools for all !! Water Park is great for the kids kept them busy all day !! Food and service is outstanding ! All staff and the Pool lifeguards are Amazing they really made our stay fantastic . We can t recommend this hotel enough !!

Food plenty of choice,something for everyone, check out the poolside canteen.
Staff very friendly and helpful, jet2 reps always there when you needed them.
5 mins walk from nearest beach.
15 - 20 mins walk to lloret bus station, main shopping area and lloret beach.
I would definately stay here again and would recommend Costa encantada to anyone

Very nice setting, to do with the family, my daughters really enjoyed it. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from a very pretty beach.

Very disappointed with this hotel. There is no type of anti-covid measure other than gels on all sides. The hotel was 100% or almost 100%, a lot of very rude French people all day having to tell them to put on the mask, a shame, they park wherever they want, they have no education, they are embarrassing tourists, if we were Spanish tourists there and we behaved the same .......... A free buffet in which nothing was attended, each one took and left whatever they wanted. The butt pools in and out of the water, full of giant inflatables and hairs and the loungers without any distance. The animation could be improved, although the team is quite good. The best without doubt the quality of the buffet food. Very large and new rooms. The facilities are very good and the workers are very attentive and pleasant. I am clear that I will never return.

I liked it a lot, despite being a bit far from the beach, it makes up for it with outdoor and heated swimming pools, it has great dining rooms and a great kitchen

I was staying in block C in room 154 and I am very happy with the service received.

booked all inclusive because we took grandchildren. Hotel was clean and well maintained, pool area was great for the children loads of sunbeds.
Note the use of grandchildren and children, this hotel is great for them and if your looking for a family place then this is it.
Food was okay although breakfast starting at 0800 seemed a little late,
Entertainment was better than average.
All in all it did what it said on the tin so very satisfied

Very nice hotel. We have everything at hand. The grocery store, the gym, the hairdresser. The decor is a bit old but it's clean. The staff is nice and attentive. The city center is close and the beach just 10 minutes walk.

Just spent 4 days in this hotel it is very clean friendly close to the beach of small supermarket the apartments are spacious with nice terrace. We are glad what went back next year.

Overall the stay was pleasant altho I wouldn't go back.

I look for reveiws when booking a holiday so I will be as honest and as fair as I can.
As a mother on holiday with 2 children aged 11 and 12 we arrived at the hotel and checked in straight away. I read we wouldn't be able to have our room till 4pm yet we was shown to our room straight away at 11am.
The room was slightly outdated and could do with some work but it's spacious, clean and house keeping take care of the room daily who are also very polite.
I don't like the fact you don't get a duvet, just a sheet and a fancy bed sheet. The beds aren't comfy to sleep in and the rooms let in ALOT of noice. Especially on C wing where you wake up and hear every one taking there suitcases at 6am everyday (jet2s new checking out service) . An you hear people till about 2am going back to there room having no consideration for anyone else or sitting on the balcony playing music.
The pool was great along with the pool bar.

The dining room is busy and its hetic but the food is nice just the desserts are to a minimum with 1 or 2 cakes, fruit, ice cream, yogurt and Angel delight type thing. I do think there should be nore variety with the desserts as there is with everything else.
The beach is not as close as I expected and you have to go over busy roads to get to it... takes a good 15 mins... loret town is about 20 mins walk but again there's lots of busy roads to get across.
There's lots of shops but they are very pushy with selling things to you more than I've ever known but we have gone the last week of the holidays so I assume they are pressure selling as there worrying about rates and overheads now the season has finished but it puts you off and ruins looking with someone breathing down you forcing you to buy...

There prompt with last orders on the allinclusive and shutting up the pool bar/snack bar at 6pm!! This could do with being longer, tea don't start till 7.30pm and when it's not 6pm is early to leave the pool when the kids are having fun.
I qued for a drink and reached the bar at 11.02 on my first night and he wouldn't serve me unless I paid.. which I didn't... there's no last orders or messing if you can't get served that's your lot... they make alot of money on the allinclusive as 11 is early to not be able to get a drink when tea finished at 10 that leaves 1hr.... clubs open till about 12.30_1 so I don't feel there's any beniefit there.

pretty good very friendly and competent staff the food and the rooms very good. Just the behavior of some customers they leave the towels on the deckchairs early and in two the Burkini swimsuits which are prohibited and despite this many people bathe with them. I find that if it is marked in the regulation it is necessary to make it apply if not redone a regulation

We were 5 days and we want to thank the employees without leaving any for their kindness and professionalism. ALL recepcion amabilisimos .. public relations (jesus) a pass of xaval .. the dining room superbien both in the gastronomic tasting and for the kindness. .. easy and without queues..the rooms are very cozy and during the whole day animation ..... a wonderful place to go with children we will RETURN for sure

I'm leaving today, and I have spent 1 wonderful week, for a stay in Lloret do not hesitate to come to the aparthotel Costa Encantada, you will not be disappointed.
Appart, pool, meals, entertainment everything is very very good.

Ok hotel, please be aware that this is a big hotel. One pool, lots of people. Food is above average for being buffet. Good parking included in parking garage. Plenty of activities for all. What brings down the score is the room, very dated, old equipment. The sound dampening between rooms was non existent. Maybe we were in an old section to be renovated, that does not change my review though. Our room was 316. Primary guest were Britts and some French

I enjoyed it. 30yo single male. It is a family place but made a few friends. Staff was over the top friendly, they really gave me a laugh and food was brilliant. Rodger in entertainment is just some1 you meet once in a lifetime. 6months on ND we still have the odd banter on WhatsApp. U will enjoy this gitel

At the pool there is no slide, and I don't like the food and the rooms can get bigger and why can't you make a non-smoking area of it.

Very poor rooms, a bit like 1970's council flats, no free WiFi in rooms, bit mean for 2018.Food at breakfast was good and room were cleaned every day.

Inexpensive hotel, very family-friendly, especially designed for children, because of the theme I had a bit of a loose meal, even if you go with a mask on the buffet, people touch everything

The facilities have several strong points, such as free parking inside the enclosure, basketball courts, tennis, soccer and free balls. Animation for children for quite a few hours and spacious apartments. Huge outdoor pool and brackish indoor swimming pool and free, that is to consider.
Against it: The maintenance of the room that touched me leaves much to be desired for a four star. You had to lift a sliding door of the wardrobe to run. The broken shower support that could not stand the artichoke. When we opened the microwave the plate had gobs of melted cheese.
The restaurant is spacious if you go first thing, then logically queues are made. The food a bit monotonous and they abuse fried foods. The area where they make grilled food at the time did not get the smoke right, so everyone who sat nearby smelled of food for the rest of the day.
The friendly and correct staff, especially the entertainment for the children who did not mind giving in to schedules and materials so that we were comfortable.
In short, badly you will not be but do not expect a four star, for me it is a three justito.
