Aparthotel "Costa Encantada" Review

The attention of the hotel staff and facilities are the best, the little ones have a great time and if you add to that the food is varied and good ... You have an ideal vacation destination! We have repeated several times over several years, and will continue to do so :)).

Fantastic hotel, especially for its large pool, water park and apartments. The food is also excellent, their fideuas are delicious. The animation is quite weak although it is not noticeable, because with the pools that there are, it is enough. There are some quite rude employees, especially the lifeguards and a cleaning lady.

Nice holiday residence. I can recommend. 1 point of criticism: often smoke in a restaurant, poor extraction above baking trays. For the rest, positive experience

Stayed 2 weeks in August 2020 in this beautiful hotel, we had a good holiday despite the restrictions due to covid 19. Fenals beach is barely 10min walk away.

Brilliant place, food lovely and staff are always happy to help with anything.

We're halfway into our stay here and I think it's worth making a couple of points. We go on holiday to enjoy ourselves and tend not to moan about trivialities and it has to be said the staff here are first class, all very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities are adequate and clean and having an underground car park is a massive plus as we hate getting in to a red hot car abroad!
Our only disappointment is with the meals (we went half board). We read several reviews from a good while ago pointing out limited selection for children and huge queues for the toaster at breakfast and would have thought the management reading such reviews would have addressed these issues. However each morning there is ONE broken toaster (that only toasts one side of the bread) to service hundreds of guests and by the time you've queued twice to put your toast through twice, your breakfast is cold. Thankfully there's a microwave oven available. And with 2 admittedly fussy children of 8 and 9 to feed after a day's walking and swimming, there's very little to offer for them. It would cost nothing to add a few pizzas nuggets or pasta to their menu but at least there are fast food outlets within walking distance.
All in all a nice hotel with great staff and facilities but let down a bit by management not acting upon reviews to improve the overall experience.

Ideal in family plan. Hotel in Lloret del Mar, but not in the same marching area (it is on the Fenals beach). Great treatment, cleanliness, facilities, spacious rooms, food ... 100% recommended

One of the best places we have gone for.Ideal for children, it has everything like a pool, a games room for the little ones, you will not have to go out at all. And as for eating, it is a free buffet. All very well.

Very pleasant . They speak French . The buffets are super varied and very clean. The deckchairs are sufficient (for once). 10 minutes from the city and 4 minutes from the beach. I advise you to spend there.

Im just back today from a weeks stay half board (breakfast and dinner or lunch) and i can honestly say my wife and i and our kids 4 and 1 years old had the best holiday at en cantada.
The food is beautiful, the restaurant is spotless as is the whole complex. You will get value for money here and excellent for families aswell as couple breaks.
The pools are brilliant, the accommodation excellent, the food amazing, staff amazing. Gail on reception is absolutely amazing. The most helpful and nicest employee you will meet.encantada are lucky to have her. Thanks gail from room 55.
Lloret de mar is a beautiful place and i would highley recommend using encantada as your base when you go out and about.
Marinaworld is a must go to waterpark. About 45 mins from bus station which is a 15 minute walk away from hotel.
You dont even need to leave hotel its that efficient.
I will most definitely be returning next summer and i cant wait.
Weather was beautiful all week aswell.

the hotel itself is nice, the room was clean and had everything you needed, disappointed there were no snacks available in the day poolside bar closed and long queue for meals.

