Our company recently migrated to working remotely and we needed a new solution for answering our main "front desk" number that is given to all clients, partners, etc. Since we no longer have a physical phone, we needed a solution that would allow our clients to call our existing phone number and to be routed to appropriate internal individuals. After much research, we decided to work with AnswerForce. They offer 24/7 receptionist and allowed us to tailor the conversation to collect important data prior to warm transfer to appropriate internal team members. The onboarding process has been awesome. Narendran from the Onboarding team was amazing and took such great care to help us get set up. He was patient and walked us through each step. He has also been proactive in following up to check in and to make sure everything is working to our standards. It has been nice to talk to the same person within the company to build rapport. So far, our experience has been smooth and AnswerForce seems to be a great solution for our remote team. We are very pleased with the service, functionality, and onboarding.
