I recently started using services through AnswerForce and initially communicated with Rick, who was very helpful and friendly. I then had a virtual onboarding meeting with Narendran. Everyone I've spoken with has been highly-responsive. Additionally, the operators have been professional and use a script for my callers. This service is going to be a lifesaver for me, as I have a rapidly-growing small business. Another great feature is the scheduling and integration with my existing CRM. Very pleased with their services, so far. A great value for the money.