I can say many things all positive, in terms of facilities they gave us an apartment on the ground floor so that when we went out to the terrace we were already outside, in terms of views it gives the feeling of being in the Caribbean with the palm trees the pirate ship the slides the swimming pools in a word magnificent, the buffet food good and varied remarkable high, a place to recommend especially if you go with children.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The cleaning is done every day no complaints. Politeness. Spacious room!
We had come to cycle and hike with a 3 month old baby and a 4 year old child and we were able to take advantage of these means of transport! Not used the car!
On All Saints' Day the sea was 19 degrees this year (we bathed every day!) And the pool was around 16 outside and 25 inside.
The mini children's club was also open (the child can go without an accompanying person if over 6 years old)
The only downside: the noise in the rooms at night (it looks like a vacation and we were so tired from our days that we all slept well when mm ) but especially in the morning and in the evening (we were on half board) at the restaurant because as said in other comments the incivility and the disrespect of others of some "French" who believe they are allowed anything !!! The lobby is full of people, groups who eat and drop off their things ... the mischief of the all inclusive with people jostling as if they had not eaten for several days or that they are afraid of not having enough and suddenly a big waste ... for children's education it's not the best

The location is perfect for families with small children, without crowds. The pools are great and at 600 meters from a quiet and very clean beach, we went every day with the car and the kids. The pretty decent free buffet with several options. We stayed in all inclusive and it is very good. The park and the mini club are a very good idea for the little ones and the mini disk that they have on a daily basis before dinner they love it.

We have spent some great days of disconnecting, the children have enjoyed a lot in the pools, especially in the water park with the slides, make special mention to all the staff and especially the lifeguards who have always been very attentive and pleasant with the children , the buffet food of great quality and variety, at times a little overcrowded but at all times the capacity is controlled by the staff, well-specified Covid standards and hydroalcoholic gel everywhere, the only thing that some guests The rules are not respected, especially French Maghreb tourists who do not understand or do not want to pay attention to the rules, I also do not see that they are reproached too much, otherwise everything is great and surely one day we will repeat, hopefully education and respect by the standards of some tourists one day change.

Good atmosphere the pool was amazing no complaints the room with air conditioning makes a big difference activities around the area wasn't to bad to get to but can be expensive for traveling I wish the hotel has direct contact to book tours etc internet access could be better but hey it was FREE rooms was great I would go back food was great but didn't get the Spanish national dish which we got in a 3 star resort last year overall it was enjoyable.

My family and I were delighted, we went with some friends and we took half board, the food at the buffet was very good, a lot of variety, at lunchtime we went to a supermarket nearby and had something ready to eat.
The hotel is well located near a burguer, a gas station and super markets, the beach is not far 15mn walking, and well very friendly staff.
The kids had a great time, without a doubt we will repeat.

The rooms are quite nice. Clean and spacious, if a bit dated.
The pool area is ideal for children, especially the pool with the slides (that's why we chose this accommodation).
I think the restaurant's buffet has little variety and falls short for the number of diners. The food is not bad at all but it doesn't kill anything.
On the covid issue, there are gels everywhere, although some of them without liquid or damaged . 98% of people move around with their mask on, but the distance between the tables in the restaurant and in the hammocks by the pool is not enough.

We liked it a lot. Good service, the food is not bad and the pool area is great. The apartments very complete. An ideal hotel for families. The gym could be improved.

Foreigners do not meet the rules. No distances, with clothes in the pool, with loud music in the hammocks, the masks are decorative, they park where they want and occupy the places .. At breakfast the children take the food with their hands and some even taste it and leave it . From being a hotel of high prestige they sink it for being rude. It's a shame.

I liked it a lot. They have a large pool, recreational games room for kids and adults. Also, they have animation service and the show today has been great.

I found it excellent for everything. Both free parking and food in all aspects very good and abundant. The apartments are very clean and spacious !! The price is great. Everything went very well I will repeat without hesitation !!!

Normal rooms, they need a remodel, but clean, repetitive food although variety, not too elaborate. You are a scam, there are things you can not ask for and a store to pay separately.

The buffet food is very good with a lot of variety of meats, vegetables, salads and desserts, I was surprised by the variety being buffet.
There are activities to do in the hotel such as archery, aquagym etc and also for small children, it is more a hotel to go with children than as a couple but we who have gone as a couple have had a good time.
Cleaning ok but the floor was not clean.
Luckily the pool had a lot of stretchers because people stick around the places and put towels out early in the morning. In the afternoon it is full of inflatables and children, in August the number of people there is horrible, both in the pool and on the beach. Especially in early August.
The hotel is very good in general, parking is free and if you take a place better not to remove it from there because sometimes it is difficult to park depending on the time.
It is well located to the beach and shops in general.
Some guys at the reception a little dry I don't know if because we're young.
There is a varied and complete recreational area.
At night there are usually performances.

