Very busy on Sunday afternoon, waiting time of 20 minutes

Great restaurant. Friendly staff and great food. The meal is brought to the terrace. Excellent service. Also allowed to smoke outside.

I never write negative reviews of restaurants because I am aware of how difficult it is to run one and how much time, energy and resources are involved in providing food for people. However, after visiting this snack bar some 20 times and ordering nothing but a single "patat" and having to wait from 10 to 15 minutes (and never having complained about this) while others with huge orders ordered afterwards are served far in advance, and having experience myself working in the restaurants of Chicago, my experience was not only horrible but abusive. I simply asked if making individuals who only order one small item (fries) until all the preceding and far more complex orders before are served is the most efficient and "slim" manner of working. This simple question (which was posed in Dutch) erupted in my being yelled at for a long period and then demanded to leave the restaurant. The owner of this store has a very bad temper problem and is clearly not flexible enough to make small changes which would not only benefit them in their business practices and make their customers happier but would have prevented this totally unnecessary confrontation. So here ends my first ever negative review of a restaurant. But this one was well earned and I'll never go back there again. And also, there are no vegan options at this restaurant - so definitely behind the times.

Normal cafeteria in a beautiful new building. Employees are young and friendly. Today we picked up food and treated very unfriendly by the manager. This man might not have had his day but behaved abnormally against my three-year-old son. When I said something about this, he was very unprofessional with me in discussion. The food tasted no more afterwards. Food 2 stars, other employees 5 stars. Business manager minus a lot of stars. Annoying aftertaste. Rarely experienced so little hospitality. I do not come here that fast anymore. Afrader!

The fries taste excellent and the snacks are also well cooked. I haven't had ice cream. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Only you better order by phone, because if you order there it takes about fifteen minutes before you have the order in your hands!

Today it was rush hour around dinner time at 6 pm, but only 2 people! : O Long waiting times!

Nice place to sit down for a meal or to pick up something. Smooth operation and wide range. And also enough for vegetarians!

For the umpteenth time, part of the order is simply forgotten. Calling gives a rude response.
Fortunately, there is plenty of alternative in the area for the next time!

It was a busy day last Friday, but even then you expect you to get what you order. If you order 3 frikandels, you get 1. If you order the snack of the month, you will get a regular ready meal (although cheaper, but I had not ordered that). Snack of the month was a special dish .... Also much less fries than last time, while the number of people was the same. A pity...

Large French fries special (sauce over the French fries) and croquette with mustard. Delicious! Fries good, the curry sauce delicious! Ratio sauce and fries good. Would like a bit more mustard with the croquette. Also croquette, delicious! Staff friendly !!

Good food, but regularly missing something from the order when it has been paid for. A bit of a shame because you don't go after it for 1 thing.

Good food prepared with fresh products for a good price.

Decent snack bar, large business, substantially expanded after the recent renovation.

Good and fast service, especially if you place the order by telephone!

Always go here, normal orders take about 10 minutes most nights
