The team is very helpful explaining and implementing the product. We've been using the service for a few weeks, and it is a great help for our small medical private practice.

Staff has been very communicative and the support has been very good. We also do appreciate the HIPAA compliant app for receiving messages.

AnswerForce is amazing. My nonprofit has a telethon and we use AnswerForce as a backup phone bank. They are incredible to work with and delivered all they promised in the sales call. Kim Ptacek help set up the account, she asked good question and really got to the heart of what the script should be to best work for the operators. Kim went above and beyond, calling me to ensure that the day would go smoothly before and after the event. The operators answered the calls promptly with gratitude (people are donating money after all) and processed the donations with no issues whatsoever. They also handled some oddball questions really well! I Highly recommend AnswerForce to anyone who needs this service.

They actually tell the caller we do not provide a particular kind of service, saving me time on a wasted return call. AnswerForce does an outstanding job. They do the little things (like making sure they pronounce your name correctly! My previous answering service didn't).

Everyone I've spoken with has been highly-responsive. Additionally, the operators have been professional and use a script for my callers. This service is going to be a lifesaver for me, as I have a rapidly-growing small business. Another great feature is the scheduling and integration with my existing CRM. The reps are English speaking which is what the sales person states. The reps also have a foreign accent that makes it challenging to understand them. I would explore other options and be very specific about how they define English speak reps.

Our company recently migrated to working remotely and we needed a new solution for answering our main "front desk" number that is given to all clients, partners, etc. Since we no longer have a physical phone, we needed a solution that would allow our clients to call our existing phone number and to be routed to appropriate internal individuals. After much research, we decided to work with AnswerForce. They offer 24/7 receptionist and allowed us to tailor the conversation to collect important data prior to warm transfer to appropriate internal team members. The onboarding process has been awesome. Narendran from the Onboarding team was amazing and took such great care to help us get set up. He was patient and walked us through each step. He has also been proactive in following up to check in and to make sure everything is working to our standards. It has been nice to talk to the same person within the company to build rapport. So far, our experience has been smooth and AnswerForce seems to be a great solution for our remote team. We are very pleased with the service, functionality, and onboarding.