The pool was briefly working, and some western cascades were made by the kazak, which was still in progress. These children nekazka. Interior did not work at all.

Very large establishment of good level. But this generates expectations that are too long to access the meal. The dining room is very noisy. The outdoor pools are great.

Great hotel, no need to put out towels on sunbed, though a lot of idiots do as there are so many sunbeds available during anytime of day. We went half board, breakfast choice was fantastic, and evening time paid for dinner a few times, and again food choice was brilliant, most food was lovely, but the odd item was not nice but that was probably me. The dining was a bit manic with so many guests eating in a short time slot, but the dining and kitchen staff worked wonders keeping everything running smoothly. The hotel entertainment staff were outstanding, fantastic, working long hours, really engaging with all guests of all ages, and their tribute show was very good and fun. Our room maid on fifth floor was fantastic, worked wonders with our room every day, always had a smile and friendly greeting, but I think she has too much work for one person, and I guess all the room maids need another person to help them. Some of the evening acts from outside were rubbish except for the in hotel entertainment staff and the lounge singing couple. The rooms were large, well equipped, air con good, shower hot/cold water great, pool warm, lovely. The hotel is in a great location, 10 min walk from Fenal beach , 10-15 min walk to Lloret shops and crazy nightlife. Only real gripe was walking past some of the tacky gift shops to fenal beach, with the asian shop men wanting to be my 13 year old daughters boyfriend and wanting her phone number, not acceptable. Anyway, great hotel, all staff great, great resort, Thank you for making this a outstanding holiday

Hotel clean. Pool large enough even if there is no structure for the small space allows good fun. Outdoor park for children. Buffet varied and good. Near the center and yet quiet

I really liked the treatment of all the staff, receptionist, waiters and cleaning girls from minute one .... super clean, correct buffet.

Good hotel, apartments all very well equipped, large rooms and equipped kitchen, although it has some drawbacks, the wifi is paid separately, and the outdoor pool closes at 7 but in general very well

Room aged, from one week to another, the food is identical .. home done half!
Too noisy, too crowded ... the pool is not very clean !!!

Good hotel about 20 min walk from the beach. Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived but my family didn't want to move rooms so we got rid of the smell with air fresheners. When the air con started to leak water we reported it and the hotel sorted it out immediately. The bar is ok and they have good entertainment for kids. The rooms are a little old (in our building) and I wasn't keen on the food really. I'm glad we weren't all inclusive here. That said the pool is great and not to deep at any point which is good for kids and there are lifeguards constantly on duty. Staff were helpful and friendly. A small shop on site for essentials and a supermarket close by (Caprabo down the road). Good hotel.

Huge pool where you can put any kind of large float. More than decent apartments. Perfect all-inclusive service. You miss the very small mini club and behind the hotel and the mini disco maybe.

Very good hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
We spent 4 nights with the family.The rooms were comfortable, the meals were good.

Strong points: well located establishment, nearby beach, quiet area.
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools allowing swimming whatever the weather.
Welcoming, smiling and helpful staff.
Cleanliness of the rooms and the place in general.
Cons: really mediocre food, apart from breakfast. The dishes are always more or less the same, tasteless, of poor quality and that one would believe straight out of the collective kitchen of certain hospitals ...
Finally zero pointed at the harpy which rots the chambermaids during their service to the point of making them cry. I imagine that this lady enjoys some responsibilities which make her imagine that we can treat other employees like shit ... the only merit of this unfortunate episode, we were able to address the theme of suffering at work with the children, dumbfounded by what they had just seen ...
