Chris and his team delivered outstanding service, bringing our telephone system into the 21st Century. We had been putting off updating our system for years, but after meeting Chris at a networking event, he suggested he come down to our office to take a look at how they could help. Following a brief but informative consultation Chris sent across a transparent quotation for switching us across from a single landline (meaning we were missing calls every-time we left the office!) to a VOIP system which allowed us to pick up calls from anywhere in the world. The price was competitive, and they didn't push anything onto us we didn't need. Within a week our new phones had arrived, and with the help of the friendly George, we were taken through the simple steps to get us live. We haven't looked back since, and love the flexibility the new system offers, in particular the fact if we are out of the office and a customer leaves a voicemail we now get a handy email with the VM on, awesome! Thank you Chris and team for your faultless service.

Took a friend's Apple iMac 21.5" 2011 desktop in for "out of warranty repair" after it failed to startup. I spoke to a really pleasant and knowledgeable young lady on the telephone first who provided me with all the information that I needed to encourage my friend and I to take the desktop in for repair. Our reception on arrival was very professional and reassuring that this company know what they are doing at a competitive price and fast turnaround time.
