I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted today by Kim, an Account Client Manager with AnswerForce! I wanted to do a simple update to the script on my account. Kim not only offered to call me because I was stumbling through the chat, but by the time we were done, Kim helped me to integrate AnswerForce with my CRM, and correct the API issues I caused during the set up. Kim made everything very easy to understand and managed to keep this cranky old guy calm during the process! Kim is an asset to her team and an excellent representative of the company. Thanks Kim!!!
