Unfortunately I have to give them just this one star rating. The customer service is all but not there, being in Australia I cant get any technical support during our working hours. No one (except for Carlos) tries or wants to help, and always blame the issues on us when clearly they aren't our problems, eg software licensing. Hopefully they pick up their game.
