I never write negative reviews of restaurants because I am aware of how difficult it is to run one and how much time, energy and resources are involved in providing food for people. However, after visiting this snack bar some 20 times and ordering nothing but a single "patat" and having to wait from 10 to 15 minutes (and never having complained about this) while others with huge orders ordered afterwards are served far in advance, and having experience myself working in the restaurants of Chicago, my experience was not only horrible but abusive. I simply asked if making individuals who only order one small item (fries) until all the preceding and far more complex orders before are served is the most efficient and "slim" manner of working. This simple question (which was posed in Dutch) erupted in my being yelled at for a long period and then demanded to leave the restaurant. The owner of this store has a very bad temper problem and is clearly not flexible enough to make small changes which would not only benefit them in their business practices and make their customers happier but would have prevented this totally unnecessary confrontation. So here ends my first ever negative review of a restaurant. But this one was well earned and I'll never go back there again. And also, there are no vegan options at this restaurant - so definitely behind the times.
