I have been using AnswerForce for the last year and am amazed at how good they are. My customers truly believe they are talking to my staff. The people answering my calls appear to know enough about my business, that they let cold callers know whether I can provide an answer for their questions or not. They actually tell the caller we do not provide a particular kind of service, saving me time on a wasted return call.
