Small but stylish rooms, very clean. Walls are a bit thin so be prepared to hear everything from the room adjacent. Breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly. Located in a nice residential area that has some very good bars close by. Walk to the centre of the old town takes less than 15 mins.

It is a quiet hotel with spa service. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is quite complete. Near it there are several tram stops (between 2 and 5 minutes walking) and one metro. It is a hotel with good service, but I do not consider it four stars.

Had a very nice time in Ametyst.
Breakfast, sauna and service were great.
Would definitely recommend it and would gladly come again! :)

Breakfast was the best!
Staff was great.
We had a small room at first and then upgraded to a larger room with a balcony and larger bathroom. The smaller room had a separate WC from sink /shower, which was annoying and definitely not what we're used to.

Really lovely hotel. Great rooms, great attention to detail. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and lots of great restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Trams and Metro close by meaning you can get to everywhere around Prague. Beautiful safe neighborhood. We were lucky and were upgraded to Deluxe Room which was beautiful and so clean. Wishing we could stay longer

Optimal location, excellent breakfast.

Great hotel, fully justifies its stars. Even a separate bathroom is available. The rooms, however, are cramped, but the breakfast is excellent. And, yes, the coffee machine prepares liquid coffee, you have to order espresso at the bar for an additional fee. Near the center, but very quiet.

The hotel has a regular view .The breakfast is good, tasty and satisfying. Staff are very kind. A walk from hotel to the centre( vazlov square) about 13 min. nearby you have a lot of special pubs and resturaunts.

We were in Prague for four days. One of the advantages of the hotel is the location. The hotel is located in Prague 2, i.e. relatively close to the center, but away from the tourist crowd. You can see that clearly in the prices, e.g. at the restaurants in the vicinity.
The room was very small and dark, also dusty and the joints in the shower were quite heavily used and provided with dark stains. Our fellow traveler had a bright room that was twice as large. We were always woken up very early by the construction site right at the window. (The hotel can't do anything about that, but I still wanted to write.)
Nice-to-know: the tap water is chlorinated here. So if you don't like this or can't tolerate it for health reasons, you should take precautions.
A very nice welcome from the bellboy. The ladies at the front desk weren't that friendly, they seemed a little annoyed. The shuttle to and from the main station worked great! Keep it up.

All in all, a very nice hotel, I won't be back anyway.

A little tip: the "market" next to the hotel is completely overpriced. Better buy at Lidl or something similar. your drinks!

Location at 5, the rooms are good, but cramped. If you just spend the night, it s fine, if you plan to do something, such as stretching yourself or working with papers, then it s a bit crowded in my case ... But it doesn t matter ... Food, breakfasts are a super choice ... We spent the night 2 nights, although to reserve for 8 nights, we decided to leave for Karlovy Vary for the new year, after some negotiations with the hotel management, they returned the money, no problem ... But still, the best not to do so, plan your stay on time ... Our force majeure resolved well ... I recommend ... And another nearby store ... And a lot afeshek to suit different tastes ...

A nice little hotel with nice service. The upside is the proximity of the subway and tram lines going towards places worth seeing in Prague. The downside, unfortunately, is the lack of a normal parking lot, but the hotel has the option of storing a vehicle in a tenement next door. An ideal place to start exploring Prague. recommend

I found it good, staff was very nice, room clean. Free Wi-Fi. Lies very cleverly on the way to the city center (you can walk very well, subway I can not recommend because you can only pay the tickets with change and you have to change two times on the way).

Not bad. Clean hotel but decor of our room a little dated, private sauna booking at the price of 15 euros per person (our time was unlimited) quite pleasant. Badly soundproofed rooms. Not a lot of contact with the staff except with the "clerk" who is very nice thanks to him (I do not know his name but I think he will recognize himself.Lunchy lunch.Between public transport.real value for money very correct .

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast has a variety and is plentiful, if you are willing to try local things. However they did have eggs, toast, croissant, etc. Our shower room was clostrophobic and the shower door leaked through. Hotel is not modern but in a lovely area. Lots of great pubs local and restaurants. 30 min walk from main old town square. ***

Comfortable (hard) beds, very small rooms, pay untypical already at check in, water pressure in the bathroom was very low, delicious breakfast - but very dull knives, staff partly very friendly, partly okay. Parking an adventure.

15 to 20 mins walk to Subway station. The hotel room was little bit old but the washroom was clean. They also provided weak air conditioner in the room. I highly recommend their breakfast. They offer many choices in terms of food. The staff was nice, casual and friendly. They helped me to order taxi very quick. But there are additional fees for parking if you travel with car.

Nice hotel close to the city center.

Nice hotel close to the city center.
Very nice area - prestigious, quiet, clean, well maintained. In this case, not far from the city center, you can walk (2 km). The hotel is good. True, they expected a little more comfort from 4 stars. Perhaps we just came across a number that is not very new, so such impressions. We lived in a Deluxe room with 1 bed. Slippers, bathrobes and fruit were included with this room free of charge. Plus there is a kettle, cups, tea / coffee, mini-bar. Separate toilet and bathroom are convenient. The staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfasts in the morning are excellent, buffet with a huge selection of dishes (including hot ones). Parking: the hotel has its own private, but it is paid (19 euros / day). All street parking around the hotel is paid (because the center), but in any case it is cheaper than in the hotel. Moreover, on the street at night and on weekends - parking is free. Just pay attention to the color of the parking line: blue - only for local residents (residents), white - for everyone. The area is safe.

Pros : large rooms, pretty good breakfast. The bed is very large.
Cons : old looking and not too pleasent shower, no noise proofing from the street noise. The curtains hardly block any light at all.
Overall, I took this hotel as it was close to my business meeting. For it's price, I would not recommend.
