I've been using Answer4u to answer all my calls for the last couple of months. Initially I was skeptical and protective because I started my business 10 years ago and in that time I've answered, or returned the missed, for every single call, but needs must so I gave them a go. I have been exceedingly impressed. The most important feature to me is their flexibility and willingness to accept they're not perfect and work with me to find solutions which I have found very easy to do. I feel like a large weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I like it alot!!

Awful service. They wanted paying SEVEN times more to ask callers for an email address. They lie about how long it takes to answer calls. Nearly all of the times I called my own numbers it took over 8 rings and lots were not even answered. Every invoice was in the wrong name and they refused to correct their mistake. Stopped accepting my payments by direct debit after TWO years for no reason at all. I use another company now. Same type of price, calls answered quicker, callers email address taken and fantastic service.

Great service that I can rely on to professionally answer my calls when out of the office running events and attending meetings. Thank you.

after recently signing up, we checked out with our call tracking and play back portal that out of the 25 calls diverted to the they failed to answer 14 out of the 25
the response I got back was we cant guarantee to answer all calls! omg.....

We had a need for overflow call support, after researching the competition thoroughly and discussing our requirements with the Answers 4u team, it was clear that we should choose them. I would recommend that you spend the time to discuss your requirements with a member of their team before deciding on your supplier.

Don't use this company They ripped me off and kept charging for calls that were nothing to do with me When I complained they were rude and dismissive

When I needed time to focus on my business &/or if I was in a meeting with clients, I knew Answer4U were the people I could rely on to look after my business calls. This is a professional service with friendly, reliable staff who are always there when & if I need them. When clients ask about the receptionists at my company, they can't believe I use an answer service. The feedback I have had regarding their professionalism is fantastic.

Total bunch of cowboys.. dont waste your money using these guys. staff can not spell basic words when emailing message, pronounce company name incorrectly every time and have now decided to put me on advance billing because our company confirmation statement was delayed which would not affect them in any way. Plenty of these companies around so shop around.. trial before you commit.

We have been a client of Answer4u for a few years now. Having started with the entry level service, and more recently moving to a higher level service. Our calls are answered professionally and quickly with the relevant data being passed to us efficiently. Our account manager is always on hand for any queries and we would highly recommend.

Having dealt with Answer4U in the past, after I started at a new company and we experienced downtime with our phone lines, I rang Answer4U and got through to Charlotte who was able to help us out in a matter of minutes, we had an account setup, script created and divert number available to us. They also provide a web portal for you to go in and customise the script and opening hours of your business which allowed us to update our message to clients throughout our downtime, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company if your looking for a telephone answering service.

I have been using Answer-4u for about 5 years now and have always found them to provide a very good level of service at a reasonable price point. One of the best things I like about Answer-4u is their 365 day and 24 hour service it is becoming increasingly apparent that Customers in general, expect their phone calls to be answered at all time of the day and week, and by using Answer-4u I can be sure no phone call gets missed. I have always found that the direction I give to manage calls is followed to reasonable standard and if ever there s a reason to alter or amend the service, I have found they are very quick to respond and action the request.

We have used Answer 4 U for nearly a year and are really happy with the service. We used Answer 4U based on a recommendation from someone in the industry I work in, that was also using them. Our Account Manager Adam took the time to understand our needs and requirements and helped us to create a script that would fulfil our customers expectations and needs. I have found only positives in dealing with Answer 4 U, even though we have a complex script compared to some, the operators who take the calls follow to the exact standards we require. Any changes we request to make to the script are done the same day, usually within a few hours, perfect! Would definitely recommend their services.

These guys work really hard to help your business. They are approachable, friendly and the price is good. Recommended.

We have used Answer-4u since 2010, and have never experienced any problems whatsoever. We have 6 x different phone numbers, and we periodically test each number to ensure calls are answered quickly and professionally, and they are - each time. I would recommend to others

They made serious mistakes, then they took payment without our authority , then they promised a full refund but never did this. We ve found a call centre that doesn't do any of these things. On the upside 4u is cheap, a false economy in our case. Also notice how all their 5 star reviews came on the same month - nothing before and since. Ummm.

Answer4U have been really great for us over the last 12 years. We continually recommend this service to our clients. I can honestly say the service is second to none.
